Booked with Detail Bros for my Elantra and Flex. Cecil did a wonderful job on detailing the interiors of both vehicles. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Zero issues with the entire process. Very, very happy with the way both cars look. Id transported our anxious, white doggo to the vet in the Elantra and its black cloth back seat was covered in white hair, but not a single hair was left behind after detailing. Detail Bros was also quite a bit more affordable than other services I contacted. Thank you!

Save your money and don’t detail your car here. This place is not professional, I purchased the ultimate deal, which you can view on their website, my carpet was not cleaned, you can still see sticky spots everywhere, dirt spots everywhere, they were not scrubed, they were not even wet when I picked up the car, to which he even said he steamed them, that’s not washing them. the seats were not cleaned, all he did was wipe it with some shiny stuff all the dirt and gunk was still there, all my cup holders were still so dirty! I can clearly see where he steped on the seats with his shoes, because the markings are there, did not even vaccum the seat pockets or insides dashboard or storage box or back of trunk. I can go on and on. Will stick to cleaning my own car. So disappointed.

The best detail shop in Westland is Detail Bros. On time and professional. Affordable and better then any other detail shop I’ve gone to that charges 2x the price for half the quality Detail Bros provide.

First off I bought the Groupon for Ultimate car detail that included wash, wax interior shampoo, clay bar you know all the works. Scheduled the appointment for 10am on a Monday. Droped the car off Sunday night after hrs easy enough. I really want to support the business because the guy I talk to on the phone was cool,nice and professional. I got a call around 1230-1 saying the car was ready to be picked, Im thinking to myself like thats extremely fast judging from my appointment time so I ask and say the wax and claybar and shampoo is all done and he says yes. I stayed id be there after I get off work to pick it up which was around 345, he said I have 1 car left im going to go after that so redeem the Groupon now so we get paid and the car would be in the parking lot. I said OK but didnt want to do that because I couldnt do a walk around with the business to go over any missed details.As soon as I pull in the parking lot I see the black smudges that I hoped would be out still there. A buddy of mine said they may be imperfections in the paint so not there fault. The paint on the fender still felt rough like no claybar was done. The interior was clean and came out good off first glance. Then I get in the back seat and pull down the armrest and cup holders and they were never touched at all. Theres still sticky soda stains,crumbs and dried up stains. I think it all depends on which detailer you get here, the guy I had mentioned he was the brother of the boss and sounded very young on the phone so maybe was in a hurry. I have had friends who used the place and had great results but I dont think Ill try him again.

Purchased Groupon for The Ultimate Detail Package and setup appointment to drop off at 11AM on Saturday. Guy told me based on vehicle condition, it will take 4-6 hours, and I said okay and told them to call me when its done.I called around 5 PM to find out status. Guy told me that we started working your car so give us until 6:30-7 PM, and I said okay and told them to call me when its done.I went there to pick up my car at 7:15 PM, and they told me they are still working and need 30 more mins, and I said okay and told them to call me when its done.I went back at 8:15 and my car was parked out and I started checking my car based on offered services:Exterior wash : Front bumper still have so many bugs and looks not even washed. Headlights not cleaned properly. Many corners missed.Clean door jambs & trunk seals : Cleaned.Towel dry (Microfiber) : Dried.Degrease tires and wheels : Wheel rim still have dirt and almost 80% clean.Tire dressing : Looks clean.Window cleaning : Still have bugs on them. Not the cleanest work.Vacuum carpet, seats and trunk : Carpet OK, leather seats NOT vacuumed (I am already furious), Trunk OK.Clean vents : Havent even bother checking but looks okayShampoo fabric (may be damp if picking up the same day) : Not much fabric in my car so OkayHot water extraction (floor, seats, 4 rugs, and trunk) : Sufficient cleaned considering salt residue is hard to get out when really dry. Nice attempt. Thumps Up. Trunk not vacuumed at all. Still have dried leaves and dried food from last camping trip.Spot clean headliner : Not checked.Complete interior wipe-down : Steering looks not cleaned fully.Apply interior shine and protectant to all hard surfaces : Cleaned and nice smelling.Clean leather seats and apply conditioner : Not cleaned (WOW!) Still have dirt and debris in seams of seats. I asked for leather clean solution and cleaned myself and showed them clear difference of not done and done. Door leather areas are still black not even touched. I have done detailing myself so I can tell the difference when something is done and not done.Apply quality wax (will not remove swirls or scratches) : Not the one of the best work, cant really tell if done or not.After long arguing (I am extremely angry and furious, time almost 8:45ish), guy offered me take back my car in and redo some of the work - and I said okay.9ish car was out. I realized he did clean front bumper, re-wiped exterior and some of the interior, vacuums seats but my leather seats and door area is still NOT CLEANED but hey is there any point arguing now??Moral of the story:5 year old car, detailed done twice before this so not much cleaning needed but still..........Spend entire day in area waiting for car to be done.Work done poorly and rushed.Unsatisfied and frustrated (please judge from long review)Already paid Groupon, so leverage is gone.Not going again and save yourself a trip too.

What a great experience! The best car detailer around. I hired Moses twice to work on two different minivans and he continues to amaze me. I have a four year old son who is not the neatest kid around. Moses was able to clean up all of the mess and made the inside dealership ready. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this company.

Had a detail done with them today. if i could give 0 stars i would just for being unprofessional. My car still had some dog hair, door jambs werent cleaned all the way, no tire dressing as stated in there ultimate package. It was all half-committed to the service. It says on groupon it takes 6-8 hours i was only there for less than 3.5 hours and he tells me he took a long time that it shouldnt be the price that he gave me that it should be more. very unprofessional showed at an hour and half later than our schedule time...i think if i did it myself i would of done a better job. do not go there go somewhere else to get more value for your buck cause all they do is put 50% effort on it. I literally went to the car wash after to vaccuum it some more and wipe done the interior a bit more. Ultimate package?? more like ultimate half do it for ya....do not go there unless u wanna be disaapointment and want to deal with little kids. Go to a much professional establishment as is maybe this was once a great place years ago when it first opened but now its just a dissappointment to even call a business. more like child day care

Detail Bros was very up front of how long it would take to cleanly van. They cleaned my van top to bottom and allowed me to inspect it before driving it out of the shop. The staff member was very nice and did a wonderful job. I will be coming back to have my van cleaned in the future.

I took my minivan in a couple days ago. These guys are more than detailed. All of my door jams were spotless as well as my headliner, vents and seat tracks. I could not find a spot that was missed. Everything was touched and immaculate.

I have a boat that sat out in the elements for 4 years. Heavily oxidized and beyond my abilities. These guys took the extra time and effort to bring it back. I always liked my boat but these guys made me fall in love with it. Their services are reasonably priced, the work was done in a timely manner, and they were very professional. They did an AMAZING job on my Honda CRV. It was in ROUGH shape and they really put in the time to get stains out and go over the whole vehicle. I have 3 (young) boys and 2 giant dogs - so yeah - you can probably imagine. I wish I had before pictures (but really its just too embarrasing). Its now in the condition you would expect to get coming out of a car lot.

I purchased the groupon and made an appointment online. Showed up to my appointment and was told it was canceled because something was wrong with the scheduling system. No big deal I can deal with that. I get it rescheduled and the inside of the car looks great and clean after the service. However, they put all the mats in the trunk of the car with everything else on top and so the mats all got dirty again, and since they were wet they soaked up more dirt and got dirtier than when I first brought the car in. The wax on the car was poorly done as well since there were tons of swirl marks all over. The windshield had many swirl marks as well, so much so that at a certain angle in the light made it difficult to see through the glass. I will not be coming here again.

My F-250 was fuc**** beautiful when they were finished with it. I definitely would recommend this shop.
