I almost never leave a review whether good or bad. But figured I had to leave one today! Had my machine in there couple months ago and they said it needed a new engine.Fine I said install one. They charged me $6890.00. 70 hrs later it broke down took it in and some guy that thinks hes a mechanic diagnosed a bad control panel? Wanted over 2500. When I went in so he could explain to me how he came across that diagnosis he couldnt explain? Turns out it was the switch and a sensor. Little over 100 in parts and get this over $600 IN LABOR!!!! Guess I had to pay for that mechanics incompetence! Hope all my friends and customers can find a better service department!

The price for a bushing and bolt was a little bit more than online, but it was in stock and the price was fair. My seat bar works really great now.. Thanks IB

Visited Intermountain Bobcat today. The team there is super accommodating. Diana is amazing! Steven was awesome with my son. My son had a blast riding in the mini-ex and skidsteer. I will be utilizing their services when I am in need. Everyone should visit and purchase their products and utilize their services.

This is a lousy place to take your equipment for repair if its not a Bobcat! Very immature service manager. Ill be going to the Bobcat dealer in Utah county next time.

Staff here has always been happy and willing to help. Angie is the best. Prices here are very competitive, so give them a try if your are looking for parts or anything related to this type of machinery.

I was planning on purchasing 2 or 3 pieces of equipment before the end of February and several more in the next few months, being extremely busy I put my son in charge of purchasing them. Although he is young he is very capable of this. We had decided on purchasing bobcat equipment, well that was changed after the terrible customer service. I listened into a couple of conversations as he turned to me and said “ If this is how we get treated now what will happen if we need service after the sale? “ Long story short. Thank you Dylan at Western Implement for taking a young man serious. I think we will have a great long lasting relationship and enjoy our other brand of new equipment.

Intermountain Bobcat is a great company and if we ever need to rent from them again, I will be calling these guys. Andrew was great to work with, very friendly and polite and worked with us when it came to needing to rent the Bobcat longer. He also helped me with the type of Bobcat that we needed for our backyard project. I highly recommend these guys. Also, we had a problem with the Bobcat and we called Andrew and he had the service guy call us back in less than 20 minutes. Excellent team. Cant say enough good things about them all. It feels good to actually have great customer service, cause you dont get that much now days. Thank you Andrew and Intermountain Bobcat.

The guys in the service and parts couldnt of been easier to work with they were great and very helpful kept me informed with all the work done and they were half the price another shop wanted to charge me they earned my business as long as I have a bobcat and I live 200 miles away
