I moved from Kansas City to Denver about a year ago and switched my policies from Jim Million (who is an awesome agent!) to Sam Munoff. I recently found out that they had been charging another customer for my policies (we both were on ACH) for several months. I have another State Farm policy I pay for so I had seen payments going out each month to State Farm (another agent), but I did not check the amount closely. I wanted to let other consumers in Denver know about my experience. I will be moving my business to another State Farm agent in the Denver area.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years now, and of all the agents I have worked with Sam has been the best.Sam has been my agent for almost 10 years, and I have had multiple auto policies, a motorcycle, a renters, a home owners, and two life insurance policies through his office. Regardless of if I was getting a simple liability only policy, or a full comprehensive, Kathy and Sam have always been very helpful regardless of the value of the policy I needed.I have never had any trouble with making claims, of which I have filed four automotive with one total loss, one renters claim, and about nine glass coverage claims. Kathy and Sam have been great, they always call me back within 24 hours when I leave a message for them, email me same day when there is policy changes like new insurance cards, and even have called me ahead of time when I made a mistake like forgetting to update my payment method when a card expired.I send my friends and co-workers to Sams office and have never heard a complaint from them either. I highly recommend Sam if you are looking for a long-term and reliable agent to manage your insurance policies.

Ive been a customer of Sam Munoffs for 16+ years, and think he and Kathy are amazing. Ive needed help throughout the years with an accident and life changes, and they are personable, quick to respond and just really lovely. Would highly recommend!

Sam and Kathy are terrific! I have worked with them for over a decade - always been there with good timely information and very professional. I would have them as insurance agents anytime! Keep up the nice work!

Horrible, very rude and impatient people. They will over charge you and hang up on you if you ask any questions regarding your policy. They will also lie to you and tell you your policy will be very cheap in order to get you to sign, and then raise your rates. I will never use this agent or state Farm insurance ever again.

Very rude- do not feel comfortable contacting Kathy about any claim or questions. After over 30 or more years of service and very minimal claims, I do not feel State Farm is by my side !

Their office manager is one of the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever met. I will never deal with State Farm because of her.

These folks dont want your business.Sketchy business practice. Frequently his wife will answer the phone and handle claims in his stead. Very poor handling of claims, not even an attempt to save when I cancelled.
