I spent $45 on acrylic nails, and did not get what I paid for. Staff was very nice, but I did not get the results I hoped for. Very sloppy meaning paint on my fingers, didn’t cover the top part of my nail with paint, and cut my cuticles.

Went yesterday I got a feeling turned out great. But the reason I give it a two star is because my daughter got hers done and then nails look like they just left them right on top and didn’t matter that they looked like they were hanging over her nails it wasn’t a stiletto shape so we went back today and after she was very rude she followed it down did not bother fixing the polish so that you couldn’t tell that she followed them to the shape that was somewhat what we want it. And then she wiped off the nail polish that she got on her skin from yesterday evening... and they are not the same length

The workers at this location are very rude, and disrespectful to customers, I just went to have my nails done yesterday when I was about to pay I show the lady that the my nails wasnt looking good she just say to put oil on them anyways I pay for a poor quality, but after I took a shower the polish of 3 off my nails came off, if you dont want to waste your time and your money dont go there

I walked in and got sat right down. I havent been to da-vi or any salon in Walmart for a LONGGGG time. Before I was always disappointed and would end up ripping my nails off. This time, Im thankful I sat with Nina. She was really quick, shortened my nails and did a great job on filing. I was really nervous but needed a quick fix before I tore my nails off! Nina was attentive, kind and did a great job overall. Id prefer go to her if I have to resort to da-vi.

A week ago I visited the place for the first time. First I tell the lady that I dont want a tip, that I wanted the acrylic on my natural nail. she ended up putting me tip a cojón as we say in Puerto Rico. did not cover the entire nail with the enamel. it is not seen that it has filed well nor has enough enamel been smeared. I will not visit that place again. They cannot say that there were many people because there was only me at the time and another person who had left shortly before I arrived. horrible.

I had the lash extensions done absolutely love them, nina is great at doing it and makes you very comfortable. Definitely will always get them done there. Great experience.

I was blown away with how fast and perfect my nail experience was here. Traveling with my trucker husband and only had a limited time to try to get a mani in. There was no wait and my tech was friendly and amazing. I left one happy camper with gorgeous nails. The price was better than expected. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Theyre lucky I even leave one star but unfortunately I cant post a review unless I do. The lady was in a hurry, and very rude talking in Chinese to her friend the whole time very loudly, also not to mention I got a cut from the nail fial on each of my fingers on my left hand, the nail polish was very badly applied I had polish on my skin and some of my nails were crooked, most of them not even the same shape. I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else to get your nails done. I shouldve only paid $5, not 25. I have pictures of my fingers if anybody would like to see.

There’s only two people working here....... so there’s ALWAYS a wait.Not even greeted when I walk in, so I just sat down.Last time I’ll ever come here. They’re cheaper than most and it was convenient, but next time I’ll pay the extra $2 for better service. Hopefully my nails at least come out okay.

Loved my experience. I was a little nervous from looking at the other reviews but I was really impressed. I felt no pain the man mad sure I liked what he was doing every step of the way!

I have been to two Da Vi salons and at both the techs were more interested in talking to their friends in Vietnamese than serving the paying customer!

Was very rough and I just got them done and my pinky nail (fake and real) are bout to fall off cause of how rough she was on my hands and nails.

HORRIBLE customer service, the male was rough and hurt me several times, some where crooked, i showed him and he literally hold both my hands together up in the air roughly and said “no” and moved on. He seemed mad after i told him about it then He started talking in His language to the other employees there and ended up doing everything even more roughly.Then i chose a Dark wine nail polish, he trying putting it on, i guess it was running out and drying so he went and added some polish remover into the nail polish and i guess he added to much, the polish was bright red NOT dark anymore at all, i told him they were red not dark wine anymore and he said “is ok yaa”. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Will never go back to this place again. They need to to be nice and learn how to take criticism because they get offended when someone doesn’t like the work.

It was great! Everybody was super nice and they made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. They did a great job.

Worst place Ive ever been too! The customer service is terrible. Ive never encountered anything like it. Went in for a fill, once I sat down, the male that sits on the end asked me how I wanted my nails once I told him he flat out told me no, after the women literally did them the exact same request two weeks prior, I will never go back here and I HIGHLY recommend you dont waste your money. And the worst part is they probably own it and their is no manager to report them to.

I wouldve gave a minus zero!! My mom wanted her eyelashes done for her birthday and settled going to this place because she liked how they did them before. When I picked her up she was in a lot of pain. She said her eyes were burning and the lady who seemed to be in charge and who also did the lashes was rubbing her eyes with Q-Tips:/ As I looked closer my mom had a clump of glue in her eyelid and a long lash stuck in her eye which was scratching her eye. The lady told her to get some air and it would be better. My mom left for work had to come home early because it was so bad. She went back for some relief and they had closed early but we caught her outside and she met my mom back at the shop. She removed the lashes and refused to give my mom a discount on another service for another time. Mind you she didnt ask for a full refund just a discount on a pedicure since shes been going there for the past 6 years!!! Well never do business with them again!!!!!

The guy was quick and super nice. He did a great job!

The owner/ manager was a real jerk. He was rough on my hands and he yelled at his employees in front of the customers. My nails lasted like a minute and they were so brittle and peeled really bad. It took me months to get my nails back to normal after he got his hands on them. He was awful.

They werent experienced enough to not only be able to do the first picture I showed them, but also the second, & the third. I finally settled on something simple that they could do. Job was horrible, spent double the price than I ever did at other salons, & the customer service was terrible. That was my first time going to a Davi Nails & definitely my last. Never go here.

The guy who did my pedicure didn’t speak to me at all, I am assuming he doesnt speak English. He did a great job and was very fast.

Went there onceabd never goin back, the guy that did my nails was so rude, he hurt me real bad when filing I started bleeding, got mad because i told him he left my nail all lopsided and left all the arylic underneath my nail and i asked for gel polish and it stated peeling off the minute i got home.I guess that what i get for trying out a new place instead of my normal place

The woman who did my manicure and gel nails seemed to be in a hurry. She rushed the whole thing. My manicure consisted of soaking my nails in luke warm water, gouging the sides of my nails out with clippers, and massaging my forearms(not my hands.) I am less than a week out and I now have the nail polish chipping off and two infected fingers around the nail. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Ok for the price. I have had one of the girls do my nails before and loved it. This time the guy in charge did them and was very rough and turce. Messed up my nails when he checked them so he just kept adding to them. They were so thick that they never did dry right. I would go back if he didnt dothem!!!

Sent my wife and neice and my wifes hands were bloody, my neice had a pedi and they burned her. My wife said the guy didnt even fix her nail like she asked. And way overcharged for the bad service. She said she definitely wont be going back.

Worst customer service ever.. the guy in the morning was rude and very rough.. i left very upset. I shouldnt have paid. This man was not ok with anything. I will be reporting to BBB. I even warned a couple that wanted pedicures.
