Went to get my 3 year old and 1 year olds hair cut yesterday, and couldn’t be more upset with the results! The stylist absolutely botched both of my kids hair. She was in a rush, no patience with either of my kids, I had to ask her to fix the front of one of my kiddos because it was not straight at all. Now $60 later, I have 2 kids who look like they cut each other’s hair!
Staff was super friendly and made my son smile. Gave 3 stars because I didn’t feel like they really did a thorough job. I should’ve checked more before I left, but there were random long pieces of hair on my sons cut, and it doesn’t seem finished. Bummed I paid $27 for a semi decent haircut.
I came in here with my kid to get her haircut and when we were leaving I noticed that the back of her hair looked longer than the front of her hair, so we went back inside and asked and the lady who cut her hair looked at it real good and decided it was because it was real wet in the back. That wasn’t it. Her hair gradually gets longer towards the back. I’m talking a good inch difference. The findings today is what made me write the review. I noticed that not only does her hair get longer in the Bach but one SIDE of her hair is about half an inch difference in length. Would not recommend for girls haircut.
I really appreciated that this business is still requiring masks, considering that their primary clientele is not old enough to receive the vaccine yet. Thank you! This was a big reason why we chose to drive so far from home to get my girls hair cut there. After our time there yesterday, I can see why so many parents recommend this place on one of my parent groups on FB. It is fun for kids, the stylists were great, and my girls loved their cute haircuts and braids. We will definitely be returning!
We love Jessica! Weve only had our little ones hair cut twice but she did such an amazing job both times, 1st time he was calm with her and the 2nd he was just having a cranky day. She did a fantastic job keeping him as calm as possible throughout both times. We just get the traditional boys hair cut and it comes out super cute. The salon is also super kid & parent friendly. Would highly recommend be sure to book your appointment ahead of time. Theyre schedule fills fast!
Took our girls to get their hair trimmed before family pictures. They are fast, professional, affordable and really keep your kids in mind the whole time. They even have a private booth for kids who are easily overwhelmed by the sights and sounds.
I will not be returning here with any of my children. They are requiring masks for anyone to enter the store, even though theres no state mandate and regardless of vaccination status. I would not mind if they had offered free, disposable masks to those of us who no longer carry masks. This was not the case, you can either purchase a mask from them or choose a different haircut place. We walked straight out the door.
Gina was AMAZING with my son. She was so patient. With my son having sensory and processing disorder she was super patient with him. His haircut came out ADORABLE 😍❤️ We will definitely be going back to her, especially with her passion on cutting kids hair with special needs made me tear up!
LOVE this place! Tried it for my sons first haircut and purchased the first hair cut package and it was perfect! My baby looks adorable and his hair cut looks great! He loved being inside the car chairs, loved spinning the wheel on it too! Jessica M was very quick, precise and friendly with my son! Will definitely be returning for his next hair cut!
Amazing place for a haircut. Ask for Rae. Especially if you have a kiddo with special needs!
I called ahead to make sure they had time to see my daughter, drove 20 minutes, and was told when I walked in they wouldn’t cut my daughters hair because she was over 4 and didn’t have a mask. They don’t have kids masks available, even for sale. Only adult masks. Would’ve been nice if the girl had mentioned that on the phone before I drove there. As places loosen their mask policies across the city, I’m disappointed that this place won’t get with the times. Furthermore, I tried to post this review as I left and the reviews were turned off, which leads me to believe the owner shut them off so I wouldn’t leave a bad review. We won’t be going back.
Cheyenne and staff were very friendly and kind towards my kiddo and I. We had a great experience here and will surely be back for cuts!
Our stylist did NOT wear a mask and was coughing into her arm the entire time, the chair we sat in had the previous kids hair everywhere, the buckle used for safety was coated in shaved hair. I wish I had spoke up and just left looking back Im very upset we stayed. The haircut itself turned out ridiculous when I got home and noticed its clearly uneven in the back. My child now has a rash along his entire neck line. I will never go back and will warn all my friends.
It was my sons first haircut, so I had no idea what to expect. They were extremely helpful and patient as I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. I love how great they were with my son and how friendly they were to all the kids and parents. They saved the lock of hair and took a photo. Ill definitely be back again.
Loved our experience! They are so great with the kids, and there is plenty of room for the kids waiting for their turns!
I dont normally write reviews, but I had a very uncomfortable experience with my daughter today. We were several minutes late to my daughters appointment and were told we would need to reschedule. I apologized, then the receptionist asked one of the hair stylists if she could fit us in. We were rudely told to sit down and wait. I felt as if we were being scolded; the ladies did not make eye contact and were very rude. As other reviews noted, the experience was unprofessional and handled poorly. The stylist did not talk at all to my daughter and the atmosphere was very tense for being a childrens salon. I will not be coming back and was very disappointed in our experience today.
Super unprofessional. The first time I took my daughter to this salon the stylist barely trimmed her hair due to a sensory reaction my daughter was having, and then charged us $35. My daughter has some special needs and the stylist had NO idea how to accommodate her or respond/adjust.The second time, I voiced my daughters needs and they scheduled a special needs appointment after hours at 5pm on Sunday. I received a text msg confirmation from Pigtails and Crewcuts for this date/time. When I arrived, the doors were locked, the lights were off, no one was there. I waited outside in the rain with two children until I concluded no one was showing up. I knocked and called. No one has called me back to explain.
I’ve been bringing my kids here for years. They’re always so patient and kind and the kids always leave looking amazing. I’ve never had a single issue.
This place is amazing. My kiddo loves coming here for a haircut. They are so good.
So this review is based off of appt issues and not hiw well a haircut was performed. We went into this establishment and asked for some hair tinsel on Friday. They said we had to have an appt. I said okay. Mind you there was zero people in there.. the lady at the front scheduled us for 3 days later. We got there on Monday. We checked in. We had an appt and wasnt called to a seat u til over 20 minutes past our appt time. Then we sat there in the chair. The stylist was very nice and, asked what are we goingto do today with your hair? My daughter said, Im just here for some tinsel. The stylist said, some what???!! My daughter repeated herself and she said, Oh, were out of that right now! The lady at the desk said oh no were not. Here it is as she opened a drawer full of it. The lady asked if she knew how to do it because she didnt.. and she said nope.. She asked the other 4 stylist if they knew how to do it....nope. None of the 4 ladies working there knew how to do this. The lady that was helping us grabbed on already fastened tinsel and said she would attempt to try to put it in my daughters hair. I politely declined as these are 5 dollars a strand and I didnt want them to just fall out. It was very disheartening with the lack of care and the fact that our time meant nothing to them. We will not be going back there
Very disappointed in this salon. My child with sensory issues was turned away from receiving a haircut due the the mask policy. It really is unfortunate that this salon is rated so highly in services offered to children with special needs but the owner has created such a barrier. Sadly, I will not be supporting this salon anymore due to poor policy and the lack of understanding for those on the spectrum.
Great first haircut for my 18 month old. He loved playing with the trains while waiting and the hair dresser was great with him while he picked which car (chair) he wanted to play in and while he got comfortable with being in it. She suggested skipping the apron when he was resistant and it ended up being a really positive experience and great haircut.Edit: Were back for another haircut and are playing in a big playroom, behind the salon and waiting area with the trains, that I didnt even notice the first time!
This place is amazing!! I took my son here for his first haircut, he loved it the second he walked in. Jessica M was out stylist and she was wonderful!! She kept him distracted intertwined and comfortable the whole time. She was very patient and did an amazing job. The first time hair cut package comes with a loc of hair and a photo. This was the best place for a first time experience and I would recommend it to everyone! Will be coming back for future cuts.
Fabulous! These hairstylists know how to work with kids. They were fast, friendly, and awesome. We are really thankful for a great first hair cut experience!
I have taken my kids here several times. Its always been just ok. Staff not overly friendly and haircuts are pricey but the kids like the prizes. Booked my son for an apt this week and we went to sign in. We were exactly 9 minutes late and theres a 5 minute policy I was unaware of. We were rudely told we had to reschedule for the next day (we dont live close) with no attempts to even try to work us in so we went to a friendlier salon that allowed us to walk in.
I usually go to this store but in Stapleton where they are amazing! I tried this location today and I wont ever go back. When I got there 10 min late I was met with very rude service by the receptionist. Even though I called to warn her and ask for directions and apologized because of not being able to find it and told her it was my first time to this location, she showed absolutely no customer service skills of being understanding, but instead made me wait while she went over and whispered to the hairstylist. She returned and very rudely reminded me that I was late even though I had already apologized. Then proceeded to tell me that I would now have to wait and she didnt have any idea how long and that I needed to go outside until she called me. I would have been totally understanding because I know it was my fault I was late, if only she had shown any customer service skills whatsoever, but instead it felt like she was shaming me and punishing me by making me wait. When they did finally call me to come back in 20 minutes later she told the hairstylist this is the one that was late. Then there was the hair stylist, Jessica M., that spoke to my son in a way that made me uncomfortable. Her tone of voice was scolding and she was talking to my one-year-old who is afraid of haircuts like he was 4 or 5 and could understand her commands. She was very impatient with him. I also didnt like that this location didnt make use of their play room for children who are too young for a mask. The Stapleton converted their play room into a room just for kids who cant wear a mask that are too young. I will go back to Stapleton from now on and highly recommend them. They have always been kind and patient with my son who usually cries because he doesnt like getting his hair cut. I wasnt the only one they were rude to either. I watched the receptionist checking someone in and she was also incredibly rude to the other customer telling her she got her appointment time wrong and that she needed to wait outside and they didnt know when they would get to her but she would call her. I understand if a customer gets it wrong but the receptionist wasnt even making an effort to be polite about it. She said everything so rudely! Basically, Since you were wrong now you get punished, sorry not sorry if you want to wait you can but not sure when we can help you. Like what?! Wouldnt recommend at all.
Jessica M. is amazing!! She was so patient with my son who has autism. This is the only place we will go.
Walked in to empty store waited for 5 minutes. Employees couldnt interrupt there conversation to do there jobs. Go somewhere else!
Great experience, all 3 times so far! This kid has super curly, quick growing hair so hes been 3 times in his short 21 months! We love the cars they can sit in, and the movies they play, and they even offer treats for the kiddos. I highly recommend the first haircut package. It comes with a commemorative picture and some saved locks. The stylists have all been patient and sweet with our little guy and thats why we keep going back.
We showed up today at 933 thinking my daughters appointment wad at 930. There were 3 employees standing there chit chatting who start pointing to one another smirking, no customers in the place, and were told you have to reschedule were fully booked cause your appointment was at 920... Obviously girl talk and coffee are more important than customer service here.
Im pretty disappointed this place is still requiring masks when almost every other business across the state no longer requires them, hence the one star review.Aside from that, the service was as expected and they did a nice job on my apprehensive 17 month old.
They are so amazing and this was the first experience that my son had that wasnt family!
We love this place! Specialized just for kids! They love the car chairs and the cute movies they play all the time. The stylist are very nice and professional.
Everyone here is great and they are all friendly and kind to the kids as well!
Got my daughters first haircut here she loved sitting in her car and getting her hair braided
Perfect place to take the kiddos. Ive been taking the kids here for 3 years now. My 11 year old son use to have the hardest time with laughing when they used to clippers but they were patient and the tv distraction cured his laughter and squirming in no time. My daughter loves going to get sparkles and bows after her hair cuts. Love this place and the kind staff. Thank you for always being so sweet and patient with all the kids coming in.
Gina is amazing! Our son is on the autism spectrum and is not real keen on people touching his head/hair. But Gina is patient and kind and does a fabulous job!
Cheyenne is the best!! She does wonders with curly hair.
Rae and Tracy were excellent today when my son and I got our hair cut! Tracy was so pleasant with my son and did exactly what he wanted. Ive gone two years without a hair cut because it always makes me nervous but Rae really listened to everything I wanted and did such a great job.
My son does so well here. Each stylist he has seen is so good with him and he loves sitting in the little car chairs they have! I would recommend to anyone with small kiddos
I was 6 minutes late to our appointment, called them and told them I will be about 5 minutes late, I was told okay, no worries drive safe. When my son and I walked in i was rudely asked if i had an appointment i responded yes and I called and said I would be late. This is the response I got, well.. we might be able to fit you in since your late, our policy is that after 5 minutes we can take walk ins! I was pretty upset at this point and said forget it and never again will I do business with this kid friendly place! I had just got off work and my son just got off of school, and somehow out of no where somebody walks in at that exact time? I dont think so! It takes us 20 minutes to get there without rush hour traffic! Listen my son hates haircuts and was the only place he would go! Now what am I supposed to do?
My son is that kid that cries and is inconsolable during haircuts. The last 2 cuts we had, we couldnt finish and left with half cuts after 30 min. Someone suggested pigtails & crewcuts and I booked an hour and dreaded this appointment but we finished in 15 minutes and while he still cried, it wasnt nearly to the degree at the last place. We will be back to see Gina for sure! He even had fun...before the cutting started. 😂
I came here to get my 5 year old daughters first hair cut, and they did not disappoint. As I walked in I was greeted by Tracey and another associate, they were both friendly and professional. Tracey was patient and very communicative with my daughter making her first hair cut such a breeze and a fun experience. I love the atmosphere of the place, it truly makes kids feel comfortable and excited. Thank you pigtails & crewcuts team.
Great first experience! Cheyenne was wonderful and did an excellent job on my 23 month old. Will be returning!
My son has autism and all the ladies who have cut his hair have been AMAZING! So patient and sooo understanding. I wont take him anywhere else. I cannot thank them enough!!
(Allow me to preface this negative review with something positive. My husband and I have been bringing our toddler to various Pigtails N Crewcuts locations for a long time. We have always been satisfied with our experiences, and this isn’t an attempt to slander the company. This is a story about bad customer service.)I had scheduled a 3:40pm appointment for my son at the Westminster location. We parked our car in street parking. Paid for the meter. I had my 8 month old in the stroller and my toddler walking. On this particular day it was pouring down rain and 40 degrees out, so while searching for the door we were sufficiently drenched (toddlers don’t walk fast) and cold. We got turned around in the shopping center trying to find PnC, so I called the shop’s main line. No answer. We are frantically walking around the center- still can’t find the front door. Called again. No answer. Called again- you guessed it!- no answer. Someone finally answers, and when I explain to her that we are looking for the front door (in the 40 degree rain with a baby and a toddler) she nearly cuts me off with “Well, since you were more than 5 minutes late, we had to count you as a no-show and take you off the schedule.” I’m shocked and really bummed, sadly say “okay fine” and hang up.Here’s my problem: Do you even realize all that I had just been through simply trying to FIND YOUR DOOR?! And your *~cOMpAnY PoLiCy~* is to cancel my appointment because YOU couldn’t be bothered to a.) call to see if we were actually on our way or b.) answer my calls so I could ask you where your door is??!We got back in our car, turned the corner to leave, FOUND THE FRONT DOOR, parked again, and I went inside to see if there was anything that could be done. Was greeted by Tracey, who was one of two hairdressers in the salon- the other was with a client, so I’m assuming Tracey would have worked with my son- and since she cancelled our appointment she clearly had some time on her hands. I asked her if she could please make it work considering all that we had been through simply to find the place and she says “My next appointment will arrive in 15 minutes, I’m sorry.” I told her we were late because she wouldn’t answer the phone so I could find the front door. She says she’s sorry, but they “get a lot of no-shows, so we don’t call.” I apologized to her for coming off as very stressed out, I was on the verge of a panic attack. She basically shrugs at me to my face, completely disregarding that we are returning clients who were dealt a bad hand. I ask if she can give me some kind of discount for his next haircut or comp it for the inconvenience, and she hands me one of their $2 promo cards. Great. I left nearly in tears.I have a really difficult time believing that a company thinks turning away existing customers for a truly bogus reason is a good business model. Your hairdresser Tracey certainly thought it was an okay thing to do. I hope she enjoyed her 20 minute break.Believe me, I understand how ridiculous this could all sound, but I’ve worked in customer service jobs for most of my life and I’m still genuinely astonished at what happened to us today. Anyway. We will be taking our business to the Parker location, tomorrow. Which I believe is a separate franchise not owned by the same owner as the Westminster location.
Love the staff they are great with my little boy and so helpful with getting his hair just right.
The ladies there are so friendly an sweet to the kids. My son was not being the easiest but she got his hair cut amazingly with him moving as much as he was. I wont go anywhere else
I cannot say enough on how these ladies saved the day. They did a fantastic job with my son and daughter. Making them feel safe and cared for, both were excited to show off their new cuts. Thank you again and highly recommend.
Very nice and friendly. COVID measures in place. Great place for kids haircuts!
Super nice staff, quick and precise.
This place is amazing. Ray was an awesome hair stylist. It was my sons first haircut and she made him stay still and gave him an awesome hair cut. We will definitely come back. This place also has a playroom that kept my daughter busy while my son got a haircut. An awesome experience. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you ray!!!!!
I took my soon to be 2 year old son to get a basic hair cut. I had previously taken him to a barber where he cried and screamed his lungs out. His grandma tried with just scissors and is still terrified. I brought him in and he liked the fire truck chair, the TV in front of him playing his favorite movie, Toy Story, and just a kid friendly place. I scheduled with Gina and she was just fast efficient and got the job done. Will definitely be going back.
Andi did my sons 1st haircut and she was amazing. I will be going back to see her again
Great kids haircut.
Weve gotten both of my daughters ears pierced here. The ladies always do a great job. Both ears are pierced at the same time and it makes a big difference for littles!
Not very warm and welcoming at this location.
I will never come to this location ever again. The ladies were super rude with us. We were 10 min late and had called before hand to say so, and once we got there she told us she couldn’t see us. There was literally no one getting a hair cut. She was super rude with us, gave us attitude and told us we had to leave. Never again.
Great place to take a little one to get a haircut. My 4 year old daughter decided to give herself a haircut 😬 Stylist Sarah did an amazing job fixing it up and turning a little tragic situation into exciting new look that we all ended up loving. We also were a walk-in customer and the wait was supposed to be 45 minutes and it ended up being 15 minutes. And she suggested some fun products to us. Thank you!!!
It was easy to schedule an appointment. They have spaced haircut stations apart to maintain social distance. Toys have been put away. Haircuts and service remained great.
I went today to cut my kids hair and it was really disappointing that all the kids that came inside to cut their hair didnt wear a mask. Also they didnt check our temperature and I didnt feel comfortable at all with the situation. I think that is not a safe place during this pandemic.
As you may know, getting a toddler to sit still for anything is a challenge. At this place, they are very good with kids, and give them something to watch on television, and they get to sit in a fire truck or police car! While its still costs about $25 for a haircut, it takes less than five minutes and youre out. At least it does for my son with short hair. I love the toys that keep the toddlers busy while they wait. And, you get to grab one simple item to take with you when youre all done.
I scheduled an appointment for 11am. I was treated extremely rudely from the moment I walked into this store. The woman at the front desk told us when we walked in that only one parent without a mask may be in the store (my husband carried our toddler to the door because I am 8 and a half months pregnant with twins, which is also why I am unable to breathe in a mask and was not wearing one). These people let me stand in the store for over 15 minutes (after the scheduled 11am appointment) waiting for them to cut my sons hair, then told me that they would not serve us until I put a mask on. I responded that we were leaving and would never come back to this establishment. They then proceeded to yell at me as I was exiting the store that it is the law to wear a mask. As a healthcare provider who is entirely aware of all restrictions, laws and recommendations put forth by our regulating bodies during this pandemic, I am extremely frustrated to be treated so rudely and unfairly by individuals who are ignorant of the actual rules. I was very conscious to observe social distancing for the entire time I was in the store. I will gladly avoid this establishment in the future if this is how they treat people who have been coming to them for years. I will be sure that my friends and family support a different business for their child haircut needs as well.
Best place to get your kids haircut!! MOST of the stylist are super nice and clean, the others not so much. and their receptionist, Katiee, is amazing!!
My daughter got the xitest haircut. They are friendly, fast & good at what they do. Also a decent price, esp if younger the 10 pack!
Always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and my daughter really enjoys going here.
Perhaps good for older kids..place is nice with toys and cars to sit in for haircut but staff is ok just not super excited about their jobs.. they do nothing that would make a baby or a toddler get excited about a haircut.Price is high for the service and quality, I was charged $22 or so without tip.I had to ask for a cloth to remove hair from my child’s face, stylist gave me a rough towel.
Perfect place to go for a first hair cut. I definitely recommend.
SO fast, friendly and great with kids and adults. I told them my son has some sensory issues, so the fastest simplest hair cut is needed. She was fast and REALLY good at dealing with his wiggles. Hair cut looks amazing, normally it looks... not great. It took like 10 minutes tops! took longer for me to get there than the actual hair cut, thats impressive! BUT GET AN appointment! especially on the weekends its packed, weekdays probly arent as bad
Really great experience for kids. Fun environment and great stylists.
I have three boys. Every stylist we have seen has been friendly, professional and always gets our cut done right. The boys all enjoy being able to watch a movie while they are there.
Great place to get our sons first haircut. They have an awesome toy room when youre waiting for the stylist. She did a great job on the haircut as well. The first haircut package is a perfect little memory. Only thing I didnt like is that they took his photo with like an iPhone 4 so it was a pretty low resolution photo.
Jessica M did a fantastic job cutting our little mans hair. He was crying and squirming and she still did a great job.
Always a great experience with the kids.
Cheyanne was great!! What a fantastic experience we had for our 18mo old boys first haircut. A forever Happy memory. Thank you!
Great location. The staff is always very professional, kind, and patient with the kids.
Jessica was awesome. My son had his first haircut with her and he just loved it! Thank you Jessica, for being so patient and making him feel comfortable. The place is so cute with a room for play. Overall, just an amazing experience.
Absolutely Amazing!!! My 2 year old son has sensory defensiveness and the manager, Jessica, was very quick, patient, and understanding - and my son looks great!!
Stylists are always kind. Play room and videos are fun. The offering of after hours services to children with special needs is a great value to the community. Even though my child doesn’t need those services it makes me want to continue supporting a business that does. It’s one of the main reasons I drive 20-30 minutes instead of going around the corner to another kids hair cut place.
Stylists are great with kids of all ages and temperaments. Plenty of toys available and screens to watch while visiting the shop. Fair prices across the board. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff make the experience worthwhile.
They did such a good job today with my daughters bangs. Also gave her braids, ribbons and glitter for the price of her trim they really go the extra mile including the playroom while you wait! She didnt want to leave and I will definitely be back again
We brought our son in for his very first haircut on 8/26/18. (he is 17 months old). He was mesmerized by the train table and toys and was hesitant to get into the chair at first (he wanted to play!) but our stylist was so calm, patient and comforting to him. He ended up happy as a clam and did a fantastic job thanks to the awesome staff at Pigtails & Crewcuts! We loved the option of the first haircut package to get his photo and keepsake of hair - plus his haircut looks AWESOME! We will definitely be back for future haircuts!
I have been here like 2 or 3 times. Including my sons first haircut. Let me just say that I loved this salon and never really liked the last haircuts, they always gave me a cut I didnt like. But today I absolutely loved the haircut my son got! She just did an incredible job on my 2.5 year old. So patient with him and took her time to give us what we wanted. Ill definitely be making all my appointments with her from now on.
Usually I have a pretty good experience there, but lately they dont have enough staff to the point to where the phone was ringing off the hook and nobody answered which included me earlier this morning. They didnt welcome me When I walked in and just gave me the sign in sheet. I waited and waited and when I asked how much longer they couldnt even give me an estimation. They make the kids feel comfortable and thats the only reason why I gave them any stars. Im not paying almost $20 for a trim when getting that kind of service so I left
Great with my kid and service great.
My daughters haircut was fast and looked great! I loved the braid and sparkles option after (made it fun for her!) I also loved the toys/playroom as my other two kids were totally entertained while she got her hair cut. Staff was cheerful and welcoming.
This place is great. I have twin two year olds. One doesn’t mind getting his hair cut and is very chill. The other is terrified. The stylists handle both boys with such care and make it fun for them. They do great haircuts and are really quick too, which is helpful and impressive for my wiggly little dudes.
Super great place for kids cuts! Not one goofy cut in the year my 3 kids have been going.
Ive been taking my kids here for 2.5 years now. Originally this place was phenomenal! But as of late it seems like its becoming too busy and rushed. I travel 45 minutes to get my 3 kiddos haircuts. So to have to leave and come back for any reason is a real inconvenience. I was not happy, for the first time ever, with the last haircuts. I went in to have 2 of them redone. One turned out much better while the other is just kind of, eh. I hope this gets better. I will update when and if we go back for the next ones due in a few months.
Had a great experience here even though my little guy cried the entire time. They were so patient with him and my daughter was more than happy with her braid and glitter. I would recommend this place for sure. Their haircuts came out great!
Always a great experience! Today we worked with Jessica and she was amazing with out 3 year old son!! She went above and beyond! His hair looks great!!
I took my son for his first haircut, hes 15 months. Tracey was great, very quick and did a great job. This was our first time here and it was a great experience.
I brought my son here for his first hair cute and it was such a great experience! When he got nervous the employee got him a toy and come animal crackers. My song got the first hair cut package I got some hair in a baggie, a snack, a toy from the treasure box, and a photo of your kid in a car! We loved it!
My boys loved getting their hair cut here! My 3 year old had his first haircut and the stylist was amazing at calming him, keeping the hair cutting time short and making him look adorable! We will definitely be back!
My brother has Autism so he is always very sensitive when it comes to getting a haircut and he doesnt like it. The staff at this hairsalon were very patient and they used their skills to make sure that my brother had a good experience. He loved getting a hair cut at this place!
All the staff look like they hate their jobs. The cost is high for a sad kids hair cut environment. The basic idea is great but the staff needs an uplift.
