Unacceptable.Concerning Crew Car Wash Incident ID: 41147Prior to visiting your car wash, the convertible top our 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet was working fine and the rear window was fine.I arrived with the convertible top open, and I closed it normally upon entering your car wash.The convertible top has never malfunctioned on this car before.The rear window has never leaked before.Prior to entering your car wash I asked the attendant if it was safe to run a convertible through your car wash.Your attendent said yes.During the car wash the window was pushed inward, and soapsuds were introduced onto the rear dash of the car through the newly damaged rear glass.It is quite obvious that your brush pushed too hard on the rear window.Now the rear glass is pushed in, and the convertible top will not operate.I wish to escalate this denied claim.

Great location and always friendly. I think the most important thing here is how well does it clean the vehicle. I have been swamped with mud, clay, and just about every bug I can think of. I would say 95/100 times, everything comes away perfect. Those few times are very minor things like wheel wells not being perfect, but we live in an imperfect world and its just fine by me. I love the unlimited wash option as well. I hope this review brings in some more clients because I think they are losing money on my unlimited deal! 😂

I feel that this is just ok. To me it just doesnt get all the way around your vehicle, especially across the back end.I have a truck and a SUV and it always seems like it misses places. The wheel bright doesnt clean all that great either.They put vehicles in back to back and it doesnt have time to clean properly.I guess its good if your vehicle is just dusty. I have a black truck and it still came out with dirt on it..So you decide if its worth it or not..

When the birds decide to use your car as target practice then it is time to visit crew car wash. And since I had a $5 dollar off coupon from my Kroger recite I used that and got the ultimate wash. Only paid $15 dollars. I try to save as many as I can. Never know when you are gonna need a car wash.

Been a member of crew car wash for years it should be some set aside for people who call crew car Wash home there should be better incentives and discounts for people who are monthly payers and veterans always always should get a discount no matter what....

Decent car wash, nice and helpful staff. Doesnt always get my vehicle as clean as it should, but its a good value.

Fast and easy but best yet, is saving money with the unlimited club.

I went through the wash four times before giving up. I will go home and scrub the bug guts off on my own. I have the ultimate membership. I saw a person to explain what was going on the last three times that I went through. They claimed to see it. When I pulled around to enter again the person guiding you into the wash could barely apply the mop as my van was entering the wash. Do yourself a favor and go to West Carmel/ Zionsville or stop at the location near Walmart in the Westfield Carmel area.

Always had issues at this store now they wont let me take my vehicle through there what a freaking joke

The lady was very nice and helpful.The woman was also helpful before my car went in the car wash. They are very organized and efficient. They did forget this time to put the cover on my back windshield wiper but I let the lady know before I drove into the wash.

Usually does a great job but now theyre rushing too many cars through with cars just inches from the next. Had to through again because the front end of my truck was still dirty. Slow down Crew!

We were staying at the Hampton Inn & Actually it was a early morning wash. Did our van, then came back with daughters ride and the same credit card would not work. Other then that our van stayed very clean & Shiney.

Warrick was my “ground guide” going into the wash today. I don’t know what is so hard about communicating turning the wheel left or right but this guy is a liability. Long story short My wheel was chipped in the process.It’s truly a shame because I have a membership and expect a company of this level and notoriety to staff someone with a slight bit of common sense; or rather maybe management needs to do their job.10/10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

Love Crew Car Wash! The monthly unlimited deals are incredible. The service is always quick and my car is always well taken care of. I dont use any other car wash.

As expected they were super busy. But their system is awesome so I was in and out in no time.

The location is very friendly and inviting, even when they are busy they are efficient at getting everyone through quickly. My only complaint is more about the design of the car wash line and less about the staff, the staff are always wonderful. My complaint is that the dryers are not made to fully dry an suv, when I went through with my old car it always came out almost completely dry I could drive off without worrying about water spots forming but with my new suv it’s a whole different story I come out of the wash dripping wet, I carry a drying towel like I always have but now my car is so wet coming out that I need to carry a small plastic tub just to store the towel in after using it so it doesn’t drip water all over my interior. My supervisor has the same problem with his suv so it’s not just the Westfield location that has this defect in the dryer design. Since SUV’s are more popular and common these days Crew Carwash really needs to reevaluate the current design of the dryer system. The rest of the wash is great and the staff at the Westfield location are top notch

My first time at Crews as new to Indiana. It worked fairly well for painted area of car but did very badly on windows especially back window. Had to redo all of them when I got home.

Never seen a crew put so little space between vehicles. Been hit twice in this location, and never hit at all other belt style car washes.

Crew Carwash has the friendless employees and are always willing to help. The only thing I would change is how close they put me to the other cars and sometimes start the track before I can put it in neutral.

Carwash did damage to my vehicle by pulling off the wheel well panel and they are stating it had to be loose or damaged already. They refuse to fix the vehicle.

My car was more clean when I left than when I went in. Plus, the staff is helpful when needed and friendly.

Not a bad location, you only get a decent spray before entering if you’re law enforcement or of importance. Noblesville does a better job in my opinion.

I have a an expensibe car that I lole to keep clean I have the unlimited. No matter which one they all loke to shove all the cars on top of eachother. I jist wish they would change that part. If the car in front of you acts up you will end up in their rear end. I have seen this happen, I was apart of an accident inside a crew wash, they were not good on fixing my car. I did not go back for over two uears. Only recently have a started going back.

Its just a carwash!! Charging a ridiculous amount of money to wash a car whenever you wanted is crazy. They should slash the cost and maybe they would make up the difference by getting more people to join. $54 a month to wash a car maybe 2x month is hard to swallow.
