Joining this gym is the est decision I could have made for myself. I am 51 years old and was having the hardest time finding a gym that could serve my needs. I needed small group classes or personal training because I dont know what Im doing and need helping. The trainers here are the perfect mix of tough love (to get the job done) and education to make sure you dont injure yourself. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do. Having a nutritionist there has also been invaluable. This place is top notch and I dont hate going which is huge! I highly recommend outrun your fork!

My husband and I were looking to join a gym that was more personalized and geared towards our different needs. I wanted to get stronger physically, work on my weak core and he was looking for a regiment that would make him more active and help with his shoulder pain. We found Out Run Your Fork that was perfect for us. I’m getting stronger and his shoulder has almost healed and we’re both working out far more than we did earlier. It’s a great studio targeting the 40+ age group where the instructors are super nice, funny, understanding and constantly motivating. With a personal trainer and a nutritionist at hand it’s a win win for us here in Westfield, NJ

Being pregnant during pandemic took a toll on my body (hello caving into cravings while working from couch). I have never felt so out of shape and unmotivated as I did just a couple of months ago. Melissa and Tony put the Personal in Personal Training. I started with them just over a month ago and they have both made it their business to get to know me both in terms of my physical and nutritional health as well as getting to me know as a human being. They clearly care about their clients. My son and I go to out run your fork twice a week for our workouts. It is a family owned and ran business that allows us the flexibility of which days and what times we want to come in. Work outs are tailored to you as an individual even in a class of 4 or more people. My son is 13 years old and has been out of school because of the COVID situation and I was worried he was sitting at the computer too often. A friend recommended outrun your fork so we toured the building with the owners and decided it was a great fit for us. Tony also educates us on nutrition and analyzes our food diaries and offers suggestions, tips, and educational seminars. When we go on vacation we attend the virtual class which i find challenging and fun also.I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and those from any and all athletic backgrounds. My son had always been an athlete, however I have never been even remotely good at any kind of physical activity 😂. My lack of experience along with my history of cervical cancer definitely made it hard to get back to exercise however Tony and Melissa really have made it easy to do.

Out Run Your Fork is absolutely worth every penny. The trainer kicked my butt into wedding shape, and now I’m back again a few years later to lose baby weight. Working with this trainer definitely transformed my body and I learned about the right workout and nutrition plan for me specifically. Each workout was catered to my specific needs, and he goes above and beyond to challenge you while making sure you’re comfortable with the plan. Even now (while in Quarantine) the trainer is amazing at adapting and modifying workouts to what you have accessible at home(obviously everyone doesn’t have a full weight set at home... but you might have a gallon of laundry detergent and a case of water!). I did Tonys online training sessions and it is amazing! Tony is great at explaining what to do and does a fantastic job and correcting my form, so I do the exercises the right way. I have Tony as my personal trainer for the last 2 to 3 months and what is driving me to his place is that workout routine is never the same on each day. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows just how to design a different weekly workout for me that will keep me interested and challenged while helping me move forward towards my goals. Getting in shape can be bear but working out with Tony seems more like hanging out with a friend. Hes very knowledgeable about the entire workout process, which includes how the body responds to each of our workouts. From working out to the right eating habits, Tony has an answer. After having my second child, my body was in the worst shape of my life. I was overweight, weak and had no energy. I was the biggest I have ever been. For viewers - note that Im a very critical and skeptical person. I even felt Crossfit was crazy when I seen other places where people looked like they were not happy and about to die.As I found that I needed motivation and I needed my body to be healthy - It was time for me to invest in health to prevent that old man syndrome. My massage therapist happens to be the wife of Tony. I was skeptic, I hate being pushed. But health was more important to me and it couldnt hurt to just see.To my amazement, Tony is not a drill Sargent. Hes perfectly balanced as he assist the INDIVIDUAL according to their needs, their pace, their injuries with just the right amount of push one needs to get advance. He even knew when I had to rest before I knew it.Not only is he a physical trainer - he assists me also in nutrition and yes hes also great to vent to. He truly becomes your friend. Tony is the best! Ive been working with him for a few months and have seen dramatic improvement in weight loss, muscle building and stamina. My clothes fit better and I feel better. He knows when to push, and when not to. He is mindful of past problems or injuries -- I have a bad back and tight hips. Hell often modify exercises to ensure I dont hurt myself but still get a great workout. And even more, he focuses on strengthening those areas to reduce risk of injury in future. He also gives great advice on nutrition -- but hes realistic about it. Have a favorite bad-for-you-food that you cant live without? He can work with that - keep it in moderation and make sure the rest of your diet contains the right mix of protein, fat and carbs and youll achieve the goal. Hes smart, knowledgable, funny and personable. Cant say enough good things about him. Give him a call today!

14 months ago I was in an accident. The accident effected my whole body. Ive been experiencing head pressure neck and back pain. Because of being restricted from driving, working etc for 5 months. I was becoming weak and my head pressure, neck and back injury was effecting to the point were I gained 30 pounds and became very weak. Tony has helped me physically, mentally and worked with my injury, with out causing any other pain. My experience has been amazing. Tony becomes a friend and he cares about you. I came to Tony to strengthen my upper body & core as I have some yoga goal poses that I want to achieve. With a lower back issue & hip imbalance we have worked together to find my weaknesses & make them stronger! I love this place! Last week, I tried out the bootcamp class . And boy was it I sore after the workout. I recommend this place if you really want to challenge yourself and your body. Great instructors, no judgements. Overall a great atmosphere. I will definitely come back😊

Having just moved to the USA this summer, I begun the somewhat daunting and frustrating task of trying to find myself a PT / small group fitness class in Westfield.After asking around in some group forums Tony was recommended to me - he was the only trainer to reply to my initial email and even call me, so he was off to a great start!Ive been working with Tony for the last four weeks now - he has taken the time to get to know me, he recognises what my capabilities, limitations are and is working hard to correct a lifetime of bad lunges and squats! He makes every workout fun, yet challenging. Im looking forward to being a part of his continued growth as he expands his client base and the small group training sessions continue to grow for him.

I have always worked out and been in relatively good shape till last summer Ifelt like I just couldnt shake off those last 5-10 pounds since having 3 kids.This was when I saw 2 of my friends who have gone through some amazing changesin their bodies. They recommended Tony Bianchino to me. I have been trainingwith Tony for 2 months now. The first thing he did was a unigue kind of Genetic testing which tells you just by a swab of your mouth, if you are a fat, carb or protein burner and whether your metabolism type needs more excercise or just enough to lose or maintain weight. It really gets so easy once you know your body type. Never had that done all these years!!! Unlike a lot of trainers he listened to me and mywant for definition in my body without getting bulky. Not only have I lost about7 lbs so far but am fitting into clothes I wore before my 13 year old son wasborn. Tony, The Motivator as I call him is fantastic, he will not take no foran answer to do more reps, you just better do them. I have already recommendedhim to several of my friends who have seen the positive difference in my body.
