My legs feel fantastic and my toes look festive 🇺🇸I really like the time Julie takes to ensure my nails are done perfectly and symmetrically. She is so precise. She does a great job with the nail art and went above and beyond what I asked her to do.Leslie did an awesome job for my mother as well.We are very pleased we found Honey Nails.

One of the ladys cut the cuticle so bad it caused a infection witch left me in pain for 2 week witch caused my real nail to fall off the worst pain ever highly recommend not to use this place

Exactly what I was looking for went for a pedicure got the deluxe. Chairs have the back massagers they actually use paraffin wax absolutely love it. I have found my new go to place will be back here for sure excellent friendly service and fair price. Flona matched the color I wanted she was amazing.

I live near Boulder, Colo. and have never found anyone that does as great a job as Julie. My daughter lives In Salt Lake and I always make a point to have my pink and white fingernails and toes done by Julie. Shes worth the extra distance!

This is my go to place! Lana and Julie are great, just two ladies running the joint! You have to have an appointment, or else you may not be able to get your nails done. Its happened to me. This place isnt fancy, they can do a few cool things but what I love most although they may not be up to date with all the latest nail trends is the way they treat you. Lana is like the friend you tell everything and Julie is like the sweet friend that gives you the positive side to every situation. I am a simple gal when it comes to nails, more solid colors than anything else. Honey nails is close to home and I feel like Ive known them for years.

I didn’t even make it into the salon because I called them on Saturday 5/2 to make an appointment for today, Tuesday 5/5. When I called them today, on the day of my appointment, they told me they don’t even have me in their books and they were already booked up smh So unprofessional.

I will NEVER go to another nail salon. I first went here in 2011 and when I have gone else where, I regret it. I am happy Every time I leave Honey Nails. Lani & Julie are amazing techs. See you guys soon!

Honey nails is in the Salon 56 building. Just walk in and someone will point you in the right direction. There are 3 pedi stations & I think I saw 3 nail stations, too. We went for pedi’s. Our nail tech did a wonderful job. Was fast & polite. They didn’t have time to do full sets, but was professional about it. We went down the street for those. Overall a great experience! These ladies do such a good job! I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going here for years. I’ve lived in several big cities including Philadelphia, and even their salons can’t beat Honey Nails.

I had a bad experience at another salon so I went in here to get a fill. Lona is very very nice and she told me what I didnt know that not only are my nails awful to look at but that they were very poorly done and were in danger of getting fungus and infection from the previous nails. She removed them cleaned them up for me for no cost at all... I feel very comfortable knowing they have my health at heart as well as my happiness! I recommend her highly!!!

This place seemed exceptionally mediocre. I have a real pet peeve when I make a reservation, and I show up to a location, and Im asked to wait. I understand that youre busy and have other customers, but in that case, you shouldnt have accepted my reservation. I guess thats why we have the Yelp rating system. If they honored their reservation and sat us as soon as we got in, then youre looking at 4 or 5 stars. Anyway, I made a reservation for myself, my wife, and her sibling. We all showed up 3 minutes ahead of schedule, and were all asked to wait. After about 10 minutes they sat my wife, and another 10 minutes after that they sat myself and my wifes sibling. We had planned to get pedicures and manicures, but after waiting for 20 minutes to even be seated, and then another 30 minutes to actually be seen by an employee, we opted to leave after the pedicure. Everything is clean, and the employees are kind enough I suppose...but theyre very mediocre in the way they conduct their business. Im not a fan and wont support this location in the future.

I love everyone here! The service and the staff are absolutely amazing. Once you continually go in, you can carry on the conversations youve had from two weeks ago, youre not just another client! Julie, Savannah, and Julisa are amazing and friendly people and you wont regret going in and youll definitely get your moneys worth. The work of the nails is amazing, I only ever get acrylic and the time that you have to be there is absolutely worth the effort that they put into your nails. Please dont complain about how long they take because theyre really trying to make you feel good about yourself! Youll walk out feeling like a brand new woman!I personally recommend going in. You wont regret it!

Wasnt impressed. The staff was more concerned about getting to a wedding rather than taking care of the customer. Went for a basic pedicure and manicure, ended up soaking in the tub for almost 20 minutes while one staff member worked on my sister and the other staff member, who I assume to be the owner sat at her station and painted her own nails rather then attended to me. 3 staff members there but only one working with us. The other two got dressed in the back for the wedding they were about to attend. The staff member that did tend to us was very under experienced. Filing was done horribly, could not give basic instruction and made comments that were not customer friendly. Ended up going home and decorating my own nails because they were in such a rush they couldnt provide any nail art. Please ladies if youre looking for good, even decent work go somewhere else.

My mom, sister and myself go here regularly for pedicures. They are very personable and do a great job! My pedicure always lasts until my next appointment, usually we go once a month. They try really hard to make their customers happy and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

Newer staff got a full set that same night 💅 nail fell off. Returned to have it have it replaced waited one hour and a half she replced it. Then another one fell off.. With in a week time four nails have came off.. I will never ever return.. Very disappointed

Terrible. I went in after leaving the airport, it happened to be on the back route to my house, and my gel manicure chipped the day after. I am only a week out and I have 4 additional chipped nails, the edges arent clean and the color selection was very small. Would not waste my time there again, even if it was free. My gel usually lasts a minimum of 2 weeks with no chips at my other salon that is the same price and they have a HUGE selection. If you want a good salon, check out the US Nails just East of South Town Mall by Ulta. It would be worth the drive.

The lady who did my nails who I assume is the owner was very rude, rushed to do my nails, and was extremely impatient! My acrylic nails looked horrible and I told her. She than made a scene and stood up to yell at me in front of the whole salon saying they looked fine when I know they didnt . the flower design looked like random dots . She asked me to leave because she had other customers so I told her I wasnt going to pay 40 dollars for bad nails. She than threw a bigger fit and it took me 3 times to ask her to fix them. She finally agreed to. Never go here its horrible! And I am under 18 years old. Horrible to treat minor like this.

Very rude and unprofessional. While I was explaining what I wanted done I was interrupted with we dont have time for that. She acted as if I had inconvenienced her with my request. It was a nail salon after all. Youd think they would be able to handle a small task such as painting nails. I do not recommend visiting Honey Nails in West Valley unless you appreciate an uncomfortable and uncaring environment.

False advertising of prices on their website, owner is apathetic and unapologetic about it. Spent and entire pedicure with my young daughter watching and listening in embarrassment as the owner loudly and publicly berated her employee and gossiped about her customers with another employee. I feel so sorry for her staff :( There are MANY other salons to choose from.

I have been going to this salon for over a year to get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and I have had everyone that works there do my nails. Everyone is GREAT !!! I definitely recommend this place !!

First time at Honey Nails and love it! Lona is GREAT, fast, friendly and does a fabulous job.

Horrible service. Bad results. Treated my child horrible because she couldnt decide on a color quickly. Openly talked inappropriately with underage children in the room to other underage children. Many better choices will never reccommend or patron this business again.

This was my first time at Honey Nails and it will no doubt be my last. The staffs behavior was both unprofessional and offensive! My sister went in just to get flowers painted on her big toes today and the lady charged her $22 - the price of a FULL SERVICE pedicure! We tried to be nice and not make a big deal out of it, so we paid the $22 but made it clear that we believed $22 was a bit steep for two painted flowers (complimentary at most salons) and tip should be included with that price. If that wasnt bad enough, the lady very loudly complained to her coworker (the lady doing my nails) about us. She openly admitted that she shouldnt have charged my sister the price of a full pedicure just for two painted flowers, but my sister looked like she could afford it. Excuse me? Thats very wrong to assume. We are both college students who work to save up to treat ourselves to mani/pedis. Weve gotten our nails done several times before, so we know what price to expect for the work being done. And since were both students working minimum wage, we usually leave very nice tips because we know how it feels like to work hard for very little money. This was unacceptable. While I was getting my own nails done, the ladies not only blatantly talked about us remarking on everything from our appearance to our greediness, but said some very rude things about the other customers in the salon as well. After applying the top coat to my nails (not the gel top coat that she was supposed to) she sent me to sit at a table to dry my nails while she took another customer and forgot about me. I was sitting there for at least 20 minutes until another girl saw me waiting and rung me up. Yes, we understood your language. No, you dont have to like your job or your customers, but at least try to act like it when theyre in earshot. No, not every day is going to be as busy as others, but that still means you have to charge the customers who do come in a fair price or they wont return. Im very glad that I called them out on everything before I stormed out. We paid exactly what they asked for my manicure and my sisters pedicure but we did not tip either ladies. Please dont go here. I would give this place a 0 star rating if there was an option to.

Went in for the first time for a pedicure based on others recommendations. When I walked in, one employee was sleeping in a pedicure chair. She then sat me in the same chair, where the massage function was broken. Color selection was limited to mostly pink and red. My nails were cut crooked on three nails and paint job is splotchy. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I went yesterday to get a pedicure and they lefted feet nails really bad on some of them they don’t even have pint... I was so mad and I wouldn’t ever go back

Made an appointment sat there for ten minutes before i was acknowledged rudely by the lady telling me the appointment was cancelled because, the other lady left, so unprofessional!
