Clean and well maintained but $3.50 is too much for the small white washing machines.

Courteous helpful and polite staff. Childrens play area with books. Good prices, free drying and wifi. Once I forgot some bleach and asked if I could purchase some and the attendant gave me some out of her car and refused to take money to pay her.

I have been coming here since I was pregnant with my now 2 yrs old. Just recently, they have a new owner. I go in today to wash in the $7.00 load. Load my clothes then proceed to put my monies in the machine. I put in $0.75 but the machine only recognizes $0.50. The change return button was stuck and wouldnt give my money back. I get the attendants attention and he sticks something in the machine and it releases the quarter that the machine wouldnt recognize. Because the button is stick still, it wouldnt release the other $0.50 I put in the machine. I asked him for it back so I could use a different machine, but he wouldnt because he called the owner and the owner told him not to and that Id have to wait a half of an hour for the owner to arrive!!!! I stayed that I wouldnt wait that long as to it would interfere in me picking my kids up on time. They didnt care and have now lost a long time customer!!! Some might say, its only $0.50 but its the principle of it! I paid money towards washing and couldnt. What if the machine wouldve took more of my money? I took my clothes out, took pictures, and I will never go back!!!!

Cute, clean, lots of machines, nice staff lady, giant reusable laundry bags for $5! Lots of places to sit n watch your clothes 😄 I have no complaints about this laundromat or the one across the street, both top notch!! The 2nd pic is the giant bag, bignormous

Great hospitality and the dryers dried my clothes so fast, and if you wash there you dry for free, they also give you a card and once you get 10 stamps your next laundry is free

Free drying cant beat it and always clean friendly environment.

No signs up about wearing MASKS. People walk in no masks & the workers DONT wear masks during this pandemic and the Michigan numbers are rising.

Having not been to a laundromat for a very long time, I was extremely impressed with this place. It was spotless, including bathroom. Staff is very friendly. And to top it off, the dryers are free to use if you wash here. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Havent been to a laundromat in many years. The lady working there was so nice and helpful. My new washer comes in next Thursday 😣 so Ill definitely use this place until it comes in.

The machines are $3 and $5 so theyre a bit pricey, but the washers do a good job and dont take super long and the dryers are FREE. ATM located walking distance at the 7 Eleven south. Nice and clean, employees keep doors open for a nice cross breeze.

Very clean and spacious with lots of washers and dryers that all seem to be working! Not a lot of people here, nice play area for kids, decorated nicely, and free drying! Would visit again.

I normally go to tubs & tumblers but they were closing an hour early I drug my heavy wet clothes out and to the door just for them to say their closing early grrr...but Im actually glad this happened because I came to the Laundry Stop ( First Time) and they were open til 10pm Also owner was there and greeted me and the employee working was very sweet she asked if I needed help with carrying my clothes to my vehicle...the place was clean and dryers are hot !! I will be coming here for now on 😉

Best place to do your laundry at. Free drying when you wash your clothes here. Plus, after 10 visits you get $5.00 for washing. Get deal. Highly recommended.

My dryer had stopped working and found out that they are open until 2 am the only one that I know is open that late the older gentleman that works there is just the best he helps you out and will talk to you he is just the greatest man I can think of in that time of the morning he also works another job also but he is just the greatest only wish there were more places like this .

Actually called Spotless Laundry. Coin machines (you dont have to bring change or wait for it). Free drying. Free wifi. Open later than others. The place is very clean. Highly recommended.

The machines are reasonably priced and I do 2wks of laundry for 4 people including linen, towels and blankets. I generally spend less than $40 there. They have a small section for kids to play in as well. This is the only laundromat I go to.

Some laundromats when you walk in their dirty this one happens to be extremely clean in fact they run disinfectant through the washing machines once a week always someone helpful to help you with your change or if you have any questions a play area for kids snacks and they sell laundry detergent in Little Boxes and fabric softener

Nice place and one of 2 that where open after 7pm on a Sunday...the machines were decent and the best of all...free drying.! Thats right free use of the dryers.

Clean place, friendly attendant. Free drying if you did your washing here. Plenty of machines, including BIG ones. I washed 3 quilts here, 1 king and 2 queen each in a separate machine, 5$ each.

Been going to this laundry mat for over a year...it has its ups and downs thats for sure...especially with the staff! Not only at one point in time i had employees leave to deal drugs as i sat dumb founded or one of the girls hang in a car with a bunch of males while the 5 of us random customers waited to even get our dryers started! Can go on for days with problems with staff and low lifes stealing peoples clothes out of the dryers!!! The place is super clean and the owner is cool but he needs new smart staff!

Great clean place. I was going to tubs and tumblers on Elizabeth in wayne but this place is much better!

No problems..... except that I moved out of the area, and havent found another location that has free drying like this place. I moved to Redford Twp, if anyone has any suggestions of a place around Redford.

I use the Stop Off - Laundry Service.They are fast and efficient.Location is clean, has play area for kids, plenty of TV to watch and a couple of computers with internet access.

I go to spotless laundry every other week, iv been noticing alot of changes.. New workers, might i add very rude! Not very helpful & very short when u need help! Plus the washers are not cleaning my clothes very well..some of my clothes end up ruined with grease spots on them & im not a mechanic.. Today was my last day there! Tired of rudeness & my clothes being ruined, time to go across the street! Thank you

People are rude here, standing to put my clothes in, the man told the other man you can use this, he looked at me and said he was first, but I was standing there, the other to put my thing in the dryer. Told the other man you are rude, and being a man, you should have said you go first, you were standing there before me. Glad Im a lesbian.
