I took a very fine chain in for repair. They were all very nice, and they fixed it FREE while I waited. I browsed around while waiting, and they have good prices with a nice variety. I think if you want a more personalized service with knowledgeable personnel, this would be the place for you!

Excellent service! I brought in a ring to have it reset to a pendent. They helped me quickly price it and got it turned around in less than 2 weeks. The price was incredibly reasonable to boot. They also took a look at my new wedding ring set to help me gauge if a got a great deal. Overall great service and pricing.

Very nice and helpful. I had a ring emergency...very swollen finger, I tried all of the tricks to no avail. I called and they said to come on over. They cut the ring, one nice clean cut. NO CHARGE! I will have them do my repair and saw some nice necklaces as well. : )

I chose Jewelry Gallery upon the referral of a good friend to repair my son’s gold chain and my husband’s gold wedding band (nearly four decades old) that was badly dented from wearing during construction/renovation work. Have visited a couple of times, and found that the service is considerably poor. They have an approach to business that is not very customer based. They have a way of pushing their opinions regardless of what you might be interested in. While shopping for my fiances engagement ring they attempted to talk us out of antique rings and (oh so coincidentally) into modern and much more expensive rings, despite my fiances clear intention of owning an antique ring. Their attitude is not at all one of ease and comfort but rather of aggressive salesmanship. When they found out I purchased her ring from another dealer they made inappropriate gestures while viewing her ring and proceeded to lecture me about how I massively overpaid for it and how they could have sold me the same thing for much less, despite the aforementioned fact they tried to persuade me out of the same style of ring in the first place. It is an passable business for minor things like ring resizing but I would never attempt to do major business with this establishment again. Jewelry in its nature is something that often carries sentimental or emotional value and a good staff needs to have customer sensitivity, the staff at this location does not.
