I pass by several car washes to come here. My car always leaves here shiny and clean. They take their time and make sure the hard to reach places also get cleaned. I also like that they towel dry your car as part of the service (I do tip). I have been a satisfied customer for years and will continue to go out of my way to get my car cleaned here.

Great car wash experience. The prices are good for what you get. Their monthly subscriptions are fairly priced. They really wash your car and unlike most places, they towel down your car at the end.

Recently moved to the Westland area and have visited this car wash (as a passenger). Every experience was pleasant and professional. Now I use them for my new vehicle and still have the same great experiences, each time I visit. Appreciate the discount to multi cars who have wash passes also - it’s worth the price! Definitely going to set up an appointment for detailing in the future!

I pulled in to the Super TLC Car Wash today with my windows covered in paint. Its graduation time and we were celebrating. The guys here spent time making sure all the paint was off my car and that I left completely satisfied. I didnt expect such care and these guys have won a customer for life. This place is the best!

I was greeted by a charming young woman on the left side and a smiley young man on the right!!! Both worked very hard to remove the dried on debris from the windows. At the end of the cycle, an enthusiastic young man worked hard to dry my vehicle. I will continue to return!

The equipments may be outdated by a years apart but aye, those staffs including Jeremy, Rick, Pavel and Richie have been exceptionally incredible with their customer services and keeping us the customers pleased.

Worth the wait! Service was a bit slow due to staffing but the attendants took their time and didnt cut corners. Top notch clean for the money!

Came downstate to visit family and had a few weeks worth of bug build up on my car. They took their time and scrubbed it clean! Better than any car wash in my hometown up north!

I’ve been to them for the full detail a few times. Good work, but getting ahold of someone to schedule isn’t a thing anymore. Nobody answers the phone at all. The answering machine says “text us or leave a message” neither of which will ever get a response. It’s ridiculous. I’ve tried scheduling several times since October and had this problem since. Then I just show up to get it done, and I’m told I have to call to make an appointment???? Obviously not possible. Used to like this place but won’t go again until they fix their phone issue.

I contacting Super TLC during the pandemic to try and do something fun for my young son in his birthday and Pavel was extremely helpful. They allowed me to pay over the phone and went the extra mile putting a notice on the sign. I will definitely come back and would recommend others to go here.

I love the way they wash my car. They get it really clean. The 1 draw back is I pay $40 a month and I cant get my wheels cleaned? Really? Its not a big deal, I normally wipe my car down & clean my tires myself, but I should have the option.

Quick and efficient from collecting the payment through the full car wash. Would have rated them higher but they didnt dry my car off as well as they normally would.

I would give them 20 stars if I could, they got me in last minute, and Im blown away at how clean they got this car. We bought it for our 18yr old, the previous owner was clearly a very heavy smoker and I dont think he ever once cleaned it. It looks brand new, and smells even better!!! Definitely worth the 35 min drive!!Thank you guys so much, definitely not going anywhere else!!!

I went for shampoo car detailing which is $150. My main goal for going this much expensive was to have my car seats and mat cleaned there were some stains but unfortunately they couldnt get rid stains out from car seats and mats. Even the outside wasnt that clean. :( disappointed. I wouldnt recommend for Shampoo detailing here

Great place. The owner is great. Did an Express in and out with a coupon and he let me keep it for my next car. They work tirelessly for an hour or so to get your car cleaned. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great ownership.

Every time I go here, they amaze me with how clean they make my vehicle. I had a white dog, and they were able to get 90% of her hair out each time. Nice, helpful, honest people working there. I dont know any of them personally but they are great people.

I have had a few vehicles since living in the area for the last 6 years. I have had my cars detailed, purchased monthly car wash cards and referred clients to this establishment. My cars have never had scratches and the detailing has been great. I never had to point anything out. They were always perfect!

Id never been responsible for getting the car cleaned & detailed before, and this was an important task for me as we were taking a road trip with in-laws. They did an impeccable job in under 5 hours, while pressed for time. At the end of it all, they did not even charge me for the 20% van fee; I would have paid for the great job they did.Will definitely be returning after how wonderful their service is!

Got a car wash here today, Gave $6 in tips because they did such a good job on my wheels wiping out the brake dust. Nice job, car looks great!Edit: I’ve been here a few times since the original review and each time the wheels have not come out clean and there has been dirt still on the bumper, presumably where the brushes can’t reach. This is despite paying for the highest level wash. Not the end of the world, same issues with most drive through car wash places, just not the five star wash I got the first time, which was actually a great wash.

Took my SUV there to he detailed. They did a marvelous job. Took the time to do every detail (which is what I paid for). All the winter wear and tear is gone. Definitely will recommend and be back. Only draw back is theyre a bit cramped in the area they put the cars to do the job. When one is done the other one has to be moved to get the finished car out. But overall a wonderful job.

Best Car Wash EverAs an electrical contractor I travel to many different states with my truck and in the summer the bugs build up heavy. They pretty much did a complete scrub down to get all the bugs off before my truck was in sent through the wash. Yes it takes long but they got it all. From Columbus, OH. This place is the best that I have ever had my truck washed and I travel between Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia for my job. The employees had great attitudes also!5/20/2015 3:20pm

My usual stop for a quick car wash. Even though wait times sometimes can be in excess of 10 to 15 minutes plus, never had a problem with the automatic car wash. Good service and reasonable prices.

Pleasant worker, remembered to take the magnets off the back of my car. Car wasnt fully clean, missed a spot and the back hatch on my edge was actually still dirty and dusty after the car wash.

TLC car wash is excellent for regular car wash and car detailing. I have been doing all my cars washed from this place for past more than 4 years and each time the service is excellent and with no waiting time, if u get an appointment. The owner is friendly and helpful. I would recommend TLC car wash.

This place is honestly terrible. Will NEVER return. Manager was very rude. We actually came to use the vacuum. Didn’t want a car wash, vacuums were all being use. Tried to go around the building to exit, but couldn’t as they had other cars blocking the exit. Was FORCED to go through car wash. When I said something to the manager, all he had to say was “it’s only $5”, I asked if he’d let us go through for free as we were being inconvenienced by them not having an exit. He said no, there was nothing he could do. I will be contacting the owner of this establishment next week.

Very friendly and courteous. Always have a good wash here. The car air fresheners are too strong for my vehicle but I dont blame them for that. I just hang them I my garage and it keeps it smelling great. I enjoy that they hand dry every vehicle all year round. They are very hard working and it shows.

Someone in their staff misplaced some of my stuff during interior detailing and I never got it back. Good thing it was not too expensive.. They did a fair job in detailing though..

I never go to auto car washes since they are more likely to leave scratch on cars but thanks to Michigans winter I cant hand wash my car every week. Super TLC is the only place I trusted so far. You cant compare them to a $200 full service detail but with $8+$2tip you can get a decent car wash. If they are not busy, they will spend more time to pre-soak and hand dry your car with micro-fiber towels. Overall its a good place to go if you love your car as I do and you cant hand wash it.

I went to the car wash and when I left, I still was dirty in areas. I contacted the owner about my disappointment and they said to come back and they would make it right. The guys spent several minutes on my prewash and make sure I was fully clean. I really appreciate that type of service and commitment. I have them 4 starts because I should not have had to come back but I really do respect a business that stands behind their work and will do whatever to make it right.

My Buuck Enclave was embarrassinly dirty. Carpeting had dog hair and pine needles. Windows were all dirty with dog nose marks and cloudy making it difficult to see. I didnt expect a perfect job considering months of dirt The job was great. I will be. a regular customer.Will definately be a regular customer so I eont be embarassed.narksfoggy withmaking it difficukt to see.

Bad experience. Young kid workers are rude and disrespectful and talked badly about people out of earshot. The washers left mud on key areas of the vehicle and dryers were left trying to clean it off. May be better if they hired respectful employees. Better off taking your business elsewhere where your treated with respect when your handing them your hard earned money.
