I would strongly suggest using 911 Restoration as your water mitigation team as they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the work being done in my home!I am so fortunate that I received a call from 911 Restoration after my house sustained some roof, ceiling and floor damage from Hurricane Ida. I called several mitigation companies a few days after the storm here in the New Orleans area and I received a call from Matt at the Detroit branch shortly after leaving my information with a Louisiana branch. They were headed down to Louisiana to help out with the recovery effort and I was lucky enough to get a quick callback.Matt arrived on a Friday to inspect the damage and assess what kind of equipment would be needed. His Detroit team arrived the following morning and after covering the unaffected area with plastic, they were ready to remove all ceiling and flooring materials that had been damaged in the storm.Matt’s team was quick, efficient, respectful and completely professional. They updated me on progress every step of the way and inquired as to where I would like items moved. They took pictures of the process ensuring me that everything was complete and ready for the next steps along the way.In just a few short hours, all damaged materials had been removed and everything was cleaned and dust free. Screws were removed from all exposed wood as well! Using pet-safe, plant-based chemicals, the team misted the exposed areas of my attic and floor to protect them from mold growth. They then set up and left heavy duty, industrial, dry-out equipment (15 large fans, 2 large dehumidifiers, and an air scrubber).I am so pleased with the work carried out by Matt and his 911 Restoration team from Detroit. They have made the beginning of this difficult process very simple and efficient. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys and am glad I got lucky enough to get a call from them. Matt and his crew did a great job cleaning our flooded basement! We had sewage backup with visible mold on the drywall and they removed all the affected area, sprayed with an anti-microbial, and power washed the walls and floor to make sure everything was clean. They were very communicative, answering all our questions and letting us know what to expect throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anybody!

This 2020 with COVID has been so scary and has so badly effected my business. As I opened my store, one of my worker reported COVID positive. I search for a reputed company on whom I could bank on for quality work for sanitizing my store. 911 RESTORATION guys were simply fantastic. Watching them sanitizing was a sight to watch, I so confident opening my store again.

We live in the New Orleans area and we’re affected by hurricane Ida. Matt and his team were at my house 3 days after the storm assessing the damage and coming up with a game plan. Within 24 hours they had removed all the Sheetrock and floors. They placed fans and dehumidifier through out my home. Every day Matt would contact me and give me an update on the progress. He was able to bill my insurance company direct so it took some stress off of my shoulders. They provided photos of everything damaged to insurance company to help with my claim. If you are in the area I would recommend using Matt and his team.

We had only been in our new condo a few months when we had significant water damage. It went through the floors and into the lower level damaging drywall, ceilings, flooring and carpeting. 911 Restoration of Metro Detroit came out the same day and walked us through the entire process. The young men who came into our home were polite, very careful with our belongings, and conscientious about protecting the areas of our home that were undamaged. The process of tearing down walls, ripping up carpets and then restoring it to just as if it never happened took several months. During that time they maintained a professional friendliness that allowed us to ask questions and make decisions based on the impressive knowledge they had in all areas of reconstruction. They worked with our insurance company and made sure that the job was done completely and well. We are very satisfied with the finished product, and feel that our home is just as good (or even better) than before the flooding. This is a great company and they deal with their clients with integrity. Five stars!

This was the first company to respond after record amounts of rain. They cleared, cleaned, and sanitized my basement in a quick and efficient manner. Communication was consistent, clear and open. Amy and Christian went over and above on the entire job!

Matts crew came to my home in Westland well equipped to handle the water on my basement floor. They came in and went straight to work. I was very impressed by how coordinated the crew was in doing their work. They worked together very well in removing the water, sanitizing the floor, and taking all damaged property out to the curb. “Prince” was 2 hours late for my initial basement inspection. My appointment was at noon, “ Prince” showed up at 1:08pm, stood outside and did not ring the doorbell. He decided to leave, then call to tell us “ he’d be back soon”, which ended up being around 2:30pm.We were quoted $3700 for sanitatization and mold remediation and were informed that on Thursday at 8am, the cleaning crew would come out to start the process”.So, Thursday comes…no call/no show. I call “Amy” who claims she’ll get to the bottom of what’s going on. The cleaning crew arrives 1 hour late, spends 1.5 hours cleaning and leaves.We were informed that “someone” would come back to bring fans and a dehumidifier.No on ever came back. Our basement is wet. 0/10 would not recommend this company to anyone.

Way overcharged and ripped off. Charged me $2000 to put a couple fans in my basement and 2 dehumidifiers. $250 of that was to take the trim off the walls and cut a few inches of drywall away. See the below picture for their cut. Then when they were done they didnt even put the trim back or fix the walls at all! I called them up to see if they could fix their work and they wanted to charge me $450 to finish the job they started! I will never call a restoration company to do work again. If your basement floods just go to home Depot and buy all the equipment yourself.

I employed 911 Restoration to remediate mold caused by HVAC leak. My experience with the whole team has been phenomenal.They identified the mold and built a plan to remediate as quickly as possible to enable me to sell my condo. I did all the correspondences miles away from home. They adhered to the condo association rules and ensured that all the mold was remediate. The inspector, clearing my unit, was a tough one and 911 restoration worked diligently on his recommendations to get full clearance.The reconstruction work was done very well after the remediation and took place during the holidays due to my tight schedule.I cant comment on cost as I didnt have the time to shop around.Harpreet, Nick, Joel and Amy were pleasure to work with. I have exchanged numerous calls and emails with each one of them and they have been responsive and attentive to my situation and needs.Hire these guys if you want to get things done right and professionally!

I have never felt so upset with a company to take time out to write a review. I would NEVER recommend using 911 Restoration of Metro Detroit. If you are thinking about using their services I would run as fast as you can and find a company that has great service, quality work and most importantly integrity because 911 Restoration of Metro Detroit has none of these. The goal of this company is to inflate the price and do as little work as possible. I had a leak that involved some mold and they tried to charge the insurance company over $9,000 (They removed 6 cabinets a countertop and a wall scraping off some mold on the wood. All of 5 hours of labor.) To date I still have the cabinets and a partial countertop in my garage that I have to get removed. There were 60 line items on the estimate that I did not originally receive with over 10 items that were not done or did not even exist. When the insurance company refused to pay for the claim I was asked to pay $5,000 in cash or check to an individual that will remain nameless.I took it upon myself to do some research because they did so little work but wanted significant compensation. I am always willing to pay for work done but every estimate stated that the work completed should have cost not more than $2,000-$2,500 on the high end. When I confronted leadership at 911 Restoration of Metro they stated they could place a lien on my home if I did not pay them $5,000 that I never agreed to in the first place. I never signed any thing for them to do the work because it was set up through a third party. To avoid litigation and to be done with 911 Restoration of Metro Detroit we settled.When we look at things like insurance premiums they are very high due to unnecessary, unethical inflated cost by companies like 911 restoration of Metro Detroit. For the sake of your property and peace of mind do not use this company.

Michigan cold burst the pipe to exterior hose in my wall early on a sunday morning. After calling 20+ companies who took my information with the promise of a callback or told me they were 3-5 days out, I stumbled onto 911 restoration and Harpreet. This company was unbelievable, they pulled an emergency tech from another job to stabilize my home within 20 minutes of my call! I had a problem with the main water shutoff so they found the local valve to stop my flood. a few hours later the rest of the crew came over with the monster dehumidifier and industrial fans to work on the carpet and walls.I was very impressed with this restoration company and know who to call if theres anymore issues with my home.

When the polar vortex moved through Michigan on February 1, 2019, we wound up with a burst pipe and extensive water damage. I had water surging in my basement at night. It is hard enough to get plumbers after hours and then they charge time and a half. 911 Restoration was the first clean up team to come out and they came expediently. They cleaned the black water up, removed everything flooded, and applied a mold remover on every surface. They removed everything that had to be discarded plus more and we did not lift a finger. I could really exhale. I called three other restoration companies. One company said they couldnt come out because it was an unsafe environment. Wha-what!! 911 Restoration needed me and I needed them! Thank God for this Detroit outfit! They are very reliable and do great work!! These are contractors that aint playing around.Happy and Grateful Customers
