Was told they could come out tomorrow morning and then when I told him my zip he said Oh, we dont cover your area. They are literally right down the street from me! What the heck? When I said that to him, He said it was due to COVID. Very, very strange.

Paid them $60 to have them tell me it was going to cost $950 for a new compressor. He didnt even turn it on or check anything else. He told me that they have been replacing a lot of these LG compressors due to them failing. Gave me one option to fix the issue. He failed to mention that these LG compressors were involved in a class action lawsuit and that I was entitled to a new compressor and the labor involved to replacing it since they were manufactured incorrectly. Save yourself the $60 and if you are having cooling issues check to see if it is a LG compressor if it is. Call LG. They will send out a technician and replace it for free if you have bought it within the last 5 years. These guys are profiting off the fact that LG makes bad parts and conning people into spending absurd amount of money to replace a part that should be free to you. At the very least they could have told me that LG would replace the part for free and they could install for me. Nope. Beware.

I called them just two days ago and I got scheduled right away the only thing was that, the part needed for a dishwasher required ordering a part which might take a week to arrive. The technician was very helpful to offer and make a temporary fix for us so that it would hold up until Christmas is over, praying that it would until the permanent repair can be made 🙂. The receptionist was very good and tech was awesome. Will use them again.

Tech was very dependable man and everyone in this company. I highly recommend them! They gave me same day appointment for my fridge, avoiding spoilage of food. Repair and price were both great!

I had an issue with my Samsung fridge and I called Westminster Appliance Repair as recommended by a friend. Tech arrived in my flat on time. He diagnosed it accurately first before doing a repair. He left me with a working fridge and a clean work area. I can’t be any happier with them! I would absolutely recommend!
