I gave my laptop to be fixed but the owner couldnt find parts for it. It was at his shop for months. I couldnt reach him sometimes but finally I got it back, not fixed, but all files transferred.

Needed to change out the motherboard on my gaming rig and he got the job done. It took a little longer than expected but that was mostly due to an issue on my end. I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything related to IT.

Motherboard failed right after he replaced it, had to have it done again, never recovered data from hard drive, never got the RAM I ordered 3 months ago (he said it would be 1 week), rarely answers his phone, never returns calls, refuses to make an appointment or commit to a time he will be in his shop. Middle of the workday, lights are on, Open sign is lit, door locked, wont answer his phone. Also been waiting 3 months for 2 old monitors he was donating to the Catholic school where I teach, Asked for a large RAM quote for the school 2 months ago, never got it. Always acts like youre bothering him. I give up.

Dropped my laptop off on a Friday, had it back by Saturday and ended up only costing me $150 & it runs better than it did brand new. I found Jim to be very honest and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using him moving forward.

My small form desktop gave up the ghost and refused to boot on a Thursday morning. After spending some time trying to get it going myself, I brought the computer to Network & IT Solutions. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all condescending (a trait found too often with tech people). He said the issue was one of two things: a bad hard drive or a bad update. It turned out to be a bad update and he re-installed the operating system (with all updates) and had it back to me the next day, for the price (reasonable) that he had quoted. I would return there again!

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Brought my computer in due to touchscreen issues. Was very shocked that there was no charge to take a look at it. Very nice and very patient. He took my computer apart in front of me which was pretty neat. And cleaned my fan for no cost which was appreciated. Very honest! He gave me good advice on how to fix the issue. Quality over speed! I would deffinally recommend!

I went to many places to get a quote for my laptop repaired, and many of the other places gave me a quote of $200-300 and I got a much better quote at Network & I.T. Solutions. The customer service was incredible, and they told me exactly what was wrong with my computer and what parts I would need for the repair of that laptop. I also needed a my laptop repaired in 2 weeks before I went to college, and they made sure that I had my laptop fully functioning before I moved back to college.

Brought my laptop in, was given a price to have it fixed, part needed to be ordered. Four days later got a call laptop all fixed, price was the same as quoted. Great service, I highly recommend this place, very friendly also.

I brought my computer in for water damage and he had to replace my main board. Cost was very reasonable and it was completed in less than a week and all my data was still there. Highly recommended A++ service.

I brought my computer here because the motherboard seemed to be malfunctioning. Over the next week I was walked through the exact process used to fix the motherboard and video card, given tips about how to prevent this kind of damage to my computer for the future, and the owner was very nice and respectful about my lack of knowledge with computers. My computer was sent in for a motherboard repair and I may have had the opportunity to turn it on once before another memory error happened. This could have been that the memory was not reset when the motherboard was replaced. I dropped it off with the promise that it might be looked at by the end of the day, mentioning that I was comfortable looking at it myself if it was a problem. That was two weeks ago. ...I left messages and havent heard back, and now the owner is on vacation with no communication about the laptop repair. I needed the laptop this week, and nothing. Very, very frustrated and disappointed and wished I had not left the laptop there.

He fixed my iPhone screen about 10 minutes after I called to see if he could do it. I brought it in, and within an hour it was fixed. I highly recommend using him for any electronic repairs.

My daughters was told her laptop was not worth fixing, by Geek Squad. The motherboard was shot and would cost more than the computer to fix. I brought it to Network & IT solutions, where it was looked at immediately. Jim told me if it was the mother board, he would fix it for an extremely reasonable price. But, first he looked at more, tried another solution, fixed it (runs like new!), for $100!! Could not be happier with the experience. I will always use Jim in the future!!

Place is straight garbage. Dropped it off the ninth of January and waited till March 6 of this month to be told still working on my computer. Communication is poor constantly being told “ I don’t get paid till the job done” but has time to go vacation and not notfiy customers. Also if someone refers you by bestbuy avoid at all cost. Waiting for him to reassemble my computer to take somewhere else.. hopefully not another two months.

Used the service at least 3 times for my business computer, I thought I had lost all my data and files....a real panic......2 hours later I was up and running. Pricing was super reasonable. Had an issue on a Saturday afternoon and he stopped up to the shop and helped me out. Im really glad I now have a place to go and know my issues will be taken care of.

Came in to buy a hard drive because I thought mine was bad. James correctly informed me that the hard drive wasnt actually the issue and gave me a recovery CD. No charge.A+ would visit again.

Jerked me around for over two months waiting for a hard drive to get data recovered. Never an update, had to call multiple times to get a status update. Absolutely worthless service, just a waste of time. Do not go there if you really want something fixed, not going to happen there. Customer service is abysmal.

They fix it...... A month later...... My biggest issue with this compony was communication. They never update you about where they are with fixing your device and so calling four five times might get you through to talk to someone. If by a miracle you do get in touch with the guy, he will speak to you in a irritated voice. I dont think we will use their service again. Yes they fix it, but the frustration and irritation wasnt worth it.

I brought my computer to this store and it was done in one day and the price of all the work that had to be done was not only affordable....but cheap compared to three other places that gave me their estimates. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
