I have been using Robin Jamsay and her agency for my insurance for years and not once have I wanted to switch. This agency is always personable and friendly. No matter when I call, I am always able to talk to someone. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and can answer my questions. When anything goes wrong or I have questions, I have no doubt when calling Robin. They are experienced and knowledgeable and can get you the coverage you need.

Robin and Karina are always available and attentive to our needs when we call and ask questions or need assistance or service. We could find less expensive insurance at a competitor but we get such EXCELLENT service we stay because we know she cares. Karina is amazing! She is so friendly, smart, and intuitive she makes a phone call quick and painless. Its really nice to know that whenever I need help or advice with my insurance I can make an easy phone call, she is always there to pickup, and somehow she knows who shes talking to and has all my information already pulled up without me even telling her my name and or policy number. Robin is the best. We have been with American Family Insurance for many years. We have not once regretted it. Robin helped us save money when we put our daughter on our insurance. We had a car accident and the people in the claims department were so helpful and caring, and as soon as Robin found out we had an accident she called me just to check on us, with genuine concern in her voice.
