After paying $30 for a 5 min haircut, I get back home and my wife immediately brings it up: Did you run out of the barbershop mid way through your haircut?Me: Why? Whats wrong? And as Im saying that, I recalled she didnt shave my neck, cut my hair too short on the top in relation to the bottom making me lose my hair style, and didnt show me the back of my head and neck. My wife had to spend 20 mind trying to fix what she did. Beyond disappointing, I feel I got punked...

My stylist, Baley, did a phenomenal job cutting my hair. Im very happy with the cut and she was very friendly. She made the time pass quickly.The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is Sports Clips is more expensive than other businesses.

The team Ive met so far have all been really nice and professional. The shop is clean, bright and they always have good music playing.I followed Amber to the shop, actually, from the previous shop she was at. I was hesitant at first, only because I know that Sports Clips is geared towards being a salon for men (primarily). But Amber is a good stylist/beautician, which can be difficult to find, and the prices at Sport Clips are very reasonable. She made me feel comfortable to come in for a trim and I dont feel weird going to the shop for a haircut as a female, so I greatly appreciate that!!

I have never had a haircut from someone who cared less than she did or put in less effort. On top of that the wait timer was way off, towel warmer didnt work and the rinse/wash was useless. So far the worst experience Ive had at a budget haircut shop.

Our usual barber shop was closed today so we came here.. My 3 year old son is normally very scared of getting his hair cut but Tina was amazing! She made him feel so at ease and he was great the whole time! His haircut was perfect and quick. Well absolutely keep coming back for my son and my elderly FIL. Thanks Tina!

Asked for it to be styled like it was but shorter. Gave guard sizes we were told last time. The sizes were either different or wrong and shaved the head without second question.

One of the haircut ladies was one of the loudest most obnoxious persons Ive ever seen in a public service related establishment. Fortunately the lady who cut my hair was from another store and she was great. The owner/manager needs to spend a few minutes to sort out what is going on. If I see the noisy one again I wont be back.

Phone number doesnt work and the Asian lady who cut my hair chopped off like 2 inches when I told her to leave the length. Thats months of hair growing just waisted. Really disappointed cause she didnt even listen to me.

Great staff dedicated to giving their customers the best experience possible. The facility is fairly well set up and entertaining. The prices are a bit up there though.

I wish I could give more stars. I had the absolute pleasure of a sweet lady by the name of Joanne cut my hair. I have never been to Sport Clips. This was my first experience. Joanne completely made my day. I am a 31 year old that to me a hair cut is just a hair cut. You go in, toss a little shampoo, buzz me up and I am perfectly happy. You mess up you mess up, it is hair and it grows back. I normally would always just go to Fantastic Sams, quick and easy. They happened to be closed for some sort of construction, so I decided to give Sport Clips a shot. Joanne was fun, sweet, happy and positive. She loves what she does. She did a great job on my hair, but what got me hooked now was the shampoo. I had to go back to work and she offered the shampoo service. I happily accepted, I didnt want to be itchy at work. We went back, I sat in my chair and she asked if I would like the massage chair turned on... Excuse Me!?!?! Never heard of such a thing haha, YES PLEASE! She fired it on and I melted right in. Joanne then says, Zach, go ahead and pull the lever to your left. I pull, and up pop my legs. I was happier than ever. Joanna then puts a steamed towel over my face making sure the temperature wasnt too hot. It was perfect. I was waiting for a quick wash and good to go, however, Joanna gave me the most amazing scalp massage I have ever experienced. Seemed like it lasted forever, I was legit in Heaven! To be honest, I actually proposed to her. She declined, but what an amazing experience. I will always use Sport Clips as long as Joanne is there, this is my new spot! Thank you Joanne, I look forward to my next visit!

As a customer of this location for the last two years it had been my go to place. However in the last year the customer service has completely nose dived. In regards to not greeting customers as they go in, and if they had there would be no confusion as to why there is over an hour wait. Today was it I will not be continuing to use this location or any sports clips after I was left in there for 40 min utill someone called me up and took my info and said oh theres a wait.

Horrible absolutely horrible. Fade wasnt even a fade but choppy. Cut too much on top, sides were uneven and was swiping at his hair in different directions using a wide tooth comb to Fade hair. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. Dont waste time and money not worth it. Never stepping into sports clips or a chain salon ever again.

This location hass some great stylist but if they arent there run or all your hair will be on the ground. My sons hair is so horrible and joanna had nerve to say its my fault. I told her stop cutting his hair and she keeps messing up so she has to try and fix. Shes done it to my husband too. I will never walk in there again .

I had a great haircut with no wait and it was fast! Just remember to be specific in what you ask for. The stylists cant read minds.

The girl were extremely friendly. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and after talking about it got to work on it. Came out perfectly.

Needed to get my haircut, so as I have always done, I can get there and get it done quickly and professionally.

Felisha is the only stylist worth letting touch your hair, the rest are incompetent and dont understand basic barber terms like fade and taper. They are too focused on catering to the lonely guest who doesnt get enough attention at home moreso than quality haircuts. The average time a haircut takes should not be more than 30 minutes. This establishment is overpriced for below par quality, it would be refreshing to see the owner respond to negative reviews instead of patting his own back to the few and far between good reviews.

Sometimes they are a little under staffed but those staff do great job and are nice to boot.

I arrived and entered my phone number in the computer and the screen said 22 minutes wait, another customer who was probably a friend of the staff came in 15 minutes after me and was pushed ahead of me in the computer. I didnt notice until his name was called and after waiting it still said I had to wait another 23 minutes. I wasted 22 minutes of my time for nothing and walked out with no hair cut. This place will never get my business again.

I have had my hair cut here two times by Julie and Tavia, they both did a great job and I was completely satisfied. They will get by business again.

Took my teenage son for a haircut here. My son asked for a 1 and a half on the sides and a lower fade then just a small trim on the front of his hair (he spikes the front). He received a 1, if not shorter, on the sides and a very high fade, military style basically, and the front was cut so short it doesnt spike. I would have intervened but you cannot see from the waiting area. I will not recommend Sport Clips to anyone.
