This place put a Ceramic Z Coating on my vehicle. My vehicle looks FANTASTIC! Like glass or a mirror. I LOVE IT! See? My vehicle is Black 🙂

John was personable when I first talked to him, but Alex stepped up to the plate when I had to pick up my vehicle.He took off the over spray & made sure everything was satisfactory.I would have given 5 stars except for the way John spoke to me while dropping off my vehicle. I can understand you having a bad day, [ which it must have been as Alex told me he was on vacation now]....Alex also told me about the yearly visits required...which I was unaware of ....I live in Florida...this could pose a problem in the future.

Horrible interior detailing!!! Purchased a used car so I wanted it cleaned. They didnt even wipe out the cup holder. Please dont waste your money!

Staff in the office was super friendly, thats the reason for the extra star. Took two cars here for detailing. Food wrapper was still in the door cup holder(the only trash I didnt clean out beforehand) dirt (was dirt before not mud) was still found on seats, in cup holders, and center console. Windshield was clear before cleaning, both now has streaks. I thought the first car was a fluke but the second car was just as bad. Door jambs werent clean, exterior of car was still dirty after a wash, rims were still dirty. Paid double what I have previously paid at other places for detailing where a better job was done and I feel I wasted my money here.

Great place to get your car or truck treated for rust.

Went in for undercoating and rust proofing. Got my car back same day. After arriving home I spent hours cleaning the undercoating of the outside of my vehicle. The front grille. Rear bumper front bumper. There was overspary everywhere. So I called to let them know and he offered a free detail which was great. Took in in that Wednesday and come to pick it up things are fine. Get home and there is a foot long swirled scratch in my front bumper. So I bring it back to ziebart and he said he didnt think he did that but tried to rub compound on it. They did create this scratch and it will not come out with compound. This has been a horrible experience after spending over $600 I never expected to come out of this with such a massive scratch on my car. The manager is nice enough but the quality of work being done is less than ok.. mediocre at best..

I got my windows tinted here. The prices were great they had tint levels to pick from and it comes with a warranty on it which is amazing. I took it back to get the tint fixed in 2 windows. John lemon is the store manager and h is amazing and I recommend ziebart but the guy that does the tinting he needs some customer service to watch his tone with how he talks to people. If I met him first I would not of gotten my windows tinted their and that is what he does.... I just prefer to deal with the store manager. John lemon is amazing and I suggest dealing with him all the time!!. I will have to take my car in a 3 Rd time to get the tint fixed again but its covered under the warranty. I have weird shaped windows and so the tint is not staying down around the gasket around the window. But yes to ziebart and heck yes to John the store manager highly recommend!!

Put all the plastic hole covers in place so I didnt have to return to get them. The ones that cover the holes you drill.

Great Service for a Great Price. They did a fleet of five full size Transit vans in a timely manner and the results were excellent. The tint films do a good job reducing heat inside the vehicle and make it look much better (I got the ceramic kind). Would recommend this location to anyone!

What a great experience. The guys really know what they are doing. They went over and above to give my truck the best possible treatment. I had them do the rust eliminator, and full rust protection. They were very accommodating working around my schedule as my truck is my only work truck. I would recommend anyone concerned with preserving their vehicle to call.

Had Chris window tint my brand new $33,000 Impala and he did a beautiful job at a great price. I have to add Chris was very professional, while he was working on my car he also had to answer the phone and handle walk-ins, he did the job of three people with a smile on his face, fantastic worker who takes pride in a job well done. Brought my car in for detailing. I had dog fur, mud, and coffee stains. I was told they can all be removed. Id say they did a half good job. The fur is gone which is not easy, I found a few spots where mud was not cleaned and 4 coffee stains, and I accidentally got mascara on the roof trying to do my makeup in the car. That was still there. Windshield has so many streaks I prefer they didnt wipe it. I bought 409 and a brush and coffee stains came right out, scrubbed the ceiling mascara came right out, I havent gotten around to the mud yet. Inside of visor not wiped down at all. Thats all Ive seen so far, everything else is great. Overall at first glance the car looks amazing, upon further use you start noticing those little things. Tbf when fabric is wet its kind of hard to see some stains, it wasnt until after the seats began to dry that I started seeing them. Not sure what to say, Im glad my car is cleaner than before, Im disappointed about finding these little missed spots. Maybe Im too critical. Who knows. For a good overall appearance these guys did amazing, for those who notice the small details this may not be the right place. I have mixed happy and disappointed feelings.

Ok, so first things first... This location is under new management and corporate had gotten it back under control and the new manager is great. He is very professional and he gets the job done properly and in a timely fashion.My family has been using Ziebart for 50 years and we believe in the rust protection program. We keep our cars an average of 8-10 years and none of them have ever showed signs of rust. Ziebart works... It is as simple as that. If you follow the program with yearly inspections and touch ups, you will have a rust free car.On a final note, I had an issue with the previous management and contacted corporate expressing my concerns. They immediate got back with me and meet me at the location to introduce me to the new management, assuring me that they would get the job done correctly. Who does this sort of thing any longer, taking the bull by the horns, admitting that things were problematic with the past management and making it right with that kind of personal attention? I will tell you that it never happens anymore. Rob, from corporate Ziebart, meet me at 7:30 am on the opposite side of town to make things right with me. That is the kind of company that Ziebart is and has been for decades. Their headquarters is located in Troy, MI... YES, they are a Michigan company! Do business with them and your car will thank you! Thank you Rob and the Ziebart company for caring about your customers and standing behind your fine product.

Rustproofing done, ask me in ten years if it was worth it, but pleased with the service!

They did a great job on my car detail, but they put this super sticky decal on the back window of my car without asking. I was annoyed when I discovered it and even more annoyed when I realized I would need to use Goo Gone to get the sticky residue off my window. Kind of ruined my first impression of this shop.

The place is great no problems.

Picked up my 2017 Equinox today after having a complete rustproofing service performed. A little bit disappointed after looking underneath the vehicle to see small areas that had little or no coating. I will just go to Auto Zone and purchase a couple of undercoating spray cans to complete the job. Shouldn’t have to do this though after spending $527.60.

Got my 93 F-150 undercoated there, went to change my oil soon after and I crawl under the car and the undercoating is peeling off and the smell of it was like inhaling pure chemicals. Took 2 months for the smell to go away. Under my truck is a mess of black goo. Way too expensive for the quality.

I had a $50 off coupon for this location I received from a friend who ended up taking his truck to the Telegraph location and both of us have trucks that we got undercoated at these two different locations. His came out fantastic. It looked like it came right from the factory like that, we could not find an imperfection on his truck. So I was very excited to get mine done. Then next weekend came around and we dropped my truck of to get undercoated, when I got it back we inspected the work and we could not believe our eyes... I bet Stevie Wonder could have done a better job! there was overspray that went in between my cab and bed and got all over my rear window, overspray that came through the square holes on top of my bed and got all over, overspray that got all in my engine bay (which is still there to this day), and there were plenty of spots missed. I went back there the next day after work and of course it was too late and the undercoating guy had left early. Who Id have to presume is the manager looked at the over spray and said they have to use wax and a clay bar to get it off. complete BS. My friend who went to the Telegraph store was given a small bottle of solution to remove any overspray, I asked him about it and he said that doesnt exist... He said they would spray the missed spots also. I called the next day to stop by and get this resolved and of course the guy leaves at 4:30pm, when the store closes at 5:30pm... Called again the next day asking for an owner or someone who could help I was told there was no owner. (Uhhh, who owns the place then?)This went on for a week and when I finally got in, the undercoating guy again wasnt there, so their DETAILER did the work. I waited 2 hrs and the overspray still wasnt taken care of until I went over my truck with the DETAILER and what did he do? He used a small bottle of solution to clean it off... (I thought that stuff didnt exist?)It was sad to see my pride and joy truck ruined by these unprofessional workers. The detailer was an ok dude but, everyone else was useless. NO I WAS NOT PAID BY ANYONE TO WRITE THIS! THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE BUSINESS!
