Great service. Helpful staff. Was there to get my tennis racket strung and the turnaround time was good. Reprentative was very helpful and answered all questions about new tennis rackets.

Customer service is non existent at the Westborough store. Salespeople carry on personal conversations and make other customers wait. Then cant deliver when promised. I had to rearrange my meetings to come a day later than promised to pick up skis. They did nothing to try to rectify situation.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, however I paid $25 to book an appointment, drove an hour to the store only to find out they only had ONE option for a ski boot that fit me. Then was told that I could drive to their Newton store which had much more selection, but they only had appointments a week later. Seems like a conversation that should be had before they take your money to ensure that have what you are looking for. Check out the Alpine Haus in Connecticut.

Fantastic ski shop. Staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. They do great custom boot work for a reasonable price. Ive also had bindings and base repairs done well here. The retail side of things is a little pricey.

Mike is great person and he give very valuable information on rackets and string. I have been visiting this place for almost 3 years.

Dont Waste Your Time: I needed to buy a pair of ski gloves and a helmet. I was specifically interested in gloves with a removable liner and couldnt find any. In fact the mens selection in general was very limited. The sales person found one pair which had a liner but was not my size and during most of the conversation told me how those gloves were moved to their other store location because they were to expensive for the area. She kept bringing up the price point as a issue. Then she suggested I buy the gloves without a liner and pointed to thinner gloves I could be use as inserts. Just for grins, I looked at the other gloves and they were all womens and one XL mens size. The helmet selection left much to be desired as well. The best thing I can say is they had a 20% end of season discount.

Top-notch customer service. Employees are friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. Have had work done on 2 pairs of ski boots here and will be returning for any other boot work or purchases in the future. Have been to 4 different ski shops in the area and can say that this shop has earned my future business. Can’t recommend them enough!

I got a custom in-sole and boot fitting here and have been impressed with how hard they worked to get something what worked for my feet. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and have been enormously helpful in getting me set up with my own ski gear. I have mostly dealt with Tony and have been impressed with how much he knew about skis and how helpful he has been in getting me the right boot fit. Would definitely recommend them for getting gear, especially boots, since I know they will work with me until the first is perfect.

Wanted to post this while my experience is still fresh:I just got my skis back after extensive base repairs and a tune. This shop exceeded my expectations by not only being knowledgeable about my skis, but they also took the time to listen to my needs and work with me to figure out the best way to serve me.I will definitely stay loyal to Boston Ski + Tennis!!!Highly recommend for beginners and experts alike.

We have gone here for years for all our skiing needs. Great yearly rental prices, and good season ending discounts. Staff has deep knowledge and they are friendly and not pushing to close a sale. The only downside is that its a smaller size shop and that can limit selection.

So knowledgeable and cam was especially noticeable when he remade my friends custom footbed cuz he thought it wad off and didn’t want to give him a low quality product. Excellent customer service! Went there this morning to rent a pair of skis and boots and was in and out in less than 1/2 hr. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with.

Id been skiing in a pair of 130 flex racing boots that Id bought off Ebay on a whim because they were a great deal, and of course they didnt fit properly. After yardsaling on a relatively easy run last year and partially tearing my MCL, and months of physical therapy later, I was determined to find a proper bootfitter. I educated myself on how a ski boot should actually fit and what a good bootfitter should ask and started looking around and Boston Ski and Tennis came up as a nearby location. Their website made it clear that they had Americas Best Bootfitters on staff so I made an appointment for the next day.I arrived 30 mins early to poke around but Tony said he could take care of me right away. He checked my ankle flexibility, foot volume, asked all the right questions and explained differences in boot lasts and liners, really took his time to find a boot that would work for my skill level and what I wanted to do going forward. When Tony went back to get the correct size in the boot he had determined would work for me, they were unfortunately sold out of that exact size in the correct flex, but Tony did not stop there. He wanted me to see what a proper fitting boot felt like so he found the same model in a softer flex and had me try it on.Remember, he already knew at this point they didnt have my boot in stock and wouldnt be making a sale that day, but he went the extra 5 miles and made sure I knew exactly what boot to get when I bought it elsewhere. You rarely see service like this anymore. Businesses and people like this deserve our support, so please, go see Tony for anything skiing-related. They have won my business and my loyalty.

The boot fitter was very professional and gave great service. Boots were a bit expensive compared to other stores, but the service is also better so I felt it was worth it.
