In my experience, most auto shops will try to get you to have services done that are not really needed just to get more money from you. Eslers does not do that. I am very pleased with Eslers. I have two recent positive experiences. During the first visit, I needed to bring my car in because the brakes were squeaking. I was leaving for a long trip in a few days, and they accommodated me. Thinking theyd have to at least replace the brake pads, they assured me the brakes didnt have to be replaced for a few months. They were very truthful. I took my second car in for a different problem and asked they check those brakes as well. Once again, they said the brakes did not have to be replaced at this time. The staff and technicians are very friendly. They even reach out via text on occasion to ensure everything is OK and ask if theres anything they can do. *EXCELLENT* experience!!From making the first call speaking with Anna, to taking with Andy on the issues at hand and the plan to repair.The reason for the visit was to figure out what needed to be done to fix the EVap code resulting in the “check engine“ light to illuminate. Since the vehicle was going to be there I asked if they could please look over my brakes (currently have 120,000 miles on my Jeep and never have had them replaced) as well as any “tune-up” things. My husband drives a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 with 62,000 miles on it. The engine started misfiring. Of course, the warranty on the engine was 60,000 miles. He took it to a dealership and they wanted $9000.00 to replace the engine! He took it to Esler’s and they actually looked at it like real mechanics and fixed it for $2700. We won’t go anywhere else!

This was my first visit to Eslers and it will not be my last. Very impressed with this shop. They took care of all my vehicles issues completely and thoroughly. They checked out the whole car for me as well since I had concerns about the place I had visited before these guys. Communication was great and they have a website that keeps all the work done on your vehicle. I was contacted by the owner a couple of days after the vehicle was returned to me to be sure that I was happy with the work and to be sure nothing else had come up with it. My vehicle is running the best I have seen it and I could not be happier with the effort provided by this group. I have a fleet of used vehicles for my family and have been trying to find a GOOD place to work on them. I am pretty sure that I have found the place.

I brought my Ford F-150 to Eslers for some front end noise coming from the engine. The staff there was awesome, called me when they were diagnosing the problem, called me with an estimate, and had me back on the road quickly!A couple days later I received a text from the owner asking me how their work was on my vehicle. It’s good to know that some businesses still have follow up on their work.

Great experience. I could not have been more pleased with everything. Eslers was the third shop I spoke to, including the Ford garage, and no one -- not even Ford -- knew about the service bulletin on my F150, let alone knew what to do if they could not duplicate the intermittent grinding noise I reported. Eslers knew exactly what to do and their team followed the service bulletin exactly. Again, I could not be happier with thier work. I drove from Westfield to Hilton Head Island, SC, from from HHI to Boston, MA before returning to Westfield all without any issues. I am glad I found an honest auto shop. Always excellent service at a reasonable price. They are in a very handy location for me and I appreciate the fact that they come and get me when my car is done, so I dont have to impose on a friend to get me there to pick up my car after it is serviced. They dont do any repairs unless necessary.

Was driving from Michigan to Kentucky through some pretty gnarly rain storms and my tire pressure warning light came on as I was heading through Indiana. One of my tires looked like it was on its way to flat so after a quick Google search, I headed for Eslers. They took great care of me and, since they found no issues with the tire, added more air and sent me on my way free of charge. Amazing shop! If I ever have other issues while travelling, I know where to go.

Well, the 100% five star ratings are legit. Anna was great on the phone, very friendly, and quickly set me up with an appointment. I found my auto shop, whew!Added bonus:Being a Navy vet myself, worked on helicopters, I couldnt help notice the A-6 Intruder (plane) pic on the office wall. Weve been a customer for more than 10 years, but a recent road incident we had on I-465 confirmed why we are convinced Eslers is the BEST.My wife hit a block of wood that fell off a semi flat bed. She ran over the wood, but was able to continue to work. I called Anna at Eslers, explained what happened and got the car into the shop.Andy had one of the techs inspect the car from front to back and did a road test. They called and luckily found nothing wrong. Total cost - $0. Andy explained that they were more concerned about out safety as well as the car. They spent well over an hour of their time and did not charge us.We go to Eslers because they are professional, competent, never create issues (like many dealers) and ALWAYS come through for us.Thanks Joel - you guys are really the BEST!

We drive 30 min one way to go to them. We actually took our car in and they tightened up lug nuts from a job another car shop had fixed. Always great service and they are always honest. We take our car there for any repair now due to their honesty. If we did not live 1/2 hour away they would do the oil changes too. On one occasion the dealership quoted us over $1300 to fix our AC in our Honda Odyssey and we took it to Eslers and they replaced one part for just over $200 and we have had great A/C for 2 years and counting. They have made multiple repairs to our car over the years and at no point did I ever feel they were trying to sell me something I did not need.If they could just put one in Fishers/Noblesville it would be perfect.

I had been at a dealership for my husband to buy a car and, since we would be there a while, had them do the oil change on our Toyota. They said the brakes would need to be replaced soon! Knowing I was going to make a few road trips, I took it in to Eslers for the repair. They told me that the front brakes have about 9000 miles left on them and the back brakes have about 20,000 miles left! They even fixed the clogged spout for the back windshield washer fluid for no charge! Great, HONEST service! Love it!

A great, honest garage. They never force a repair by doing it first. Also, they give you recommendations for repairs and a timeframe, so you know how quickly you need to get on it. There prices are reasonable as well.... better than the dealer! The location can be difficult to find, as it is down a drive and around the corner. But well worth the find!

I have never had such great service from an auto repair business! Ive worked with companies in the past that say theyre all about customer service, but they always fall short. Eslers is the real deal! They kept me updated with the progress of my car repairs, they worked with my insurance company to get me the best and safest possible products (tires, parts, etc.), and they followed up with me once the work was completed to ensure my satisfaction. Everyone there is easy to talk to and you never feel like youre bothering them when you call in for some info and an update on the work. Joel, the owner, texted me and then call me himself personally just to make sure that I was enjoying my car and new tires hed recommended which was off the charts amazing to me! Hed recommended some tires and though they were a bit more expensive, he was right - Ive never felt safer in my car, especially on the icy and snowy roads, and was able to make an 8-hour drive without any concerns.
