Brad who helped me out was wonderful and delightful to have worked with me.He answered all of my questions professionally and did an overall great and outstanding job.As I understand that this was a seasonal job. If youre going to re-draft anyone, he should be one of the first and if he chooses to accept, have him become a trainer. Perhaps, make him a permanent employee with a supervisor role.

They were nice and professional so I would have given 5 stars if turbo tax wasnt a thing. They did help answer a question about state tax credits for solar system installation. But I would recommend just using turbo tax.

My experience was great and my appointment helped get me all of the possible credits and deductions I could get.

The final amount I was charged in fees, for the amount of documents +/or time it took to do them was sickening! I understand they are expensive cuz they are specialists & know the knowledge BUT when a person comes in & it is OBVIOUS they arent well off, or even close, that one would realize if maybe you quickly showed them which form to use & where to put the #s on it-- THEY could save over $200! I am NOT saying do what you do for free AT ALL. BUT seriously $438.00 for one w2 this year and two for 2018. No dependants, no deductions, only EIC....UNBELIEVABLE!
