My recycling guys, Claude and Letant, are the best! They kindly bring my recycling cart back into the driveway from the street every single week! Always a cheerful hello and a wave to me and my dog when we are walking and have the lovely chance to meet them early in the morning. I really enjoy having them service my house and look forward to seeing them each week.

Cynthia Hines was such a great help getting a dumpster on schedule for me. Super friendly and knowledgeable! She even helped after hours, on her own time, while making dinner!I work for a 3rd party company and due to COVID Im working from home. This makes things a bit slower on my end, but Cynthia made sure I was taken care of. She even provided me with the vast service area Waste Pro covers for future orders. I will definitely be reaching out to Cynthia and Waste Pro when we have work in their neck of the woods.

Keri & Jacquex were outstanding in explaining details of how much it would cost us as well as how to pay for the large extra amount of yard waste we had. The estimate by Jacquex came withing 24 hours as promised. He even gave us a discount due to Covid economic difficulties in our budget. The gentleman (wish I could remember his name...sorry) who came to collect the pile came the same morning as promised and did an excellent job, even raking up a lot of the leaves left behind from the large branches.150% positive experience!

Lawn/brush isnt being picked up, 8 weeks worth sitting out front of my house and 4 other houses on my block. You call, supervisor is never available and you leave your name and number but no one ever calls back. This place is a joke

Sabine and Tom have been extremely helpful guiding me patiently in the removal and hauling of about 50 yards of vegetation that I needed to get off of my property on a timely manner. Their customer service and care must be the best in the business. Nowadays, it is near impossible to find non-robotic service. It is refreshing to be assisted from start to the end by such a high level of respectful customer service.Thank you, I will be back.

Horrible customer service! You call in and they verbally assure you that your matter will be taken care of, but of course it doesn’t get resolved. They don’t return messages or respond to e-mails. I’ve spoken to them over 10 different times to resolve a billing mistake that they made. I’ve been yelled at and hung up on when calling them. If you’re able to, I recommend you use a different waste removal company!The only positive thing I can say is that the drivers are great. We never had any issues with them. The issues only arise when you need to deal with customer service.

Sabine has been such a great help to work with and is always kind and pleasant on the phone. She is quick to address any concerns I may have and goes out of her way to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner. Waste Pro is a better company because they have an employee of such high caliber.

Tuesday is yard pick up. I had just finished cleaning my yard. The truck showed up but did not pick up my pile. So I spoke to the driver. He gave me a phone number. I was put into contact with Jack.He said no problem we will take care of it, tomorrow. Just text me your address.And Boom. Next day as promised, my yard trash was picked up. I dont know Jacks last name. But thank you for your help!

I am a resident of Cypress Lakes Community and I would like to thank the STAFF of the recycle and trash truck who services my home. They are always prompt, do their jobs to the best of their ability in a professional, timely and most of all COURTEOUS manner.Please don’t change the staff, they are the best !!!Thank you.

The recycle in the community was not picked up for 2 weeks. The big bins were full and recycle all around them throughout the community. I called to file a complaint. I was told there was no account associated with my address or the community.One of the supervisors, Leon Bivins, checked out the situation. The same day there were two trucks that came out and emptied all the recycle bins.Thank you for the quick response. Hopefully they will return picking up recycle on a regular schedule.

Horrible company!!! they miss the pick ups on a weekly basis, their customer service team tells you that some supervisor will call you back which never happens! and they always use the same excuse blaming the trucks being broken! extremely unprofessional

My recycle ♻️ was missed Friday and my wife called and was told it would be picked up Saturday.It was never picked up.I emailed twice and was advised it would be picked up by the end of the day Monday.On Tuesday about noon Mr Leon Bivins showed up.To my surprise, he was very professional and customer oriented ( explained the situation but telling me the truth ).He gained my confidence just by his appearance and knowledge of the problem at hand.Being a Combat Marine Corps Veteran with a Purple Heart 💜 and a retired Los Angeles Policeman 👮‍♂️, I appreciate honesty, professionalism, job knowledge and appearance .Mr Bivins represented Waste Pro well and left a new respect for the job as well as the company.I’m now a satisfied customer💯

I cant say enough nice things about the two men Daryl and Francelet that come every Wednesday and Saturday to pick up my garbage. They are both so accommodating and have really helped me a lot over the last several years. I truly appreciate all that Daryl and Francelet have done. We have my sons 5th birthday party tomorrow (Saturday) and my tree people came a week late to cut up our palms thus leaving an enormous amount of yard waste next to the road. Waste pro driver driving erratically on Beeline Highway at 5pm on 7/15/20. He had a 30 yard on this truck. Very unprofessional driving and acting this way while driving a company vehice! This isn’t the first time I have seen these waste pro drivers act like this. This whole team needs to be retrained!!

Daryl and Francelet are the perfect team! They always make it their priority to obey the speed limit in my development, arrive as scheduled, and do an excellent job. Everything is kept clean and neat, and no blow-aways or spillage is ever left behind. Daryl and Franclete are friendly, very courteous, and always respectful. Daryl has a outgoing personality, while Francelet is a bit more reserved, which makes me think they are paired together perfectly. If I’m walking my dog, working in the yard or racing out to get my cans to the curb, the two men always greet me with a warm welcome, a big smile, and friendly wave. My husband lost both of his legs and right arm in a childhood accident. Knowing his disability, after the cans are emptied, they go above and beyond and bring the cans from the curb to our garage. Daryl manages his truck in a way that not only exceeds my expectations, but makes your company look good!

I had an issue with missed pick up of recycle materials. My complaint was taken by Shalette who was professional and patient while I detailed my problem. I had large garden debrie in my front yard that regular garbage service did not collect. I called WastePro and spoke with Sabine and she and her manager, Tom, took care of the issue right away by sending a truck to remove the debrie the very next day. My area was previously serviced by Republic. The last yard waste P/U by them was 3 days tardy & they took the container as well. Their corp was unable to process a replacement even though they admitted responsibility. Thomas McMahon (Oper Mgr) Waste Pro, did replace the container as a gesture of public commitment. An honorable firm.

Kevin and Sandy are great at what they do. Both are quick to respond when I have issues or need anything; and help make my job easier.

I spoke to Sabine and she was very professional and took care of my situation very quickly with no problems.

Called several times to arrange a bulk item. Item was never picked up although company continuously promised that they would. I called again today when I saw the truck on our street and the lady on the phone instructed me to tell the garbage guys to take the item. Well, when I approached the guys about it, one got in my face yelling that his ‘back is f*cked up’ & he wasnt ‘taking sh*t’ for me! This happened in front of my two 6 year old girls who were frightened by the way he was screaming at me. He literally got in my face so close that i could feel his spit on me! I immediately called the office again and made a complaint & was told that a supervisor would call me within the hour. It’s been three hours now & no phone call. They did return with another man to get the bulk item, however, I never got a chance to speak with someone in charge in regards to the treatment that I received from their employee. I will be contacting our property manager on Monday as this is a service that homeowners pay for. Essentially, the company works for us & we’re paying to be verbally abused and intimidated by their employees.

Poor managment, supervisors do not respond to emails or calls. The worst waste management company in Palm Beach County.

They do a terrible Job! They have thrown away our garbage lids twice, leave our trash all in the street and driveway and we can see them on our cameras angrily throwing our trash cans on our driveway not placing them back. We have complained to the corporate office three times and no one seems to care. We spoke to the garbage man in person and he rudely told my wife so. As a company you should care if your employees dont care. The ratings here show that as a whole, you are not satisfying your customers. I would seriously address these issues and the dont care culture that seems to have infected your employees. It has already been discussed in board meetings to have our entire community of 800 homes could take their business elsewhere.

Whilst my dealings with wastepro as an organization has been poor with responding to our issues I have to say that Alex is an amazing lady who will keep pushing to get management to get back to us an rectify an issue.If I could rate just the employee then this would be for her.Wastepro management - take note because this lady should be further up the chain effecting change as she clearly has the right attitude.

I live next door to Grove Park Elementary School, 8330 N. Military Trail, Riviera Beach, Fl. On 1-12-18 I called to complain about the loud noise and clanging when they empty the dumpsters which has been taking place earlier and earlier each day (i.e. 5 am and 5:30 am). I left my name and number and was told the route supervisor would call back. No call back and on Saturday they showed up at 4:30 a.m. !I understand that the garbage needs to be picked up, but do not understand why they would do it at these times when it borders on a residential development (Garden Oaks).Cant you use the early pick ups for industrial areas and use later times, i.e. 7 or 7:30 a.m. for residential areas?The courtesy of a reply would be appreciated.

Absolutely worthless company! I gave one star because the customer service is not bad but the people that pick up the garbage are absolutely worthless. The employees that picks up the garbage are just worth ZERO stars. Last Friday they came and picked up the recycle bins at my house (while I was standing outside watching them) and they picked up two out of three. Decided to leave the third one because it was something in there they didn’t like (all of it recycle I may add). Yesterday they came and picked up bulk. Same thing there. They pick up whatever they feel to pick up. They are so lazy it’s not even funny. I have noticed that if bottles fall out of the recycle bin when they pick it up they won’t pick up the bottles on the ground. Every week after they leave I have to clean up after them. This area is by far the worst waste pro company I ever dealt with!! 😡🤬 Unfortunately we can’t pick and choose who picks up our garbage so I’m just gonna keep on complaining until something gets done. I know that my whole neighborhood is sick and tired of their laziness!!

Horrible company bulk trash is never picked up when they say they will, our trash gate is always left opened and recycle bins are hardly picked up. Our HOA has called multiple times to complain and nothing changes. Our next step is to complain to the city. Mabe that will get them to do a better more consistent job.

Horrible company my husband has called numerous times about the truck thatis scheduled to pick up on our street.they constantly skip our house or take the one bag off the top of our trash and drive off leaving us with over a weeks worth of trash in our cans.not only do they not fully do a pick up at our house but they also throw our trash cans haphazardly leaving them in the ditch or road.im so fed up with this company its ridiculous.

If I could do a zero star rating I would, my pick up is Wednesdays only but seems like the person on this route purposely skip dumping my bin. Each time is a new excuse!
