This car wash is average at best. Not very well maintained but it does a pretty decent job at getting the car clean. The dyers arent the greatest either. I must say though, they dont skimp on the soap, polish, etc. so thats a plus.

Rude. I went to this car wash like every other week to vacuum and empty out the trash. Stopped there tonight as a last minute thought to clean out the trash real quick and didn’t have quarters so didn’t bother with the vacuum this time. And a guy approached me and asked me to remove my trash from the trash can. Will not be doing any business here anymore. Literally always here vacuuming as I have a 5 year old and we drive a lot so snacks all over the floor.

Put $10 bucks in the machine for a basic wash and it didnt work. Just kept saying the wash was in use even though the doors were open, nobody was inside and the wash wasnt running. Couldnt get my money back. Called the number on the kiosk for help and it went to a fax machine. Wont be returning.

After going though the auto wash soap was left all over the right side of my car. They say they make change but when you drop your money in the slot, no change given. Then I used the vacuum... which has the most pathetic suction ever. Absolute waste of $20. Theyve lost my business after this visit.

Excellent Car Wash but today there was no lights and the other automatic washers wearing running and usually before I go to work I wash my truck so I hope next time is working but thats still my car was

The rinse was very weak. My car was still covered with soap. Don’t use this car wash, do it your self or find something better.

Went to this place few sometime to do the self wash with the power washer. I have to say this place is not the idea place for a new car if anyone want to do self wash it. Because both power washers hose, one that power water it and to wash it still touches around it vehicle.Other unsatisfied about this place is how much does it cost per minute. After paying $3 per 5 minutes, customers can add more dollars if time were about to run out. Add another dollar wont give us much more time. One time I tried to pay the $5 bill in that things, it turnout it doesnt work but a change of quarter can. I had to walk out the garage where they have this cash to change machine on the wall near by. That machine waste my time while Im losing my washer time.Overall, this place is no good, that is why I rate it one star. If both machine were not a problem, it would only be 3 stars anyway.

Great car wash. People leaving bad reviews had bad experiences due to user error. The self serve car wash is fantastic and uses A LOT of soap out of the gun ensuring your car actually gets clean. $5 gets you roughly 10 minutes in the self serve and that is plenty of time, great value. I drive from Granby, CT to use this car wash because its that good. The drive thru wash doesnt have brushes and that is a good thing because brushes would scratch your paint.

I went to use the self-wash bay and found that the machine began to eat my quarters after I inserted the 4th one, and there was no way to cancel and get my money back. Tried to get more change at the change machine and it was out of order. This was a Tuesday afternoon. I took that as a loss and then just went for the $8 automatic car wash, which was $5 more than I originally wanted to spend, as the self-wash was only $3. The car was cleaned somewhat, but at every joint I was left with disgusting streaks of salt water dried on dripping down the paint. This was a waste of $9 total. I went back home and had to hose it down again to make it look decent. I recommend going to some place else that has an attendant to ensure youre satisfied. Ill never go here again.

Worst car wash Ive ever been to. Self wash is horrible. Both hoses hit your car all the way around. Machine eats your quaters without giving you credit. Automatic wash isnt all that great either and doesnt give you nearly enough time to even dry your car. Dont waste your time. Ill take golden nozzle car wash over this any day of the week.

Rinse didnt do the job. Soap on one side of my truck. Dryer ripped third tail light off; completely broken. No return call even on the immediate service line. Wont waste my money there again.

You should have it that when the lights go on when the car goes in the stall other than that its a great place for me to wash my car at 4:03 in the morning

I use those Car Wash today no soap no tire cleaner no wax no nothing

The car wash isnt really that powerful and there are no powerful brushes that clean the car, theres just 2 sprayers that move around and spray cleaning stuff on the car and then wash it off. It gets the job done but if you want a really good car wash go somewhere else.

Good for late night car washes

This is the 2nd time I have had trouble with the car wash I bought a Emerald package and the lights would not a luminate I drove in Then it started working 2 minutes later I should have received an entry wash I got a basic wash for the price of an Emerald Last time I got a basic wash and I had to go over to the Self serve to rinse my car because it did not use Rinse cycle just left soap on it And of course neither time I got a printed receipt

Paid for an $11 carwash and it said to pull forward. Machine did not work and there was no way to get my money back. Called the phone number and was only allowed to leave a message, left one and never received a call back for a refund. Then went to the manuel car wash and half the options didnt work and it ate half of my coins... wont go to again.

$18 car wash and my car is hardly any cleaner than when I went through. This place SUCKS. Noone there to help or do anything. Will not go back.

This has to be the worst automated carwash I have been to in well over 10 years. The water pressure was awful and the coverage of the soap was even worse.My car basically have the dust blown off of it for $8.Save your money and find yourself another car wash to go to that will actually clean your car.

Does a good job.

Its on a main road,but the traffic pattern is very inconvenient.
