I have never taken my car to Boyd’s before. I’ve heard several good things about them, but just had taken the leap. I decided to give them a try. I had one place recently tell me that I needed to replace my back brakes now or I would be spending a lot more money later. Boyd’s did a 26 point inspection on my car and told me my brakes were still in good shape. That made my day. You have my business.

I got tires a few years ago and they were very friendly and reasonable, so there was no doubt where to go this time. Still friendly and got me a great deal on all 4 tires..again! A definite unexpected plus is the very nice waiting area. I highly recommend them .

This is my second time at Boyd’s Tire & Service, and I will return. I am very thankful for their diligent work and how they value their customers. I had concerns about my tire pressure and they addressed it quickly and even double checked the sensors a few hours later to ensure they stayed filled. I will return.

Took my wifes car in after it had a flat tire. They checked the treads on the tires and only recommended one new tire since we had recently put new tires on anyways. Staff was courteous and they had the new tire installed next day. Would recommend!

Brought my car in thinking I needed new tires. After inspecting the tires, the technician indicated the tires had plenty of tread life left but they needed to be balanced. Boyd also checked the alignment. Based on their integrity, Boyd will be my tire company of choice for my vehicles. Thank you Boyd for your honesty.

I took my vehicle to Boyds Goodyear in Westerville convinced that it needed the front brakes replaced. I had been told by a car dealership that was the case. After Boyds inspected them they called to tell me they had cleaned out some rust and buildup on the rotors. They explained that the brakes were fine and had several thousand more miles on them before they needed replaced. To top things off, they did not charge me for the work completed! I thanked them for their honesty and doing business the right way . When I do replace the brakes it will be at Boyds.

Truck was fixed correctly but I was left with a greasy foot print on passage front seat. Grease on arm rest and left door and left front seat. Car was fixed correctly and price seemed fair. Its one thing to get grease on the car by a mistake. Its another to find a greasy foot print on cloth seats!!!!!!! The Service manager was very nice and stopped by and cleaned it.

Tried to leave for work and battery was DEAD. Called Boyds and asked if they could get me in ASAP if I was able to jump the car and get it over to them. Spoke with Tom and he said “bring it on over and we will fit you in”. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with a new battery installed. Very good customer service!

Everyone was so helpful! My car was in bad shape. I was back and driving without fear very quick. The staff kept me updated the whole time and the prices were very fair!

Being new to the Columbus area was daunting. And finding a reliable, honest auto repair shop even more so. Boyd’s Tire and Service had good reviews so I tried them as I woke up to a nearly front flat tire. They were wonderful! They were able to get me right in, plugged the hole in my tire and had it done within the hour. Courteous, friendly and professional. They will be my car repair show going forward.

Ive gotten tires from this place for years and recently I had brake work done. They have always been very professional and done what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. Id recommend this place to friends and family.

Had slow leak in right front tire. Went there on a Thursday and they were packed with people waiting, as I was hoping to do. The person at the counter said that I could make an appointment for Saturday morning and wait. Arrived at the designated time and they were jammed. I said what time my appointment was, and left less than an hour from there with the screw that caused the problem.Great and clean service and waiting area. Very nice people and strongly recommend them.

I originally went to a car repair shop up the street on Shrock and Cleve (Wayne’s Auto Repair) and tried explaining my car issue..the guy there was very condescending and kept asking me questions as if I was the car mechanic...and then told me if there was water in my water pump then my car was done. Needless to say I was not going to give my coins to this establishment which led me to Boyd’s. When I came and explained the issue, I was told no problem we will take a look at it for you and let you know. Seamless and friendly process..no complaints. Car fixed! This will now be my go to for all my car needs.

Tom and his team did a great job putting four new tires on my car in a safe and timely manner. They even check my alignment, and said it was fine instead of tring to be misleading. Really shows me they arent going to try to overcharge you,and they are honest.

The establishment was clean and covid compliant. Staff was curteous and friendly. I went there because they were a GoodYear tire dealer and I had a long ongoing problem with one of my tires leaking, and more recently having flats. They assesed the problem quickly, ordered the proper tire and replaced it within a half hour. I was very satisfied.

Once again, great service! They were able to schedule us for the same day we called and our car was in and out within one hour.

Boyds did a great job when I needed an urgentsurge tank replacement for my 2014 Spark. Broughtit in at 8am and had a same-day finish around 3pm.Had them replace all four tires last year as well andtheyve always done great work - now that my factorywarrantys expired, I know just where to go to getmy repairs done!

We have been using Boyds for years as they are a very dependable team that charge reasonable rates. I value their honesty, I never feel like I need to second guess their repair recommendations as they are never inflated or unnecessary. I really appreciated my last visit. My vehicle was making crazing loud sounds and loud grinding. I was so nervous I just wanted to get it to the shop until someone could check and fix it. I just showed up...after they had closed, but the gentlemen still there opened the door to intake my vehicle. The next day they were able to get it sorted. They always present themselves with a level of professionalism and a sense of integrity. We are lifetime customers.

Wednesday, June 8th, was my 1st visit to Boyds Tire & Service. I went there b/c a wire hanger from my works parking lot punctured my tire. I didnt have an appointment, but I asked if they could look at it since it was an emergency. I dont remember his name, but the guy at the front desk was super sweet & understanding. They checked my tire. Unfortunately, my tire could not be patched at the angle my tire was punctured. They did put the spare on my car. They gave me an estimate on a tire (which I decided to go to my usual place), and they did not charge me for putting on the spare! I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service that they provided.
