Terrible customer service. I was already upset from my day and saw that Allstate collected on my canceled policy, which should have never happened. I spoke to Nick first and he could not give any answers nor seem slightly interested in helping me with my canceled policy. Then a few days later I speak to Karen about my refund any why they would collect a payment, which she refused to assist me and stated for me to call after hours and speak to someone then. Their blatant refusal to help a customer is outrageous. When you are paid to do a job and assist people, you are supposed to do so. Not simply refuse to speak to anyone or answer I dont know and leave it at that. No resources or reasons given. If you need anyone to do their job, you have to call after they are done getting paid for the day and speak to someone else.

Nick always makes time to answer questions, go over policies, or changes. He is never too busy to make time for each individual person. I feel like I am talking with a friend every time I call or stop in the office. He even makes my kids feel like they are included when they are with me. And he always works to find the best options for whatever I need. Very highly recommended.

I have insured our Autos and Home with Allstate for more than 25 years with Nick Feurer as our agent and he has always come through for us when we had to contact him for any claims. Recently I was involved in an auto accident and had to drive my back up 87 Buick to his office to discuss the claim and when I went to leave, my car wouldnt start. Nick without hesitation came out and gave me a hot shot...now thats what I call great service! I highly recommend Nick and the entire Allstate Team to anyone who is looking for quality dependable service from their Insurance company.

Nick and Karen provide fabulous support and service. Whenever I needed some action, they are on it. But what has been equally important, Nick is great at periodic check-ins to review coverages, updated needs, and changes in circumstances. He is also great in lookjng for the most cost effective way to obtain the right coverages, so he has saved me money! I wish I could have kept Nick and his team when I recently moved to CA from MD (but I have found another Allstate agency that reflects Nicks customer service values). Allstate is the best!!
