I recently brought in a ring that needed a repair and another piece for engraving. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and my items were ready in just a few days (and done beautifully). And when I came in for my items I had bent a prong on my engagement ring and they fixed it in a jiffy. A great family run business who has made a lifetime customer, we are lucky to have them in town! (And the cute pups on site don’t hurt either).

Later that day I talked with Lynne who would do the engraving, and she gave me some more ideas. I gave her the go ahead, and was able to pick up the engraved plaque the next afternoon. My wife and I had a great experience here. This family owned business is a wonderful jewelry store and their service is top notch. We bought new wedding bands there and were thinking about trading our old ones in for cash, however, Bob and his wife (owners) had a better idea. They showed us a pendant that Bob made for another couple that combined their two wedding rings together, with one ring cut into a heart shape and put inside the other. It was beautiful. We decided to have Bob make one with our rings and am pleased to say that the pendant is just stunning!! Bob is a master at his craft! It is a beautiful memento of our original wedding rings. Robert at Andrew Grant did an amazing job rebuilding the prongs on my engagement ring. After wearing it 24/7 for 17 years, it was showing some major wear and tear with cracked, lifted and broken prongs. The 3 raised stones are once again secure in their setting, and the gold has been polished to a gleaming shine. Its just as beautiful as the day my husband proposed!

Lynn was most helpful. There are slews of gifts there! Had I not answered her question can I help you and I asked you happen to have any thing for chefs or guitarist or teachers. Not just jewelry here folks! They do fix jewelry as you can see on Google. Ok. When it came to gifts. It takes about 7-10 days to deliver UNLESSU what you want is right there like jewelry. And the secretary Stephanie is most cordial. Not the air of condescending people here. Cordial but kinda home-like. If you want an awesome globe of Earth?? Wow ! They are amazing. About $500 I think its highest price. This is probably the most expensive gift outside of jewelry. They have not so expensive jewelry so anyone not wanting to cry if you lost an earring they have good prices. They even have a friendly greeter named Jack that works greater then a door bell. Black collie I think. Obeys and is well behaved. Listens to commands of owners.
