Great Gym!! Very nice staff too. Highly recommended them. I switched from some big name and am very happy I did. Plus they have daycare for your kids as you workout!

Ive spent a lot of time here, too much time. First off if youre arachnophic do not come here, they have a heavy infestation thats persisted for years and gone untouched. The entire free weight section is heavily encased in webbings and spiders. The infrastructure is run down, ceilings that pour water, rusted out water fountains held together with duct tape. This place is a huge disappointment and screams cash grab, I can guarantee the owner has never set foot in the building nor returned a single cent back into improving the business. Its almost straight disrespectful because there really are great employees and patrons that come here regularly. Ill be moving on which I know will be a pain with their cancellation policy, all cancellations are to be reviewed and followed up with phone calls from a manager, very reminiscent of a scam. If you do go to check it out please only get a day pass at the very least.

Used to love it here years ago...but everything about this place is seriously falling apart the past few years. Equipment is in serious disrepair, itll sit with an out of order sign until it eventually gets taken away with no replacement (stairmasters, Jacobs ladder etc.) Paper towel dispensers and mirrors ripped off the wall, but on the upside, at least I dont see cobwebs everywhere anymore... They also decided to take the childcare away last November, which was the only advantage of going there over PF. Seems the owners are too consumed with Shortstop to be bothered to do anything for the deteriorating state of the gym. Disappointing honestly. Spend your money on a membership at an establishment where they actually value their customers. Seriously, go elsewhere.

Used to love it but its always hot as hell now and equipment is becoming pretty run down.

This gym is always hot 75-78, and humid. Been like this too long. When you complain they act like they dont know what youre talking about, because they sit in another room and never check the floor AC`s. Ive been going for a year and 1/2. Its always hot😠

First id like to say i do like the gym, im not trying to say anything bad but the staff definitely does not pay much attention to maintenance of the gym. Paper towels are never stocked, the dust and dirt in that place is never vacuumed. im there 4-5 days a week and its always the same. No one ever tends to the weights at night to put them back in order, you are running around trying to find matching plates because no one puts them back in the proper place and staff doesnt keep up with the gym. Also, you guys realllyyyyy need to rethink your layout, it doesnt make sense. your machines are so scattered. keep chest machines with chest stuff, pullys together, leg machines together, etc. for $13 a month you are better off at planet fitness for $10 a month where it is clean and always well maintained. I like this gym, regardless, but they need to do better. Would be nice to have updated equipment in there rather than rusty stuff from the 80s. cardio machines with the individual TVs are a huge plus, though! add a few cross trainers!

Liked it better at their old location, less cramped feeling. The dumbell area at the new place is so cramped with meatheads that its hard to ever find a bench. Also, leaving the parking lot of this place is a measure of your own suicide. Trying to go across 4 lanes of cars going 55+ mph on the busiest road in town is not fun and quite dangerous considering no one on that road will stop to let you out. I applaude the owners for building a new place and being pro active but the place just isnt for me, maybe it is for you.

Cancelled membership with them and they kept charging me. When I called them, the person that answered said he couldnt do anything and no one was there to help out.
