I went in wanting an acrylic nail removal. If I had known I was going to be charged to have the acrylic ripped off my nail bed I would have never gone in to this place. I had never experienced any nail salon to rip off the acrylic off of the nail bed. I wasnt trying to save money I was disappointed with their technique. You are paid to take care of people not destroy their nails. And their solution was to charge me 5 extra dollars to have them take the acrylic off properly. I chose to go somewhere that would take care of my nail beds! Very disappointed in the professionalism of this place! I could have ripped off the acrylic myself if I wasnt trying to save my nail beds!

I got pastel yellow nails with flowers on the ring finger and I absolutely love it! They were so nice and accommodating. They were also quick and super nice quality. I showed them the picture once and they were able to do it perfectly. They also suggested other things they thought would make the design better and I loved it. Definitely recommend.

I always come for my eyebrows, only place I come to. But this is my first to get a pedicure and OMG I loved every bit of it. As I sit here still getting it done. Almost towards the end of my pedicure and I am just in love with this place! Best pedicure I have ever gotten hands down! I will be back again!

The lady that did my nails was very personal able and easy to talk to. She knew exactly why I needed my nails redone and was very meticulous. It was awesome that she kept asking if this was what I was wanting. I didnt feel like I was asking too much when it wasnt. Will definitely go back.

Im a truck driver, so having nails that dont come off easily is important. Ive had acrylic nails done here 3 or 4 times and never had a problem with them popping off. Also, always look great.

I love going there to get my nails done and have for years. Brandon and Thuy always does a wonderful job. I love how well they know their customers. I can walk in with an idea of what I might like and they give their input on what would tailor to me and my personality. And it’s ALWAYS perfect!

Absolutely the best nail spa I’ve been to! She was very gentle and listened to what I wanted. She verified that what she was going to do was ok and explained every step. Asked if I was pleased and carried on a very positive conversation! Definitely the place to go!

They are amazing! First place I’ve ever gotten nails where they haven’t lifted and broke off ever. Also get my lashes done here and Thea is amazing and they last longer than any lashes I’ve had before. Highly recommend !

THEEEE BEST! I tried another new salon nearby and my polish chipped after 2 days. I never have a problem at JL Nails. I only went to the other place because my bf got me a gift certificate! I will never go anywhere again, even if I do get a gift certificate. Brandon and Thuy always do such a wonderful job!

This salon is close to my house making to super convenient to stop in, which I love. I always have a nice experience with the owners and staff when I am there. Ive been going there for a couple of years so Brandon and Thuy know who I am and ask about my life and family, its very personable.I dont love getting acrylic so Ive been getting gel tips and LOVE them!

I don’t know if this is a natural thing or not but when I put my nails under the UV light so they could dry it kinda burned but other than that it was a pretty great experience overall would recommend!!

The owners are doing a great job of COVID controls. It is very clean.They do a great job on nails. They only do gel, no colored acrylic, and you have to pay with cash. No cards.

I came in last night with my co workers and they got us in when they were busy which was very nice. I love the lady who did my nails. She did an amazing job and was so impressed❤️ I had such a fun time and will definitely be back. She was gentle with my hands, which for me is super important as other salons are so rough while doing them. I’m so happy and in love with them. Well worth every penny. Much love for this salon

Ive been getting my nails done for 20 yrs. i wanted stilleto nails, I even showed the lady how I wanted them. My nails are crooked and she filed them so short and they are almond shape not stilleto. My fingers are so sore because of how fast and rough she was. I will not recommend her but her husband has done min before and was pleased

I’ve been going to Brandon and Thuy for a couple years now and I’ve never had any issues with them. They’ve always been super thorough and consistent with their work and I always leave their salon happy with my nails. Sometimes it can be difficult to pick a new color (they have so many amazing options to choose from) but my indecisiveness has never felt like a nuisance. They’ve always been wonderfully patient and happy to help me figure out exactly what I want. The environment is very relaxed, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone!

WORST SERVICE!!!Best place to go if you want to pay $145 for an eye infection and fake volume. They use store bought glue and try to sell the lash service as a salon type of business. My eye is so red and infected. I’m trying to post a picture but it won’t let me. Never going here again! The lashes started falling off right on the first day. And when I called to request a refund. They said they don’t do refunds and that’s why they only take cash. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MYLIFE.

This is my new favorite nail salon. Ive been there twice and I finally have found a place that does my nails right each time!

My boyfriend took me to get the eyelash extensions I always wanted. She did such a good job 👏 my eyelashes look so good. Great quality and it only took about 50 min. She was so sweet and gave me great tips and trick on how to take care of the eyelashes I definitely left the salon with a smile. Love it here definitely coming back for an eyelash refill ♥️

I have been here several times now. Love the shape, Ive done coffin shape 2x now. A lot of colors to choose from. And very open to your comments when things need fixed up or to your own style(: I would get an app ahead of time they have a lot of customers and services. Ive walked in several times and they really get you in and out beautifully ❣️

Color is pretty but my nails are really thick. I have a bit of a mess on the under side of my nails with gobs of acrylic and gel. They don’t take cards but they do have a debit machine. Not sure if I will be back.

I love this place. I have been getting my nails done from them for a few years now. Never have had any issues. And if there ever ever an issue they are always willing to fix it. I have even taken my family there and they have all love the results. They are very friendly and very family oriented and very patient even when I have had to bring my daughter in with me. They dont accept credit cards, and this last time their debit card machine was broken .I did not have cash so their solution was to make me walk to the grocery store and purchase something there to get cash back. I will never go back. How weird! Its 2019!! Who carries cash?

Best gel polish ever! It is not that they use different stuff it is just that they know how to do it right. My gel polish never cracks or peels and I often get 3+ weeks out of it. My old place well...it would chip within 2 days. I love this place! If you really want quality work by true professional people then I recommend this place. I always know what to expect when I go here. Truly the best salon out this way.

Ive never had a problem with this place until today. I got the lady that sits on the end, it was my first time doing my manicure with her and I felt so rushed! I told her I want coffin, and it ended up looking square shaped. I told her I want them longer and she kept cutting and filing to make them shorter! She didnt listen to anything I said. She was super rough while doing my nails. It takes ONE bad experience with me. Im never going back here ever again.

A friend recommended JL Nails so I figured I would try them out. I had such a great experience going into this establishment today. They were so inviting and helped inform us of all the options I had and even give us ideas. We came in for three full sets of nails without an appointment and they were able to fit us in soon after. They were extremely fast and efficient and I am in love with my nails! 10/10 would recommend!

Ive been back since my first visit. My wife has been back multiple times. Weve been treated with respect, and taken in quickly. Our appointments have been kept and ushered to a chair immediately. The owners are kind and professional. I think we have a neighborhood pedicure spot we can count on.

The older man there who doesnt speak English, is not gentle when doing pedicures. I commented the first time I went but this time I think others should know. Also took an hour and a half to get the pedicure done and I along with another person was the only customers in the shop. The shop used to be fast, and I was happy with the service but always seem to get the older man even when I ask for someone else. Wont be returning.

The entire experience felt completely rushed. We choose to do walk in manicures and the employees said they had time to do both me and my mother, but they sat us down before we got to pick a color and started clipping my nails before I could tell them really what I wanted. The gentleman who assisted me couldnt even finish because he had an appointment come in. I understand that scheduled appointments need to take priority, but if you knew that time was going to be an issue I would have waited. For both of us they did an slipshod job shaping the nails. They were nice enough and the color is good. But the quality just wasnt really there

Will not be coming back. My shape on my pointer fingers did not match at all, wasnt even close. One was way bigger than the other and thicker. Also I got the neud shellac and i started getting brown discoloring after 2 days. There was no reason for this as I had used everyday products like soap, water, shampoo/conditioner...did not have my nails around anything to cause this discoloring. I had to go to another salon to have my nails fixed, AFTER 2 DAYS! Definitely was not impressed and not worth the $40 spent, especially since I just moved in this area and was my first time here.

I LOVE this place! They do an amazing job I used to always go there for my eyebrow wax and Other things here and there now i only stop by once in a long while since i dont live close by anymore. But whenever im in the area & need nails, eyebrow wax, pedi I go to them for sure :) GREAT customer service!

I went in for a fill and gel polish on Friday. The gentleman did my nails for me and they looked good when I left. However on Saturday the acrylic started peeling off my nails. Monday I called hoping that they would fix the nails that the acrylic peeled from but no answer so I left a message and phone number. I received no call back. So tuesday during my lunch I stopped by and was told that my powder was old (??) So he wouldnt guarantee his work. I have had acrylic for many years and nothing like this has happened before..They had excuses thats it. My suggestion go somewhere else.It seems when a customer has a negative comment you continue to make excuses for yourself. If you felt that the powder was old why didnt you offer a new set at only $5.00 more - there is no price list in the shop so Im guessing on difference in price. Themale tech that did my nails is the one without sufficient experience. The acrylic and the polish was straight up my nail instead of covering the full nail. I was in and out in 1/2 hour which shows how he rushed to do the job. Word of mouth is big business builder but I guess you have enough customers. Listening skills are very important also. I said 19 years.Yes keep the excuses going..with your passive agressive behavior. Im sad also..not!

My nails always have a brown discoloration on them 2 days after I get shellac. This has happened numerous times. So I quit coming in for a couple months and went somewhere else. In which it didnt occur. I came back again to try it out because this place is close to my work. But the discoloration happened again. :(

Super sad because the prices are great but I got a pedicure Friday afternoon and by Friday evening my big toe was infected. Luckily its going to be easy to take care of.The guy that did my pedicure didnt try too hard to get rid of the dead skin on my feet which was pretty much the point of the pedicure.Other than that it was an average experience with a friend!

I liked my first set of lashes so I went back for a fill. I pulled out my card to pay and they told me that fills were CASH ONLY! They didnt want to take my card. I dont carry around $50 in cash and I refuse to go to the ATM just to get cash for them. They gave me a bad time and told me next time to bring cash. There wont be a next time. That just seems really dishonest and underhanded. Cash transactions are easy to hide and I think they are major cheap-skates.

Theyre the best, and are very price competitive! Thuy and Branden are fun, and do an excellent job. Im always getting compliments on my nails!

Each time is a new excuse.I have a gift certificate otherwise I would just go somewhere else. They will not refund me the money for the gift certificate. I just want to say that I LUV LUV LUV this place! Brandon did my permanent eyebrows and they are perfect! I love the way I look! Thuy did my eyelash extensions a couple of weeks later and she did them so fast and so perfect. I have been doing this for a long time and nobody has ever done my lashes better than Thuy. Brandon has done my nails and waxing and I have never been more happy and I have never been more excited about a salon than with these guys! The girls in the salon who have done my pedicures are so friendly and everyone there has done a great job! I have never had a bad experience there so I decided to write a review! No other place compares!!!!!!!!!!! I LUV THESE GUYS! Go there and you will understand what I am talking about!

Got a gell manicure here. The woman doing it was so rough it was horrible. I wanted to walk out when she was just filing. She was wacking me with the nail file and then stabbed me with the cuticle clipped under my nail. Just so careless and rough.. when I tried to walk out she brought it down a notch and finished without hurting me anymore. Then she was actually friendly. Before this she didnt say a word to me. The gell lifted easily afterward. You can tell its cheap product.

They were friendly they treated my mother nice she loved what she got and we will go back again price-wise was reasonable for what you wanted

I went to this nail salon consistently for a few years, and then I recently moved back to the area and decided to return. I will not be continuing to come back.Each time I’ve returned, I’ve gotten a shellac manicure and a pedicure. Each time, im just pointed to a seat and placed with someone who can’t understand anything I say, making it difficult to ensure I can actually request the service I would like.throughout my manicure, I had 3 people working on my hands. They were constantly stopping to work on someone else’s nails, and I could tell they were rushing to finish. When I left each time, the polish was cured over the edge of my nail, and I’ve had lifting since the fourth day, and a shellac manicure should be able to last 2 weeks without lifting.It’s unfortunate that this small, family owned salon went from being a quality place to get my mani/pedi to just another salon looking to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible with no attention to the actual experience in the salon.

This was a favorite salon for a while. After about three months of coming in every two weeks for a fill and a pedicure. I started to realize a lot of things about the salon. My main issues is the way Brandon speaks to his wife Thuy in front of customer’s made me uncomfortable, and bothered. Secondly my pedicure was never truly done the way I wanted. I always felt as if the nail tech doing my pedicure made it seem as though my legs were as heavy as tree stumps (even though I’d hold up my own leg to assist them). There can also be a wait at times even when you have an appointment.The few good things that I can say about the Salon are Thuy genuinely works hard and you can see it when you visit her salon. Thuy will still try and see you even if you’re late for your appointment (which I was late quite a few times). Lastly, Thuy shapes tapered square, and stilettos nails well. I won’t be back to this salon because of my feeling towards Brandon and the way he talks to Thuy, but if you ever decide to stop in make I’d recommend you make an appointment with Thuy.

This was my first time at J L Nails and i was very happy with the results. I have had a hard time finding a shop i like, but i will be going back to this one for sure.

I recommend this place 100%. If you want variety, respect, and quick nice nails, this place has your back.

WORST NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Service was horrible. They completely messed up the color and I asked for a change and they wouldnt so I made them take them off and I had to go buy my own nail polish cause it was so bad. Very rude!!!
