A co worker recommended Daniel at Hayne and Company. I called and spoke to Daniel who quoted me $350.00. It seemed kind of expensive but I was told he did good workDaniel reviewed my taxes and I was in his office for less than 40 minutes. He found me one exemption and my usual refundJune 2019 I got my first bill from Hayne and Company saying I need to pay an additional 103.00. I called and was told it was a mistake on their part and to not worry about itJuly 2019 I again got a bill saying my 103.00 was now passed due. I again called and was told to not pay the bill. I told them I needed a letter saying I did not owe them this moneyI got a letter saying they had “written off” what I owed them.I called and spoke with David Peterson. He told me I got the letter I wanted and I was “agitated.” I told him I was not “agitated” and I needed to know why I was billed an extra amount over what I was quoted? He told me they were a professional organization and I was billed for Daniels time.I was not aware Daniels time was 453.00 for less then 40 minutes for my personal taxes.Very unhappy with the level of service and excessive billing from Hayne and Company

Top notch. Been using these guys for years for my business and personal tax management and filings. They always save me way more than they cost. (I even tried to best their efforts myself using TurboTax, and Haynie & Co saved me way WAY more than I was able to figure out on my own.)

Hal not only has the experience as an accountant but has run a business himself. Im not talking about an accounting firm, but a different type of business. Because of this he can relate to business owners and their unique problems. Hal has also helped me with quick books and has an answer to my QuickBooks questions. Excellent service and expert advice. I attended a Quickbooks class and learned how to better implement Quickbooks in my business and learned some tools that I didnt know you could do in Quickbooks. They also did my taxes and ensured every deduction was accounted for properly to minimize my taxes.
