Lord help you if you ever get in an accident by someone carrying this insurance provider. They demonstrated that they have no idea how to understand and process a logical sequence of events. Unless you have video evidence or have a testimony from their client, I would let your own insurance do the talking with them.
They are easy to work with and offer great coverage options! Hoghly recommend!
I honestly wish I can rate lower. My mother had them as her car insurance and they were horrible (Extremely bad customer service). Beginning of this year a car collided into my moms vehicle. We filed a police report plus the other driver admitted fault. Fred Loya refused to help her until she paid her $1000 deductible and estimated her car damage at $1400.00 (they didnt even send out a claim adjuster to review her car) which doesnt even make any sense. They then proceeded to harass my mother to pay her deductible even after we said no they sent her a check $1400 to fix her car (we trashed it). Anyways we decided to proceed without her insurance and took my moms car to TWO different auto repairs. Both estimated her repairs over $4000; we also worked with the other drivers insurance (AARP) and they were awesome. They paid for my moms car rental for 2 weeks while her car was in the shop-Fred Loya wouldnt even get her a rental. I wish I can remember the lady we spoke to from Fred Loya so I can call her out on here. They are HORRIBLE!

Theyre pretty good if you need cheap and easy insurance. Not good if you need to use your car for your job, and often need to take photos of your car. Ive used them for 3 years without any actual issues.
Affordable coverage
Been with Fred Loya for many years.No frills insurance company. Employees at this location never seem to be very happy or friendly. Or very knowledgeable. Always seem unsure about what theyre doing or saying.Customer service could definitely be better ! Especially for a long time customer.
Poor excuse for an insurance company. They might accept liability but will drag their feet through the claims process and ultimately you will pay for it in the end. After a month of no resolution and my car just sitting in a shop waiting on them and collecting fees for storage, I got my insurance involved who handled it in a professional manner. Fred Loya will do anything to get out of paying. If you get in an accident with someone carrying this less-than cut rate insurance - make sure to get your insurance involved or you might end up in my situation..Mister Loya...I encourage you to look up the word integrity - as you mention on your website that success is not only measured by profits but by integrity as well. This is misleading as you are anything but moral and ethical. But thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson about who you really are and what your company stands for.
Droped my coverage because i work out of state. I would give them 0 stars if i could. Found better service and prices at Geico.

Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. This is by far the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. My mom was in a store when a car hit and ran and they still found a way to make her pay the 500 dollar deductible. They lie about everything. I would not reccomend this insurance to anyone! I called and made a claim 2 weeks ago and still have yet to hear from an adjuster. Once I am finished with this claim I am switching insurance. You get less then what you pay for.
They stopped their grace period so if your a day late it shows that you have a lapse in your insurance. it takes to long to have an adjuster come out to look at a vehicle if your in an accident. They tried to not pay out when my sons car was totaled by a lady who literally told the cops she was trying to beat him thru the light. He was in the hospital for al.ost a month.
This company is just terrible I was rear ended by some one whos is insured with them they act like they are gonna take of everything but that was a lie. When it came time to get my rental my adjuster never answered my calls didnt even make the reservation took 6 hours of calling them just get my rental. my car is a 2014 and in good shape but they refused to pay for a OEM bumber cover and the after market ones dont fit my car correctly I was told by a supervisor that they dont have to pay for a OEM bumber since its 4 years old and refused to get me a proper fitting bumber the shop I used tried 3 different bumpers and it still doesnt fit right and i was told I would have to pay for the OEM cover it wasnt my fault your client rear ended me you guys should be ashamed about the way you run business I work for a auto parts store and I make it a point to let everyone know what kind of business you run they are just a terrible company stay away at all cost

Absolute worst insurance experience ever. Rear ended by their client who was driving in a suspended license and got the ticket, they tow my car and now arent accepting liability. Everyone I speak to on the phone is incredibly rude and tries to lie saying they dont have certain documents, I have to remind them I sent them and they are INCRECIBLY unfriendly and condescending. I dont know they are a business with all the illegal BS but its appalling.

GREASY, GREASY COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!! Their insurance is a scam...pay no claims but take your premiums...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL PAY AGAIN UPON AN ACCIDENT.

Not even 1 star...biggest insurance rip-off company I have EVER dealt with...if u have an accident...even if its not your fault they will find any and every excuse not to pay....apparently in Colorado every accident is 50-50 and it doesnt matter what the police report says my claims adjuster said that thats not what they go by...Fred loya goes by their own rules and makes them up as they go along.
If youre looking for adjusters that dont call back for months, a company that claims to lose your paperwork three times in a year, then this is your company. If you have the bad luck of being hit by an insured of these jokers, I am so sorry. They only carry the legal limits of liability and dont respond to email or phone calls. Please, do everyone a favor and dont purchase this insurance.
