I came to this store after completely humiliated from the other parcel store (UPS STORE) in town. The gentleman behind the counter (new owner)was helpful and kind. I will definitely use his services from here on out.

When I left one set of keys in at restaurant in West Plains, these folks were super helpful in getting them picked up and returned to me at my home three hours away. Now thats service!
