Truckers.... If you have a big rig when manage to park your trailer to the dock be careful on that curb. You may damage your side fenders or tires. They need to re-concrete that side of alley. Probably they need to addressee to the city about that safety issue.

Use Extreme Caution!!! We purchased a $13K forklift after a trade in of our electric forklift with battery and charger. After 2 weeks it wouldnt start. They came and picked it up while giving us a loaner and some attitude. They kept it for a month and supposedly fixed it. It worked for another 2 weeks. As stated in other poor reviews, the company went strictly to their contract. I figured buying a $15K forklift it would have worked for more than a month. There was supposed to be a 90 day warranty but it was never provided.They said they cant provide free parts and labor after they already fixed it. If it was fixed, I wouldnt be on here leaving a bad review. Your response wasnt a surprise but I feel people should know how you handled my situation.

We just purchased a refurbished used Toyota forklift from the guys at Welch Equipment in SLC, UT. Our sales rep Nick was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. He mentioned multiple times that if we were not happy with anything he would fix it or let us exchange the lift for another one. So far everything has been amazing! It is so nice to have forklift that functions so smoothly!!!!

We recently purchased a Toyota forklift from Nick. The machine is great and Nick was responsive and easy to work with. About 2 weeks after the lift was delivered it stopped working. I contacted Nick and he had a tech at our shop quickly. They were able to find the problem and even worked late to get us back up and running. You can quickly tell a great company from an ok or pour company by how they deal with problems. I have been very impressed with Welch and their team.

Nick was super prompt in addressing our needs for our fabrication shop. When everyone else we called fell short of coming through Nick surpassed all of our expectations and got us a loaner forklift while our new one was being painted.. Awesome people to deal with!!!!!!!!

Reckless unprofessional drivers. A shirtless, rough looking driver almost hit my car. On a Saturday in a neighborhood the driver failed to stop at a four way intersection, and almost clipped my front end. I honked my horn and the driver just laughed at me and made no attempt to stop. Great representation of your business.

This was the worst Experience I have ever had with A company The Toyota Forklift that was sold to are company leaks Multiple types of fluidsThe ad states BEST DEAL OUT THERE inspectedand Reconditioned before purchase my foot I’m not sure that they even check out the units the oil filter on are unit states 2017 last oil changeNOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL
