I had an amazing experience with Aloha. I was able to get a quote with 3 different policies, as we all know this can be quite the headache. Luckily Nancy made it as easy as possible. If I could give zero i would! The level of service has gone to zero!Way back when this was a great agency! I always paid house insurance and car insurance in one lump payment . I dealt with Damien annually. NEVER HAD A CLAIM. Paid them thousands of dollars in premiums! All was good, then he hired an assistant....start the fall from good customer service!This year they doubled my rates ...... without a claim or any problems all year. I called to cancel. In fact I had to call several times because they forgot to process my cancellation until the third time I called. Because they forgot I incurred additional charges, then they sent a collector after me.Guys we are talking $35.00 they sent me to collections over their error. I paid them faithfully for years without a claim. They went downhill FAST! Leo is not a good agent run run run unless you can talk with Damien.In response to your rebuttal, the Unqualified help in your office was asked three times via phone and twice via e-mail to cancel my auto insurance. Since this request was NOT taken care of in a timely manner I incurred the additional charges from Safeco. This was not related to Safeco, this falls back on your agency and the lack of customer service.
