Half the machines are broken but great customer service. The lady was very nice and helpful.

One of the dryers burned my duvet cover and insert plus my sheets.The manager was rude .She said i had my laundry in more then 20 minutes .It was on low heat,the inside on the machine is black from the fire. We looked in other machines as we was leaving a they are burned tooThe managerwill not give my phone to owner!

This was the worst experience of my laundromat life. This lady that weighs about 300 lb straight up verbally assaulted me over me saying man you do not close for another 15 minutes I only need 10 minutes to dry my clothes. She then proceeded to tell me sir thats 5 minutes away by my clock and you need to leave. I will never in my life ever come here and I will make sure that I call every better Business bureau in the state of Michigan to make sure that this woman or this business does not make it another month in this community. Trashy as it gets. Was doing laundry with my girlfriend when some lady pulled a knife out and threatened us over a dryer (that we werent even using anyway). On top of that I got gum on my clothes after having used their washers and dryers, most of which do not work.Think of a communal trailer park washing machine and thats what this place is. Gross and disrespectful people.

The lady said that I couldn’t dry my laundry due to me having attitude and all I said was I’m going to sit here with my clothes so you don’t throw they out cuz they told me they would if they were still here by 7:50 not even 8 and that’s when they close. All there machines both washer and dryer are always down. I couldn’t even dry my clothes for the 15 mins they had. Because they told me if I didn’t get out they would call the cops. This location is ridiculous and they need to find new people to run their shifts. It’s the easiest job to have and they making it seem like it’s the hardest.

Could barely find a washer to wash me clothes and no dryers because everything is out of order!!! Wont be back. I would rather pay more to do my clothes then come here again!! Either out of order sign or tape stating whats wrong with the machine

OVER ALL TRI CITY LAUNDRY IS A GOOD PLACE TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES BUT ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY SHOULD GET ALOT OF THERE MACHINES FIX THEY HAVE QUITE A FEW OF THEM ARE OUT OF ORDER!

The lady talking about they closed at 8 and the website says 9pm. I mean you didn’t have to lie, if you didn’t want anymore people coming in you could’ve locked the doors or UPDATED the TIME! All I wanted to do was dry my clothes. Never again

The attendant there that night was very rude, she always has an attitude for no apparent reason. I only put one star because you cant give any lower, but in my text Im giving them no stars. The only reason I go there is because of the convenience (its in the hood). Half of the machines are always out of order and they on have two large dyers and one of those are out of order half the time. I do have a vehicle, needless to say I wont be going back there!!

Everything is out of order, management needs to really rethink their business skills.

I go here cause its close and i dont have a car they can fix more of the washers and dryers and it could be cleaner i know owners like to blame the coustomer but its the machines breaking down because of wear and tear and lack of the owner doing regular maintenance on his equipment it doesent last forever.

Very rude attendee. Dropped my clothes off at noon, never got a call back so I had to call them, unaware of the time change due to google having the same closing time. Attendee raised her voice, exclaiming “it’s not their problem” and hung up on me, even though they were the ones that didn’t communicate. She chose to hold my clothes hostage, because when I went up there, 10 mins after “closing” she was still there, laughing from a couple stores down as I look inside to see if anyone is there that can just allow me to receive my clothes. So it wasn’t like she needed to be somewhere, she just wanted to watch as she ruined someone’s day. NEVER GOING BACK! And I advise no one to give them their business. There is a lot more laundromats out there within the area with MUCH better customer service.

Place is very clean and well kept. A lot of washing machine for all loads sizes. Price ranging from $2.75 (the smallest) to $9.00 (the largest) pick your day for washing wisely. Theres 35 dryers in total, 5-6 are broken. Theres more washer than dryers. Also for the dryers, be ready to fork over more than what you have washed. I used 2 of the small washer $2.75. I have already spent $4.00 and still trying to get my small loads of light clothes dry😲

This is a nice coin laundromat they also offer dry cleaning they will wash your clothes folding and iron them they charge by the pound the cost for washing your own varies a. Different size machines drying your clothes is relatively cheap I go there often.

This company is very Clean and well maintained. It has an ATM, Candy and Beverage machine(s) including a video game for the children; and is a safe place to be with the Family.

The Tri-County coin laundry was beautiful its quiet and peaceful and there are other stores connected so you can shop all at one place....love it....

Fairly new and one of the closest places to wash for me it is a nice place.

There is no way to clean your hands after using the bathroom. No soap or hand sanitizer.

The young lady at the Counter was super helpful and the people doing Laundry here were nice as well! Tri City Coin Laundry was an all around good experience. Ive read some of the previous reviews and some stated issues they had with washers and dryers. That was not my experience at all!

My family was in a time crunch between grocery shopping doctors and normal running but we knew laundry had to be done. We dropped it off did all our running came to pick up and every item of clothing was neatly folded socks mated just amazing care !!! Thank for all your hard work!

Need more dryers to be operating

Its clean peaceful and if you forgot something they have everything there that you need. Quarter cups. A little area of you have kids with you. Pricing is great!! Dry Cleaning. $1.25 extra a pound they will do your laundry for you. Need quarters??? Change machine there!!!

1st time to this location, if you cant stand ghetto people then this isnt the place for you. Wont be going back

First impression not so nice. A lot of washers and dryers are out of order and smell, there is no hand soap in the bathrooms and the hand sanitizer was watered down and left a nasty sticky feeling on my hands. 😕

Very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Washers and dryers all worked well. The large machines allowed me to wash and dry my large bedding easily.

Disappointed! I use the drop off service often, and when we do its always over $200.00 because we are a family of 8. I dropped off our laundry Friday afternoon and said I was in no rush! Its a lot of clothes. Saturday morning I was told it was ready! (Awesome that was quick) but we were sick and not able to pick up. Sunday early evening my husband went to grab our clothes and got there at 8:40/8:45 cause he called me at 8:49 upset! The doors were locked! Now closing hours are at 9pm. So he saw the workers standing there and a few customers still inside. He knocked on the door and all they said was closed. So he continues with Im picking up, my stuff is there and points to it. Again all they say is closed. He went today after work to grab them and now all a sudden theirs a paper sign hand written on the window stating no pick up after 8:30!!!! Thats BS! That sign has never been there before! I dont think Ill be returning! I only come here because its closer then my last place, but my last place is cheaper so Ill make the drive!

Please do not come and do business at the Tri-County coin laundry attendant was very nasty and rude and told me to get the f*** out never been treated so poorly most of the large loaders were broken down and I was asking her about the coins to put into the machine and she got upset about that there was no sign on the washer that said that it was broken then she came at me to the door as if she was getting ready to jump on me and since this is a civil matter the police can do nothing

Super clean! Very nice ! The play area is amazing, the TVs are awesome!! Its air conditioned well in the summer, and warm in the winter!!! Honestly a great laundromat!!

The clerk was very helpful, she even gave me extra laundry detergent for free, because I wasnt sure if I loaded it right, the only downside is that the drying isnt free

So glad I’d decided to give this place another try. Seems as if they have hired new staff here who are very friendly and helpful. My initial problem with tri city laundry was that it seemed as if driers weren’t drying well. When I confronted the attendant at the front she shared that the problem was from consumers energy which wasn’t suppling Enough gas to the machines. They have now resolved the issue. Glad to be back! Overall great place and atmosphere!
