Marc was amazing! Making appointments and getting reminders was great. Having him show up and be in our home for a couple of hours plus for yearly maintenance was perfect. He wore a mask and was very respectful of us and our home.He was efficient and did an amazing job!

The whole experience from consultation, purchase and installation was friendly and handled professionally. They had really nice touches like texting me a photo of each installer that would be at my home, with their name and brief professional profile. When they were here for installation they were very courteous, installed 4 ductless mini split system in a couple days and made a really clean installation. Time was taken during consultation and quote as well as before and after installation to make sure I understood how it all works and didnt make me feel like they were just trying to give me a rushed instruction. I could go on but ultimately what matters is they are a great company to work with! Ive been very impressed with the entire experience! They certainly have earned their name! A+

A Plus was excellent! Everyone was professional, courteous when I asked a ton of questions and wore masks consistently. In addition, their office staff took care of all the paperwork involved for Mass loan and energy rebates. Ive been on hold with MassSave for almost an hour in the past so especially appreciated this service and would give 6 stars if I could.

My first experience with A Plus HVAC was not a good one when dealing with their after hours call center. The company is highly recommended and the office (during business hours) was really apologetic about my negative first impressions. My husband and I really wanted to support a local, family run business especially during COVID and gave them a second chance. We are so glad we did. They really lived up to their name and 5 star reviews. They were on time, professional, really friendly, and prices were responsible and fair. They happily answered all my questions and took the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the service. Because they did such a great job and really turned my opinion around, we plan to use them for future maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend this company.

I booked an appointment through Google for them to come and install my thermostat. Not until the appointment time had passed did they reach out to reschedule. So yes, I waited at home and they never showed up. The owner delivered a dry apology and offered me either one slot at a time I could not be home (next day) or one month later -even though there are many days with appointment times available still on Google/Service Titan for scheduling. I had to ask to be placed on a cancellation list. Im left with the impression that they have blown me off or cant manage their online schedule well.

Have not used business as of yet. So far they are professional, respectful and on time. Now awaiting proposal.

A+ found a way, in spite of a totally packed scheduling day, to make an emergency repair at 7:00 at night from a technician who started the day at 4 am. After repairs were complete, the technician Jeffery, then drove the one+ hour trip to his home.Definitely A+ Service - with a smile!

So last year around May they installed a new hot water boiler. They negotiated a price. They were very flexible and knowledgeable of options. This fall I realized some baseboards didnt work. They came over the same day, corrected it in a timely manner. All of their workers, from those on the phones to installers on systems are very helpful and nice. I have recommend them to all my friends. Great job. I am a happy customer.

Great experience with A Plus HVAC! We got 5 quotes for a complete gas furnace and central a/c replacement. We ended up choosing A Plus - and were happy we did. From the owners on through the tech/install crew, everyone was professional and friendly. They did a great job - including a special request for a framed platform for the a/c. It came out great. Also, everything was cleaned up at the end. They explained everything, patiently answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way: including the MassSave HEAT program and even processing our MassSave rebates.

I called on a hot Saturday morning around 10:30am....the tech was at my house a little after 12! Fast and efficient service. Not expensive. Technicians did a nice job installing new furnace, central air and power vent water heater. The problem is the heat is not evenly being distributed through the 10 vents in the house. I asked Carmelo, the sales rep if installing a new system with the older duct work would problematic? He assured me it should be fine. Had Keith, technician come by the day after the furnace was installed, how we can get even flow through the vents. The rely was to increase the flow by having the unit kick on to the second stage. Problem was the replaced unit with one stage provided better flow to all the vents. Called company spoke to Lisa . She will discuss matter with sales rep and technician and call back. They returned to add duct work to enhance even flow of heat and a/c throughout the house . Owner was not satisfied with power of air flow through vents and voluntarily replaced furnace with stronger motor for no charge. Excellent customer consideration!

I highly recommend Aplus. Their technicians are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They had my furnace up and running in 10 minutes. They took the time to show me what was wrong and what was repaired. If feels good to count with a company that is reliable.

We have a very old boiler so I anticipated many issues when I made the appointment. However, the technician broke a gas line while servicing the boiler. Technician accidentally left the heat on and it was set to 84 degrees and the boiler setting to 220 degrees upon departure. He later returned and apologized saying he was supposed to put the boiler settings back to the standard 180 degrees and shut down the heat.This caused significant water leakage on the basement floor. When I attempted to shut down the heat from the thermostat, it remained on full blast and was much noisier than normal making me think it might suddenly fail completely. Spoke with the co owner who thought we were dishonest about his mistakes though we told her he took responsibility for two of them, but not for breaking the copper gas line for which I had to pay $118 to replace. Owner sent a second technician to verify the cause of the heat not turning off and said both Zone valves needed replacing - $800. We vetoed that. Owner should have done something for us like offering to discount the new valves. Instead, she defended her technician and showed little or no remorse. Invoice-$600 + . Would never recommend A+ HVAC.

Great communication with this company! Multiple emails and texts prior to appointment regarding arrival so I was able to plan my day And know when the technician would be here. Our technician was Aric who was knowledgeable and patient with the fact that our AC unit hadn’t been maintained in over two years. He explained everything that had to be done and why it had to be done which I appreciate. They even have a monthly membership to ensure yearly maintenance is being completed which I opted for to help me keep track of my heat and AC. Thanks A plus!

Our heating system was completely dead (physically falling apart). The company responded quickly and had someone out here to give us a quote within days. 3 weeks later, we have a new, functional heating system that is far more efficient than the old system.

The whole experience with A Plus HVAC has been rewarding. They were referred to me thru the Mitsubishi website. I submitted an inquiry and within 24 hours was contacted and an appointment was scheduled with Matt for an evaluation and quote. Matt and I discussed several options and he provided me with a quote for those options later that evening. After receiving several other quotes, I decided to go with A Plus, even though the quote was a little higher, based on the time, explanation and comfort I felt dealing with Matt. Once I accepted the quote, an installation appointment was scheduled. I did receive several several e-mails/text confirming the appointment date as well as photos and profiles of J D, Bill, and Jeff the technitions sent to my home for the installation of the system. They arrived promptly at the appointment time along with the delivery truck with all of the needed equipment. They all followed the current CDC guidelines and were extremely respectful of myself, wife and property. Upon completion of the project, entire system was tested and the operation of the system was gone over with myself and my wife. They cleaned up the entire work area and let us know if we had any concerns or questions to please call. For the first time in 19 years of living in our house I can say it is finally comfortable. Jeff is great, considerate, well manneredI would be more concerned about being down rated to 2 or 3 stars. Selling an AC that cant get the humidity down below 44 to 55. This is unacceptable. A window AC unit could do better.

Josh, the A Plus technician, did terrific work. Hes done work at my house a few times now and every time his work has been top notch. On time, explained in detail what was needed, very thorough, made recommendations on top of the standard maintenance. More broadly, A Plus has done several jobs for me, from regular maintenance to big jobs like replacing the central air unit, and I will continue to work with them in the future.

The initial set up was great. I don’t think once you are a customer the service is good.Several phone calls with no return of phone calls.Seen annoyed when you finally talk with them.We were charged on this last visit because the piping wasn’t wrapped properly and the condensation built up leaking through our ceiling.The service tech was nice and not his fault a charge had to be placed. I get if it was something we did wrong or caused the problem with the unit.
