This was a great place. First time I went and they took great care of my flood damaged car. I took my second car there the next day.

Went for an oil change and service check on my car, the very same day car broke down yet they cleared my car as ok. They do not check your car properly. Had I was told something was not right i couldve avoided the money I have to spend to fix it now. Most expensive service check yet.

I signed up 4 of my vehicles on “the works unlimited plan”, the most expensive Olán they have on 4/1/2021. Today I was told by an employee named Miguel, my existing plan did not included washing the floor mats, if I wanted it down I had to pay extra. Miguel grabbed a pamphlet and asked me if I see where cleaning the mats was included. I told Miguel I had 4 cars with the same plan and never had an issue with them cleaning the floor mats. Miguel response was, “I don’t care if you have 20 cars here, we are not going to clean them unless you pay extra”. When I asked to speak to a manager about the situation, Miguel went ahead and cleaned the front floor mats only. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.Now, the end cleaning crew, was amazing. They took the time to professionally dry the car and clean the windows. Unfortunately there is always an employee that ruins it for everyone else.I spoke to the manager on duty Frank. He explained only the front mats are included and not the rear, (very disappointing) unless you ask the employees to do it, then they will do it.Frank said he was going to have a conversation with Miguel in regards to his behavior and rudeness, hopefully this does not happen again.John, the new manager, always makes sure all my vehicles are properly clean and have made a big difference within the car wash employees building a culture of great customer experience.

AMAZING!!! The people here were all very nice and helpful. The wash and vacuum was done well and quickly. They even washed my rubber floor mats. I will be back!

Spent $30 on the car wash. My car doesnt look like it was even vacuumed. Not happy, would not go back or recommend.

So so job every time. At times they only washed the front mats. They frequently leave we spots on other outside and inside of your car. If you are like me who pays attention to detail and have the resources, you will do a better job yourself. If you need quick wash and don’t expect a detailed job, it’s fine for the $25 bucks.

Nice and quick service. Every time I have to remind them to wipe clean the all season floor mats that are dripping water though.

They are honestly the best in the area did not have one complain if it was possible I will give them a ten stars the workers are friendly and understanding. If I was rich enough I will give each a $1,000 tip. It was worth my time and will for sure be there for my next carrrrr wash.

I’ve been going to this car wash for at least 10 years, probably more like 15 years getting car washes and oil changes. They used to have reasonable prices and do a good job. As of now the least expensive car wash for my type of car is $18.95 for inside and out. When I asked the man who works there if that price had gone up, he looked in my car and said there’s too much stuff in your car, I will have to charge you 8 dollars more. There was nothing at all in my car. I told him to forget it and drove to Cranford where I paid $14.95 less a ladies discount of 20%. Business must be really great that the Auto Spa can charge such high prices and be rude to long time customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Why would anyone pay twice as much for the same exact thing?

For $25 they did a lousy job vacuuming. After they finished I took a look and it wasnt good so I went around so they could do it again. When I got home looked in the 3rd row of my van. Never vacuumed. Not good

I love this place. Ive been coming here since late 2017 and I never wait for an oil change or car wash. I just walk-in mostly and the service is fast plus friendly!

Outside wash is good, but the inside looks the exact same. They only wipe down with a cloth. I paid for “The works” and all they did was spray down my mats with water. They didn’t even take them out of the car so all of the dirt is just wet. Won’t go back.

I take all of my vehicles here for oil changes and a free car wash this is standard if you get an oil change. Everyone that works here are friendly, and professional. They have other service like detailing. If you have a dog you can wash your dog at the same place.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. 1 star is too much. This is easily the WORST car wash in the area. Don’t pay for the works — other reviews are right. They leave a pool of water in the interior of your car. And I mean everywhere. The mats are always soaked, there’s water on the seats.... and they do a horrible job of wiping down the interior. There’s a really good hand car wash in Scotch Plains — not too far away, look it up. I’m not sure how this place still has customers.

Not impressed, went there for the first time, didn’t get the top of the line most important car wash I just got ur basic full service, I would call it half service, I had to wipe down my cup holders there were still stains on on my door, the back seats barely looked wiped down, didn’t even look like they vacuumed the back, I had to go to the gas station and re vacuum out my car, take care wipes and wipe down my seats and clean them myself, so I paid for a car wash and then immediately had to wash my car myself right after- kind of defeats the purpose. I paid to basically have to clean my own car I would not recommend this place I decided to try them out because I heard they were good I guess I heard wrong. I called and spoke to someone and they told me to bring my car in and give them another chance to make it right I don’t even know if it’s worth the timeUpdate 29 days later and they still have not even reached out to try & fix the issues, I will post the pictures if I still have them, I wish I had the pictures of my friends car wash as well- not good customer service

My friends gas cap came off at this car wash months ago, workers were laughing and the owner was nice enough to replace since they were at fault. I went to the same car wash and ironically a piece of my bumper fell off . The guys working were laughing like it was funny .I asked multiple times to leave my info for the owner since he wasn’t there and I wanted this documented. The manager Reggies response was “I’ll take down your name and number but we’re not responsible”. I should have filed a Police report .$30 for a car wash and you have to worry about your car falling apart.

I just left this car wash and I already feel the need to get a car wash at another place. Truly an awful car wash lowering the bar of service. Im not even sure if they understand the concept of what a car wash is. Barely vacuumed. Charged extra to clean interior (I naively thought the Works would include this.). Its my mission to tell everyone this place sucks. I wish I read the other reviews earlier. DON’T IGNORE ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. Walter White ran a better car wash.

Good place to get your car washed. You can also have car detailing, oil and lube changes and even if theyre really busy they get you in and out quickly.

Ive been taking my cars here for a while now. Probably over 100 washes in total. I like this car wash. They do a nice job and finish with towels to do the door jambs and final wipe down. Never any issues and Im pretty picky with our three cars. The employees are hard working and professional and visits are quick.

Worst car wash in the area and most expensive Car still had soap on it when they were done had to ask them to rinse car again also they got my front seat all wet on my car and refuse to do anything about. Paid to have interior cleaned and it was just as dirty when they were done. Don’t waste your money at this place it’s a joke

Not recommended, due to bad customer service, rude attitude. I take my Tesla in for a wash, the person sits inside and is trying to find an option on the touchscreen. I walk over after a few seconds to ask what he is looking for, he responds nothing. He pulls the car forward on the rails and then again starts fiddling with the center screen, again after a few seconds I walk over, this time he is rude and says, we will figure it out. I said absolutely NOT and asked him to back out.Here is an advice, if you dont know how to do something on MY car, ASK ME before you press a bunch of buttons! Also dont be rude to your customer whose car you are fondling as you try to figure out what it is that you are trying to do. (I believe he was trying to find the Tow option on the Tesla so that the car can move on the rail in the car wash)

I asked for good vacuuming and they said it would be $8 extra so I asked if that included good wiping and they said that was $16 extra... so what exactly do they do about the inside of the car for the regular $17 car wash?

I had an oil change here. The following day I noticed an oil leak under my car. By week two there was a puddle of oil under my car. By week three the oil was pouring from it. I took it to my mechanic who verified that Westfield Auto Spa had had tightened the cap too tight and stripped it. Thankfully, the owner did contact me and offered to make things right. I was really impressed and thankful he took the time to rectify the situation. I will go back!

No stars if possible, first they bent my door it was open while machine was running, very little soap was put on the car not even enough to make foam, interior vacuum was not done right, shame nice clean place customer service is good but primary job which is to clean is not worth the money, look elsewhere

I paid for the Super Full Service Wash. The interior was minimally wiped down, mats were not washed (just shook), hatch back was not vacuumed, etc. Had been here once before several years ago and was not happy but gave them another shot. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my first and last experience at this car wash. I always go out of my way to try and support local businesses and today at 11:33 AM I gave the Auto Spa of Westfield a whirl. An immediate regret. My first concern was when the attendant didnt remove my antenna, I had to, but thats okay everyone makes mistakes. My car went through the wash and when it emerged there was dirt in all of my wheel wells, on my driver side mirror, and driver side back corner panel. So what is the next logical thing to do as the consumer: bring it to the attention of the staff. I chose to tell the woman working at the front desk. She walked outside and looked at my car and replied, The machine doesnt take off dirt. (I would also like to add that the dirt on my car was from a puddle that kicked up some mud when I drove through it earlier in the week).So, what are you paying for?If you feel like throwing away your money and getting nothing in return this is the place for you.

Back of car still dirty, wheels still dirty and no tire shine (which I paid for). Nice looking establishment, but didnt deliver near my expectation for the price; disappointed.

This place has really gone down hill. For a car wash, for crying out loud, invest in REAL drying towels that will help protect your paint. This car wash ruined the paint of my car in a short time and had to get a full paint correction done by someone else.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a car wash.It started with the first guy I saw when I had to get out of my car so they can vacuum the car very unfriendly.Then I go inside to pay and the old lady behind the counter was completely obnoxious to say the least.Then I come outside and not one of the guys that was drying the car crack a smile and showed any kind of friendliness. I had to tell them to put the tire shine on my car because neither one of them wanted to do it.I will never go back to this place again and do not recommend anyone going there either.

Just felt like approx $85 for oil change tires rotated a bit high. You changed an air filter which I didn’t request or authorize ~ so that was included in the cost. Authorization from a customer b4 you do extra work !

The quality was awful; waste of $25. It started with cleaning my rubber mats and literally throwing them back in the car leaving water and soap spots all over the cloth seats. Then dealing with the cashiers who at first ignored me trying to pay and when they finally acknowledged me they were super unfriendly. Then time for the rest of the clean.. or lack there of. They didn’t even clean the cup holders or center consol. It was a complete waste of time and money. But they were sure to keep looking back to see if i put a tip in the bin.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? I always brought my car here because of their service. However, today that changes. They left my car door open when entering, thus hitting the wall. When I confronted the workers they said no English. Then the cashier said its fine cause they have padding on the walls! Seriously?!! Horrible workers( except the perople working to dry the cars).

Their price for oil change is more expensive than most other places, but I used to come here because of its convenient location to my parents house and the car wash included. The last time I came here seemed like business as usual, but as I saw my car exit the car wash, one of the guys popped the hood and tested the battery. They didnt say anything to me about the battery when they gave me my keys and I never had any issues with the battery before, so I thought it was just a routine thing and left.Next morning, my car wouldnt start because of a dead battery. Did not leave the lights on or anything, it was the batterys time to go. Would have been nice if they mentioned something to me so I could get it sorted out without having to be 3 hours late to work, because clearly they knew my battery was shot.So thanks for the overly expensive oil change and the headache of a dead car battery while heading to work. At least the car wash was nice. Enjoy your 2 star rating.

I think this place must have changed ownership or at least management. Ive been going there for years and a the works top level clean used to include a really thorough clean inside and out. Now they barely touch the inside. I had chocolate smeared on my rear view mirror by my kid and they didnt even wipe that off. You couldnt tell Id just had my car cleaned at all. Then when you complain they have the nerve to say you need to pay to have it detailed for them to simply wipe down the insides of the doors and clean the mirror. Really a shame because this used to be one of the best car washes around.

On the expensive side for a non hand wash. For what they charge I was expecting a much more thorough cleaning. Tried them for a second time 4/11/18, should have learned. I paid for the extra interior cleaning all they did was vacuum didnt wipe the doors or anything still had dust on the dashboard. Def will not be going back.

I paid for the works which included a full wipe down of the interior. One of the main reasons I wanted a car wash was I had muddy paw marks from the day before. Upon completion I saw the interior looked exactly the same before my arrival. I asked for them to look again and received a half hearted wipe of my interior window. I than had someone I presumed to be the manager come over and said I have pets thats all they can do. I proceeded to state I was not looking for a full detail but they could not complete what I was able to at home with a wet paper towel. Upon me calling to complain they did say I can go back for another wash but at this point I will just take my business elsewhere rather than pay 25 dollars and not even get the seat wiped of a little dirt.

Exterior was not washed properly with leftover soap still on the car. Overpriced. Paid for extra services besides a standard car wash that were very rushed or not done well. Some staff were rude and unapproachable. Lost pictures that were very important to me inside of my car. Wont be returning.

Drove into this carwash on a Sunday morning, had a bad experience... and am now reading all the negative reviews of prior visitors!!! The sequence is all wrong, but am comforted that it was not only me and that Ill never go back. I paid for the #3 Protection Package ($19.95++) and I get a bad vacuum job, rainspots still on the doors, even pieces of dried leaves on the bumper (obviously no towel touched/wiped down those parts today)!

Paid for the top package, found out it didn’t include an interior wipe down. Paid extra for that only to have to re-wipe and vacuum the entire thing over again myself! My dashboard was dusty, the center console still had liquid stuck to it, leaves and dirt all around the corners of my car and even in the creases of my seat. It doesn’t even look like they touched my side panels. Complete waste of money I’m so unhappy.

I honestly wish there was a tag system for this place. I use it weekly, they always clean the car perfectly, inside and out.

Last time Im ever getting my car washed there. Some how I went in with a pretty clean windshield and now theres a grease mark. Their employees are nasty and never fully clean the car, the amount of water marks on my trunk is unacceptable. I wouldnt go there even if they gave me free car washes for life!

I have used this car wash for years and the service gets worse every time. Last visit I got the works for $24 and what did I get? The staff turned my radio to a spanish channel and had it blasting when I went to retrieve my car. They appear to wipe down the interior, but obvious spots on the doors are NEVER actually cleaned. My seat position was moved, the seats were wet because they didnt actually wipe them down, and the floor mats were just thrown back in out of place. After spending $27, i had to clean the interior myself when I got home. Dont waste you time or money with this place.

Terrible auto wash, probably the worst auto wash in my experience. I paid the interior and exterior wash and these scammers didn’t even bother to wipe down the obvious dirt from the driver side door panel. When I confronted, the rude and arrogant workers said “pay us $15 more and we will wipe the side, we don’t work for free”! They didn’t even care if I reported it to their manager. Avoid this place at all cost.

Did an excellent job, just a litte bit dust was left on the dashboard then went away with a wipe of a cleaning car wipe.

Awful job of the interior of my subaru imprezza. I will never go back again. The interior was pretty messy but there was no attention to detail despite paying $23! I could have gotten the same results for much less $$$$ elsewhere.

Avoid this car wash and if you do go there take all your possesions out of your car. They have stolen from me and whats to say they wont do it again? I tried talking to management however I was told they were unavailable and nothing could be done. What has happened to society I work hard for my money just to have someone take it away?

Hours of operation says open till 6pm. Its 5:35pm on a Thursday and Im sitting in the parking lot while the place is closed.
