Edited to add clarityI went to the sports clips location in Westminster to get a haircut. This was my first time at this location, however I have been going to sport clips for several years in multiple states and locations.I always get the same haircut which includes a zero fade on the sides. This was the first time that anyone had ever mentioned to me that it would be an extra charge. This was not mentioned until after (Becky) started cutting my hair. Which if it would have been mentioned before or posted on any signage, or the website I would have declined and gone somewhere else.As I have stated, this has never been a problem before and I am confident I could have gone to another location and gotten my haircut with no issues.This seemed a little too much like a bait and switch deal than I liked. If there was a change to pricing that should be communicated BEFORE starting service.This is obviously not my first haircut, at sport clips or anywhere for that matter. This was however one of the worst experiences in getting a haircut.As to the MVP service that I received at no charge. I did not receive that as I declined it after I was told about the extra charge. Since it is easy to say I got some upgrade that I declined, to make it sound like I am just complaining. I would urge you to go to your location and speak with your employees and pull the camera footage.I have not asked for anything from Sport clips, I simply posted a review when Google requested it.

I made my appointment online and wait time said 45 minutes wait. I checked in at the store ahead of the scheduled time..As I watched the board, it showed that I was next in the cue. Then it added an extra10 minutes to my time as I was sitting there. Then 15, then 20.... when I had waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I left. I had this problem with this location in the past. Really poor customer service.Ad says to use online checking to eliminate waiting....perhaps you need to define that or delete it.

Good haircut but stylists were taking a long time between customers with only 2 working.

I have been going to this sports clips for over a year now. Their stylists are always professional and can accommodate for any hair style. The stores manager always does an amazing job as well! I always leave here with a great looking haircut and I always look foreword to going back.

Would not recommend to anyone that hasn’t cut a 2 hour block from their schedule. My husbands very easy trim that usually takes a whole 15 minutes to get done took an entire hour! How just how does it take that long to trim a mans hair, we should have just left, and the cut was one of the worst he’s received. Save your time and money.

Wanted to stop in for a quick haircut for my son. It was pretty busy at the time and I had trouble with the online check in. The employees were very helpful to provide us with information how to use the online check in for future visits. My son had a great haircut. The stylist remembered him from a visit months ago with the specifics of his hair and details of their conversation. Amazing customer service. We will be back!!

Brittany is the best stylist Ive ever had. After two years of seeing her shes the only person I will let cut my hair. And yet somehow this establishment fired their best employee. Luckily shes 5 minutes up the interstate at Knockouts.

They did a great job with my husbands haircut, and my daughters haircut :) We wil be coming back!

Best Sports Clips I’ve been too. A little far but worth the trip. I won’t go anywhere else! Great service and always pleased with my cut.

Ive been coming to her for around 2 years now, if not longer and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about her. Give this woman a raise!!

How do you operate on a short staffed business model? You had 2 stylist working a Saturday late morning with 10 people on the board and 6 of which in the waiting room. Horrible experience. Wait times were over 1.5hrs I just went down the road to Great Clips.

All the ladies here were so sweet to my kiddos and they did a great job!!

The haircut was good but there is always something lacking in personal touch.

I had a good hair stylist. She was very friendly and helped me get a hair cut I liked, since I often have a hard time explaining my hairs eccentric nature. It was busy, but Sport Clips now offers online appointments.

My first sport clips in CO, and I have to say this place is pretty good with friendly staff to cut your hair. TV all over for the fanatics to watch during their visit. Fast checkins and youre out pretty fast too. Lot of hair stylist here so wait times are very minimal. Would go again and upgrade to MVP.

We went and got haircuts today. I went not knowing it was mainly haircuts for me but the took me in and assured me they could cut my hair. Stylist I had was Corey. She made me hair look so bad it is so uneven I highly regret coming here. She also cut my husband hair and did a really crappy job. None of it is even. I would not reccomend coming here to anyone.

Check in system doesn’t work half the time and when it does work it’s way off. Set an appointment for 12:30 and waited for over and hr didn’t sit in the chair till 1:30. 5 walk ins got their hair cut before my stylist got to me.

Love going to this location and Love the Stylist but the Store is always booked up, not open early like the other locations nor is it open as late as The other Sports Clip Stores!! Why??

My son and I stopped in for a haircut. Kenzi did such a great job !! Love our haircuts and kenzi was so awesome with my nine-year-old son !!

Pitiful service from the jump. First and only time I used this location. They were rude and lazy and very unprofessional. I watched as they worked for about 20 min. They told me my wait would be less than that. Not friendly at all. So we left and went to the location on 112 th because they always take good care of us there.

This store has the worst owners. The people you spend your life trying to avoid are the owners you are giving your money to at this location. I was there since the location opened was fired they told everyone I “resigned” manipulative shady morals. stay away. Book your appt with me at knockouts haircuts for men on 120th and Huron.

A new inexperienced person cut my hair. It was horrible. Warn the customer and have an experienced one check their work.

Worst experience weve ever had! My wife was going to get her hair cut and the ladie named Onna either doesnt know how to cut womens hair or just has an evil soul and belittled her telling her they cater to men and did everything in her power to push her out the door. She told her that the simple cut would cost more because she is a girl and every inch is more money and the attitude her through the roof. Worst part is the other girl working there totally ignored the situation and let the verbal abuse go without patting an eye.

You can find a better place. Online check in is never accurate. Showed up today and 3 ladys are working but one was taking a break while the other could care less and was just trying to leave. No its ok ladys Ill just wait till some one figures out if they actually care or not. Nope I dont think so. Wont be back

First time at sports clips and I was highly satisfied, its been about a year and I didnt know what I really wanted when I came in. Jordan was friendly, patient and did an excellent job. She made me look 10 years younger and glad that I came in, Ill be back for sure before its been another year.

Very over priced for a mediocre haircut. My haircut was uneven but not horribly. They also told me they were known for thier massages??? No I just needed a haircut ... I think thier haircuts are worth about $12 .

Pretty good hair cut, only wish that they ask what hair package you want before they start assuming you want the MVP.

Horrible wait times and you get lot of attitude from staff. Online check in doesnt work. It either is a bad estimate or doesnt allow you to add your name. Not worth the wait and attitude from the staff.

Always a good haircut, but not consistent.

Checked in online twice in two different occasions and both times that I showed up at the time they told me to be there, I was bumped and had to wait 20-30 minutes. When I asked what was the point of checking in online I was given attitude by Sara. Really? There is way too many places to get a hair cut to put up with that BS.
