They are good, they do whatever i have a questions, fast service. Even they were so busy but they can answer or help me on the phone or email in a same day. They do service for me more than 20 yrs. ( i think ) We love you Leanne

The owner of this business is rude and does not want any new business. I was coming with my mom switching from another out of town allstate agent to her. She refused to help us switching, refering company policy. That is fine I got it. So I requested her to give us the company phone so I can call and request them to transfer - as my last call to AllState number got routed to the old agent - which I asked and they refer to the new agent (this lady) to do the work. This lady said I cannot give it to you, and None of my business. Mom really want to a close-to-home agent and speak Vietnamese so that the reason to visit. Hey, screw this business and Allstate. I am taking my mom to AAA and got excellent service there !

Nobody answering the phone for hours then I cant get a manager on the line when they finally do answer. You charged me for 4 months after I canceled my policy. Incredibly unprofessional. I shouldnt have to make sure I do the nonexistent managers job. DO NOT REMOVE MY COMMENT AGAIN.
