I reached out to Kevin yesterday regarding a copier that was giving me issues and even though he did not service that type of copier he came out and looked at it and fixed it for me. He told me the copier I had was working fine and did not try and sell me anything I did not need. The honesty and caring he showed was beyond reproach. Kevin and Robert did an amazing job with moving my big Konica Minolta when we switched offices. On time, paid attention to detail, professional, provided white glove service by handling the machine with care. Not only did they make sure everything is up and running before they packed it up but they set it up and made sure it was working just like before. I also found that they are the most reasonably priced when it comes to color toner for my big machines. Highly recommend KRM Office for all your printing and copying needs.
When our old office scanner finally went down for the count, Kevin helped guide us to a new machine that was right for us. He coordinated the delivery of the new printer, and personally oversaw everything until it safely landed in its new home. We see Kevin regularly for paper counts and routine monitoring, and he is always sure to ask how things are going, if we are satisfied and if he can do anything for us.
Recently had my screen frozen on start up and found KRM Office Equipment conveniently located right here in Westfield and capable of computer repairs. I got my problem fixed by the next day and an upgrade to an electronic hard drive was offered if I was interested. And great service in copier support is hard to find!What he offers is certainly not available if you decide to go and buy online or at Staples. I don’t know about you, bu I don’t have time to be dealing with tech issues because my staff and I are busy caring for our patients!And printer problems slow down our ability to perform customer service.When our multifunction printer/copier went down, I knew I needed help. I didn’t want a big fancy machine again. My IT guy from eight years ago had oversold me on equipment I didn’t need, and it was really expensive!I thought about going to Staples and just picking up a printer, but my IT needs a complicated by finding printers that are compatible with my dental software system.I decided to call Kevin.I had had heard good things about him, and even though I was afraid he wouldn’t be able to help because I’m would be a small customer, maybe not important enough to get timely attention. He takes care of some really big printing operations too.I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he was out there the next day!He came out assess the situation, let me know what he could do as far as troubleshooting and fixing the old machine, and let me knew my options would be for new machines.He took the time to go through as much detail as I needed, without making things too technical. He coordinated with my new awesome IT guys to make sure that the printer would be compatible with my software, and to get everything connected as quickly as possible.After things were installed, he followed up with me to make sure things were working, and let me know that he was available for any questions. The model we decided on was a basic laser printer. The operational costs are even less because we chose to upgrade to a black only laser printer. We were spending so much on color cartridges that we really didn’t need!Kevin let me know if I ever change my mind, or need a color printer, he had those also!I now have a service provider who can help us anytime we have an issue so that it doesn’t take up my staff time if there are any printer concerns. I’m glad to have Kevin And Andrew on my business support team, so I can do what I do best, which is creating Strong and Healthy Smiles for my patients!
Over the years, I have bought four different types of office machines from Kevin and he is wonderful to do business with.
