What a great experience - Part 1, the sale. First of all, I contacted 3 HVAC companies - we knew what we wanted, we just needed a company to provide it. The only call back we received was from Absolute Airflow. David called us to ask questions before he set up an appointment - he called when we were told hed call. After the initial call, we agreed to meet in person the next day. He showed up on time with his associate Marcus. Those two answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable price for the mini-split systems we requested. We also had questions about another type of system, which we decided to install instead - a ductless air system. They hung out with us giving us clear answers to our many questions for over 3 hours. And they were professional, nice, and the most polite guys you would want to meet!! We really enjoyed meeting with them.Part 2, the installation. The install was scheduled for the following week. 8 am on a Monday. And you know what? Daniel and Andre showed up on time, smiling and friendly. It took them four days to install the system (instead of the original three days we were told) - due to shipping issues, there were some items that they were not provided on the first or second day, but they were so mellow while they were dealing with those issues that it made it easier for us to be understanding as well (also, witnessing the cargo ships stacking up in the Pacific first hand the previous Friday helped). They always had a smile and they were professional. They also cleaned up pretty well each day, leaving us only with minor drywall dust to vacuum up on the last day. I have no complaints, and we are very happy two weeks later with the result. Cool air in every room, individual controls for each room and easy to operate. We absolutely recommend calling for a quote and an installation.

Cannot say enough! Anthony in sales spent over 2.5 hours at my residence going over all my options, answering questions and never once tried to push me one direction or the other. Anthony is a great listener, deeply knowledgeable and one of the politest salespeople I have ever dealt with.Daniel Lopez and his install team are mind blowing! Daniels team knocked the job out in two days, made no mess, worked efficiently and everyone was very safety conscious. The workmanship is worthy of 5 Stars! And forget Mike Diamond, this three-van team was immaculate and smelled great.Customer Service Time: Jasmine has been on top of everything from inspections to drywall repair. Jasmine is doing a great job accommodating our scheduling and it is appreciated.I was a little reluctant to sign with Absolute and that was only because it is a young company. Saw their trucks all around my commute to work. Heard their promises on the radio. Then my A/C on the house my wife and I just purchased stopped working. In the hottest part of August of course! Well, I gave them and a few others a call and their quote and professionalism one us over. They came over the next day, diagnosed our issue and had us up and running the same day! I have to say that they were so clean and polite. We always knew when they were coming and going and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a real company that understands good customer service. Quality company!

Our air conditioner broke in the middle of a 100 degree day. I called Absolute Airflow and they were able to come out the next day and replace our air conditioner. Tanner was very professional and kept me informed of his progress through out the day. They are very helpful on the phone and call you back right away. They both took the time to explain what was wrong with my old AC unit and gave me multiple options with pros and cons so that I made the best decision for my house. I want to thank the owner of this company and his managers and workers he has hired for giving me the best professional performance in the work they do on a daily basis! I ended up getting new ducks, new vents, asbestos removal and an air conditioning unit that was unexpected, but was well worth it! It was explained to me in every detail that was wrong with my old 1996 unit. Financing is affordable, and works with my needs. What a pleasant experience I had hiring this company for the first time Justin was my service provider and this young man was amazing and so professional and knowledgeable first he showed up on time he smelt great he laid down a huge mat at at front door and of course was masked and wore shoe covering. On Aug. 6th technician Victor R. came to my home to tune up our AC. Victor was highly professional. Since this was new service for us, Victor showed tremendous patience and knowledge with all the questions I had for his work. I also asked for a couple a quotes on a few items which he promptly replied in a quick manner. Over 10/10 in work with Victor and Absolute Airflow.

Ramone, Cesar and Tanner were on time, professional, courteous and fast in installing our new a/c unit. We called for an inspection/quote to replace our dying unit, and they came out the same day (Friday). They scheduled the install for a new unit for the following Tuesday morning, and we had sweet, cold air blowing again that afternoon. Very pleased with their service!

SO awesome, 5 stars all the way! The HVAC at our new home was loud and inefficient, so I gave them a call. Justin came and did an EXTREMELY thorough job cleaning and inspecting the unit. Turns out it was clogged with DOG HAIR and was consuming twice the electricity it should. He also found MOLD/BACTERIA in the inside unit, and discovered that our unit was missing parts, plus our ducts were falling apart. Given that the unit is 18 years old, he suggested that we replace it rather repair it, though he did give us repair options. We decided to go with a replacement, so he asked his supervisor, David, to come and check the unit out the unit to see if he agreed that we should replace.Today, David and Mario came and went back over what Justin had seen, opening the units. David explained to us the inner workings of our unit and showed us the bacteria growth on our coil. He was patient and made sure we understood the costs and benefits of each of our options. We decided to proceed with the replacement, which is scheduled for Tuesday--just two business days away!THEN, as he and Mario were leaving, they noticed the garbage men hadnt taken some moving boxes that we had left on the curb. They offered to take them, cut them up, and carted them off in their truck! SUPER NICE and just a breath of fresh air after a long week moving into our new house. I cant say enough how impressed I am with the customer service.I cant recommend them enough! Thanks David, Justin, and Mario! We cant wait for our new unit!

We called Absolute for a tune up on the AC in our new home. Donny showed up and was kind and professional. John joined him later when it looked like there were some concerns with the old system. They took the time to explain what was wrong and showed us the photos to give examples. They also described the options available for replacement. Great service over all. Thanks guys!

Our house got new heating and air conditioning installed. We thought it would take the whole week as all the old insulation, heating and air conditioning has to be dismantled and removed. But it was done quickly and professionally. We had air conditioning by the second day and everything was done by the third day. They even cleaned up after and vacuumed where they worked. Overall we would recommend this company to anybody who needs heating and air conditioning work!

There guys are simply THE BEST. The tech I had at my house was George, this guy exemplifies what it is to master your craft. I had a whole system installed by this company a day after he went out to the house. The whole crew that showed up was VERY clean about their job. Everything was covered, and done impeccably. I called to have our central a/c and heater unit serviced. Landon C, was our tech for the day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about our unit which was already an existing unit from our purchase of the home in 1994. The unit is from 1977, it has only gone out once or twice over the years. It looks worst on the outside and works pretty good. In Landons perspective it would still give us another few years of use but it was up to us if we wanted to consider a new unit. Landon was not pushing anything on us. My husband and I knew and felt that at some point we would need to consider a replacement. My husband in talking with Landon discussed the unforseen issues that could arise. One of them being the heater unit was already tagged by the gas company as a hazard. Which we had no idea that it had been tagged by the gas company. It was a hazard based on Landons expertise due to the pilot hose was not attached properly. That information alone led my husband and I to make a decision to start looking into the purchase of a new unit. Absolute Airflow also has their own line of units. Landon took the time to calmly sit down with us to go over the product. We even had less than the required insulation required to keep our home in tip top shape. This company along with Landon was a godsend. Had we left our furnace continue to run as is, who knows if I would be able to write this review. We are getting our insulation replaced and having a new unit installed by Absolute Airflow. They even offer financing. I would recommend Absolute Airflow to my family and friends. They are topnotch.

Because our AC units are very dated, the technician, George, spent three hours competing the tune-up and maintenance works which was originally scheduled between one to one and half hours. When done, he meeticulously explained the issues associated with condender, furnace and AC in greater details. Were very satisfied with Georges service despite the fact that our AC system is too antiquated to be repaired. Its highly recommended to anyone who looks to get his/her AC system repaired, tuned up or cleaned etc.

Got our AC replaced. Avery was great but other than that, we’ve had nothing but problems. Install was bad. Messed up our wall, stairs etc and new unit wasn’t working. Avery fixed it. Now we’re out with no A/C for another 2 weeks because of a “part” the salesman told us we didn’t need. I have 2yr old triplets and 3 dogs in a 90 degree plus house. It’s ridiculous. ✌🏼

What an amazing find ! I had my A/C stop working at the start of a heat wave. I had no idea why as it was a newer system. I called in and spoke to Melissa and she was able to get me an appointment the same day. Tanner was my service tech and he showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail. He went above and beyond and went over any and all questions we had. Absolute Airflow is Absolutely Amazing!I am renting a friends vacant house due to the pandemic, running a small work from home business. One day the blower fan in the attic stopped working and the overnight temperatures were in the low 40s. I called Absolute Airflow having heard their radio commercials while driving and the jingle stuck in my ear.My experience was amazing! My technician Joseph arrived 20 minutes early and even though I told him the problem was with the blower motor, he insisted on doing a complete professional inspection of the entire HVAC system.After Joseph diagnosed my problem, he quoted a price that was out of my budget as a self employed startup. The technician was there on time. He was courteous and professional and VERY thorough. He was also meticulous about safety and cleanliness, putting on shoe covers whenever he was in the house as well as wearing a mask at all times. The service was a part of the annual plan we have. He did not try to push any additional items on us and the service was more than I expected in its completeness. So often these routine services are a lick and a promise. This was anything but. David and Benny arrived to my home today to evaluate performance of my heater. Very professional team. Arrived with masks and put on shoe covers to protect my flooring.I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to diagnose the root cause of the problem, and they offered up a sensible solution to resolve the problem. Was super impressed with the two technicians who performed my tune up and cleaning of my HVAC system. We just moved into a new place and I wanted to see what kind of system I was dealing with. They were very thorough and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The condenser washing was quite impressive, it was really clogged up with years of build up, they really brought it back to life. There was also a rattle before the cleaning, they were able to secure whatever was rattling. System is much quieter now. My furnace had a few issues they were able to resolve as well. The filter in my furnace was completely blocked and filthy, they replaced it. Would use them 100% if I were to have any issues with my HVAC.

Always extremely professional, punctual, beyond knowledgeable and hard working to solve every issue. Absolute Airflow is truly the absolute best. The professionals at Absolute Airflow have been exquisitely trained in customer service in addition to their specialized skills. They are all well groomed, polite, communicative, and specific. They explain everything to a degree of detail, that clearly the company has implemented policies based on the facts communicated. It feels like it is well drilled in them and seem a bit demeaning to me, as if it is mansplaining. I can be overly sensitive but it became tiresome.I first contacted them because I heard a clicking sound when the heater was on. I like to catch problems early. They came out made some adjustments. I joined a maintenance program for my HVAC system. Hence the last visit was for cleaning and inspection. I was provided suggestions as to future care which I deferred for now. They also sent a plumber who flushed my water heater. He informed me of a few problems that I am glad to know about. Such as a missing release hose on a steam release valve which could cause water damage should a problem occur.All and all, you will receive top notch service by clean, articulate professionals.When I am out in the public I pay close attention to what’s going on around me. I’m not sure if this is why I’m a psych nurse or if it is a result of my working on the locked units. I pay attention to aggressive behavior. This business came to my attention for the opposite reason, when I noticed a service vehicles driving well; meaning mindfully and politely, on GG BLVD at Edwards during dense, fast and reckless morning traffic. That is the best portrayal of a company you want to hire. When the staff do what is right when nobody is looking.

Ill admit it was Bailey that made me think of Absolute Airflow. And I am glad I did call them first when I decided to replace my HVAC system. They did a fantastic job, the system works so much better than my old unit and the installation was a nice experience. I was reluctant to have strangers in my home due to Covid, but the crew were very safe, which put me at ease. All around great experience. We were scheduled to install AC and a day before got a call from them saying they decline the job since they won’t make enough money on it. Ridiculous!!! Not sure I’d trust this company for any work. If the customer service is so poor before even starting the work can’t imagine what’ll happen after we become customers and have issues with the unit.

The attention to details, how friendly they were and the positive attitudes they had. I know they had a long day here.They matched the competitors price but I can tell you I got more from them than I would have gotten from the other company.We are beyond happy with their team and I will be reaching out to have some some plumbing work done in the near future.

Absolute Airflow did an absolute excellent job installing my new AC/heating system and ducting. The technicians were on time, professional, efficient and respectful. They were careful and wore appropriate masks in these Covid times. They answered all my questions and worked around my busy household with minimal disturbance. All work areas were blocked off with sheets of plastic and tape from ceiling to floor with cloth tarps laid on my flooring. They removed my old system and ducting carefully and clean up any mess right away. The job was completed right on time. I highly recommend Absolute Airflow! Great service!

Absolute replaced my gas heater in my home. I could not be happier with the job they did. They were very professional and did a great clean job. I generally dont recommend services to people, but Id recommend them to anyone any day!

Then I remember absolute air flow. I can hear the little girls voice I head so many times when driving home from work.I call. A friendly lady answers I explained my situation expecting to be told the same thing. “ that no one can come out.” To my surprise. I hear the words I was looking for. We will get a tech out ASAP.The morning comes and the tech is here with his clean white shirt and a mask.He looks at the unit and finds the problem. Calls in to get the part. Unfortunately the part isn’t available.He calls a few other places trying to help me. With no luck.I begin to worry. How long can I honestly expect my newborn to be okay in this cold weather with this pandemic.The tech gets on the phone with his supervisor. He tells me they can get me up and running the next day with a new unit. I jump on it.The next day the tech shows up with a team of people. They get to work and by that night I have heat. By the next afternoon the entire system is replaced and even has a UV light to help reduce viruses and bacteria.I have never been more grateful for a company then I have been with these guys.I have recommended absolute airflow to many people some of them setting up their new units as well.I cannot imagine what my life would be like today if it wasn’t for them. With the current heat wave.

Absolute Airflow were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and dedicated to the job. And it was a big job -- recommending a water tank and heating/AC solution and then sourcing and installing it. They also installed a water treatment device to greatly reduce or eliminate hard water deposits. At every step, they were communicative and responsive. They showed up early the next day when work overran, but the price was the same as quoted -- no hidden fees or bad feeling. Ive already recommended them to my neighbor and will be using them for maintenance. These guys genuinely stand out in the crowd, for all the right reasons.Update: they installed a new AC unit for us in a tight spot a few months ago. Again. they were professional, thorough, courteous, and reasonably priced. They just came back to inspect the installation, and were equally thorough. Highly recommended.

Scott and Daniel came in and provided a complete evaluation and service on my HVAC system to keep it running at its best.

The guys were Professional. Came in checked my water heater, serviced it and gave me some options in case I wanted to replace it do to the age of my unit. Overall Im satisfied with Absolute.

Absolute Airflow was courteous and professional from the first phone call to the estimate to the job being completed. We had to completely replace our A/C, furnace & ducts during the pandemic and every person who entered our house used PPE and took extra precautions to keep us safe. The job exceeded our expectations. They worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up when they left. The quote was accurate and the price we paid was fair. We would definitely recommend this company who goes over and above to exceed every expectation.

This company and their technicians are #1 in my book!!We had 2 other people try to repair our AC Unit and they charged us around $1500 between them, and the cost of parts, and still it was not fixed.I called Absolute Airflow and made an appointment for them to come out and see if it needed something else that hadnt already been replaced or thought of.To be honest, I was expecting another snow job by yet another company and to pay more money out with little to no results.I was pleasantly surprised when their technician arrived. He was on time, very polite and respectful of myself and my home. He placed a rug outside of my front door, put on shoe coverings, and was even wearing a mask for our protection! He was quite knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Not just rushing through it. As it turned out, we needed a new unit. I wish I called them $1500 earlier. He called the office and set up an appointment for the next day to see about a new unit.Dennis was on time and ready to spend time with us. He explained a few different options that we had and never pushed us into anything that we werent comfortable with. We chose the unit we needed and when Dennis had left we were scheduled for install the very next day.Chris and his crew were here early and all were smiling and polite throughout the whole day. They dismantled the old system and put in the new one in 1 day! They cleaned up the mess and took everything away with them.They made what was an uncomfortable situation, in the begining, into the best experience possible. I am forever grateful to Victor, Dennis, Chris and everyone at Absolute Airflow for their professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge, cost and patience.I cannot recommend Absolute Airflow enough. Call them for all that you may need. You wont be disappointed.

Used them for my mothers home in Anaheim. Everything was super easy and extremely informative, the service plan is the best value around. No need to use anyone else!

My toilet got clogged in the evening and soon after, my shower and sink wouldn’t drain either. I contacted absolute airflow that night to see if they could fix it right away (I only have one toilet in the house). Unfortunately, they couldn’t come until the next day in the afternoon.They scheduled a visit between 6-8pm, but were able to fit me in earlier and showed up at 4:30pm. It turned out to be a clog in the sewer main line. The gentlemen who helped were very friendly and worked quickly! They gave me a great deal and my entire bathroom was running perfectly afterwards.Their prompt response time, great customer service, and amazing work would warrant a 5 star review!! My only complaint was having to go a day without a working toilet.
