I have been to Wayne’s auto in Westerville a number of times, and I’ve always received amazing service during each visit. The staff is incredibly helpful when providing assistance, and they make a point to be thorough and precise as they work. James in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible, and he takes care to remember details about my vehicle each time I come in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an auto shop in the area!

Came to this place about a month ago based on great reviews and it didn’t disappoint, so I had to repay the favor! I took my car in and they were able to tell me what was wrong within 24 hours, talk me through the repairs necessary, and fix it quickly. I was only out of a car for two days and it’s been running great since - none of the issues I previously had! Everyone was super nice and helpful, definitely worth the money.

They were great!! It took months to get the loan I needed to get a new transmission put into my car and all of the guys that work at Waynes were very nice and understanding.. once I got the loan approved they had my car done in a week or less. I think its difficult for women to find trustworthy car repair. This place has an evening drop off/night box. They called in the morning. Nick explained everything really well before repair. It was timely service and very fair pricing for all the work they had to do. Very happy. I wouldnt hesitate to go there again.

Lance respected my time and had my mothers car diagnosed in less than (10) minutes.The only decision one needs to make about their cars service needs is which of the (3) Waynes locations is most convenient.

I have been using Waynes Auto Service since they were at Bethel Rd./Godown. Lance has been working on my cars for many years before that. I do not buy new cars and many are quite old from auctions. Lance has always taken an interest in my safety and the fact that I need a well running vehicle. This is important since I am a single female and other repair shops would not be as concerned about me just my money. They are fast, courteous and fairly priced. Nick is a gentleman and so helpful! I knocked a pylon today and he put my bumper back together enough to drive and gave me helpful advice after I called my insurance company all for free. I will be bringing my future business back here!

I had all intentions of leaving early this past Friday to drive home & see my family who lives 2 1/2 hours away. While at Kroger, my car decided it didnt want to start - I called around to some service centers and was told they couldnt look at my car until Monday because they were so busy due to cars reacting to the heat. So I called Wayne - and they told me to come in right away and they would take a look at it. My car arrived in their shop at 2pm and by 6pm, I was back on the road and on my way to NW Ohio. The guys gave me outstanding service, very courteous, and my car is running great once again. Thank you Wayne & Crew for the work youve done and I recommend anyone to check them out when they are experiencing car issues!

Professional and honest. Love how knowledgable they are about Subarus. If you have a Subie and want to avoid the dealership, this is the place. Fair pricing and transparent. I wouldnt trust a shop that does a timing belt and components for less than them.

I first came to Waynes in May of 2018 when my vehicle was acting very strange. I had just purchased it so I was quite irriatated. Nick jumped right on researching pricing and dealing with my very difficult warranty company. My car has since been in their shop 7 more times since then. Some were warranty covered repairs which took Nick a lot of time and effort to deal with and some out of pocket repairs. They also went out of their way to accommodate my financial situation. Nick is very understanding and makes sure we are always taken care of. I will never use any other mechanic again. They are reliable, very trustworthy, honest people.

Charged so much money. I just needed my radiator fixed. Talk about overcharging. I was recommended by my old mechanic. I dont know if I would go back. Charges way to much. $900. Not so fairly priced. Too much for labor.

Found a new regular shop. James and the boys in the shop are fantastic good prices and grate on time has me in and out in under an hour would recommend this place to anyone !!

The service was amazing. It was a day before Thanksgiving, and I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors. I called to check at Pep Boys and they told me it would be $1100 to get it done. I checked with Waynes and it was $633. Great price, and it was done pretty quick. No problems. I found my new regular shop now!!

I had just bought a new used suv and shortly after I could tell it had some problems. I took it to Waynes and come to find out it had two bad wheel bearings but Wayne was there to help me! He made it so I could afford it and did a great job! Waynes Auto repair it trust worthy and caring dont hesitate to go there!!!

All I can tell you is went here because of a minor exauste issue. The guy looked under the car, said it might be as much as $300 and that he would need to put it on a lift to be sure. He asked if I could leave it lol. I told him I live 5 minutes away and as soon as a bay opens up to call me and I will come right down. He took my number and I never herd from them ag as in. I heard that Waynes was good but this my true experience. Several days later I took it elsewhere and had it repaired. They got a 5 star review from me and did an awesome job. Waynes I may try again sometime but not for exauste. If I ever go back I will update this.

What a disappointment! Its a shame that they bought out Dipietro because we have used them for years and we were told the quality would be the same. We went in for a quote and the gentleman up front did not seem to understand what he was doing and its definitely not the same service that we used to get. Very disappointing

I had an experience that didnt start out that way. I has initially thought I had been over charged. Only to find out that it was a complete misunderstanding. The owner intervened and explained everything to me and not only was I not over charged but I had actually been under charged. He even went so far as to give me a credit for my inconvenience. This is not the only favorable experience Ive had with them. I feel confident with them working on my car and would recommend them to anyone.

I was charged 101 dollars in labor for battery terminal replacement. This place is not fair and are very unfriendly. I will be contacting the BBB

Run away from this shop ASAP. My battery light came on and engine light were both on, so I called to ask about their diagnostic charge (Which is $99.95) . So I take it in and about 45 minutes into it, the cashier (Nick)?? comes back and says it definitely needed an Alternator (which was the electrical issue) and the check engine light code showed that 3 of the vacuum lines needed replaced, and maybe a head gasket as well. I ask how much the alternator would be. Nick said Alternator part $285, 1 hour labor and some other electrical components were needed, so with tax I was looking around $600 for parts and labor. At this same time, Im price checking NAPA ( alternator $150, so a $135 markup) so even if the part is $285 where does the other $300 come from ( crickets chirp). I pay the Diagnostic fee ($107 and change) and decide to take to my usual mechanic. I explain the same issues I was experiencing to my mechanic, and how another shop stated I needed a new alternator. My mechanic returns in less than 2 minutes and tells me, before he can run the same test, he would first need to clean the battery terminals (because they were corroded) as he is removing the negative post clamp, he notices the clamp and wire are loose. He cleans the battery terminal and installs a new wire post clamp and then begins the test right in front of me. Battery checks out good, alternator checks out good.. Final result, no issue with the charging system ( in other words, with a proper diagnostic and a small repair, we discover a new alternator isnt even needed. I then, ask him about the vacuum issues, Since the computer operates off of electricity ( no shocker there) the computer was giving a false error code because of the faulty clamp. Final result, not only was a new alternator not needed, neither were the vacuum lines Waynes were also trying to sell me.Conclusion- When your 30 year veteran doesnt think to clean the battery posts and check connection issues before diagnosing my truck, then1. I shouldnt pay your diagnostic fee for a guess2. Obviously repairs (over-inflated repairs arent needed)I wish I could give them negative stars. Totally unprofessional. Dont even consider this shop.

I dont let just anyone work on my truck that I bought new in 2000. I have done all of my own service until I first had an oil change in 2005 by Waynes Auto. Lance. Because of the level of customer service and professionalism. I havent taken her (Dodge Ram SLT4x4) anywhere else. Just had them finish a complete rebuild of the top end and have to say she runs better now then the day I baught her. Not only did it need the overhaul, they did an awesome job as usual but a factory recall was fixed in the process. Needless to say I will not be going anywhere else.Will be back for my next oil change and anything I decide to upgrade.Thanks again..

Ive been taking my 3 cars to Waynes for 8+ years now and have yet to have a bad experience. They have become a one stop shop for me. Whether I take them my Jag, Audi and Chevy it doesnt matter; they can repair anything Ive thrown at them. Heres a kicker for you; they get it right every time.Dont waste your time with other car shops, even if it cost you a little more (it wont). Id rather pay to have it done right the first time; than waste my time going back and forth for the same repair other shops would have screwed up.Waynes has my business and anyone I can tell for life!!!!

Love the place. Even when it was Waynes Marathon on Bethel and Godown. Ive taken every single one of my vehicles there and have had no issues. Prices are relatively cheap, and labor cost is fair for a shop thats expanding constantly. New manager Nick is friendly and nice, and the two master techs there know what theyre doing. Most of the time I bring my car in, its a last minute notice. Even if the shop is loaded, they still make at least 30-45 minutes to look over my car and explain what is needed. Id rather pay someone to do it THE RIGHT WAY, THE FIRST TIME and not have that same issue over and over again. Also, being in the service, they have great opportunity for some discounts and work with payments. I recommend this place over a Midas or Meineke any day!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Waynes for over 5 years. I cant say enough about their attention to detail and working with me to get the job done right and at the best price.I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer that needed exhaust repair from the converter back to the tail pipe. Doing a Google search for places around me I came across Wanyes Auto Repair in Westerville. I called them and set an appointment for the coming monday morning.Now I do a lot of my own work on my vehicles to save on labor cost as well as markup on parts. Replaceing any stock exhaust should be quick and simple, plus fairly inexpensive! So I stop by and had to wait about 15-20 minutes before one of the guys could pull my Explorer into the half empty shop. They called me out and said the wye pipe was bad and would be $1500 to replace due it having 3 converters in it. This does NOT include the estimate of $681 for stock pre-formed and bend exhaust pipe from the converter back to the tail pipe with a muffler. That is a total of $2181.00!!! Are you fricken kidding me???It doesnt stop there! Oh no! I was never told that there was any fee to look at my vehicle... to put it on the rack and say Sir, yep you need a new exhaust! So that was another $38.50 just for that!Well I am here to tell everyone that I will NEVER GO BACK TO WAYNES AUTO REPAIR!Now if you need exhaust work, oh my God! There is one place to go or call... MAD HATTER MUFFLER down on Sullivant Ave. on the south west side! I took my explorer there after getting a quote over the phone. There was no fee to look at my vehicle Wayne, and I was in and out in 25 minute and $213 ($200 plus $13 for tax) out the door! All of the guys were friendly, super polite and they know their business! I couldnt believe it! Sure all of the pipe was pre-bent stock for my year make and model, but it was a clean professional installation with all the joints welded.I have just one question for you Wayne... I never your business was some affected during the construction project of the road widening on Westerville road, but was it that bad that you have to try and rip potential customers of f for $468 and an additional $1500 for a wye pipe I didnt need? Thank God I know enough about car repair to know what Wanye and his guys were telling me was just an attempt to try to exploit and rip of customers! I have a retail business and I sure dont operate that way!
