I was with Justin and team for a year, when renewal time came up I received my premium bill that showed an increase of around $300.00 dollars. I called and spoke to an advisor at Allstate in which she replied your house and roof is getting older. My house is only five years old, I have never had a claim and I always pay the premium one year at a time so how could the premium go up roughly twenty percent?I called around to other insurance companies and found a far less expensive policy (with the same deductibles and coverage) but before I switched I gave Allstate a chance to match the price and stay with the company. Brittany (the Allstate Advisor) worked with me to get the Allstate premium close to what I was quoted. She stated I would be charged the original premium at first but all the discounts would kick in and they would pay me the difference back between what I was quoted and what I was charged. I asked her to send that information in writing so just in case something happened I would have something to fall back on to collect the difference. Brittany did send me an email stating what my premium would be and to expect the credit, I felt comfortable that I would receive everything that Brittany said I would..... well that didn’t happen, for six months I called and emailed Justin and Brittany requesting the amount that was owed to me only to finally have a conversation with Justin stating according to Colorado insurance laws they can’t pay me back the money that is owed....... hum I have the email stating what I should have been charged and that I would be getting a credit back but to no avail. All I can say is if you are going to use Justin and his team you will want to make sure you are charged correctly the first time as you will not get back any money that is owed to you.I stayed with Allstate but moved to another agent.

Little Savings in premium and good response as an agent when I had flat tire.

I went online and was quoted on an auto policy. I then called to finalize the policy and ask to include my renters insurance to receive a bundle discount. After adding the discount the price went up? When I questioned it I was asked, “what do you want me to do about it?” I don’t know- it’s your job not mine. Make the policy be at least as much quoted online, even if you don’t include the discount. Don’t make it go up.And this is after I called and left voicemails to only be ignored for days. And no one was sorry, just wanted to let me know it was someone else’s fault. Unprofessional.

I have never had a problem with getting in touch with any issues or concerns.Lastly and most important you can tell that Justins team is family oriented. They offer it all here. I have not only my home, auto and now life insurance through here so if you are concerned about saving money and being covered, this is the place to go.
