They are very professional and always there to answer my questions no matter what. And when I have not paid my bill on time, they always follow up with me to make sure my coverage never lapses. We recently filed a claim for hail damage to our roof. Our roofer (local) told us that State Farm was an excellent insurance company and really took care if its customers. He was 100% correct.
