I was very impressed with the professionalism of the owner. I had a water damage problem. Although he couldn’t help me with the water, he texted advice on how to handle it. When the carpet was dry, I called and asked for carpet cleaning service as there were water spots on the carpet. An excellent job was done. The owner, was very professional, took great care not to scrape walls or mar floors, he was on time and very pleasant. The carpet looks great. I highly recommend Steem Cleaning.
