Okay so usually no matter how bad a place or a service is I never do this review thing but I feel like people should know what I have to say about this company. First they have the most unprofessional & disrespectful employees I’ve seen in any company!! They never cared to service my needs, kept cutting me off, asking me to be quiet while they spoke when I’m clearly trying to explain what my concerns are. I asked to speak to a manager they said they have no manager, She told me to disconnect and find someone who cared. Seriously? a corporate with no district or area manager? Sounds like BS. They even hung up on me 2 times In my face!! I work for a HUGE corporation myself and customer service is out #1 priority. I would never ever recommend this company. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! I Mean seriously the ratings says it all.

Random charges, no explain action or publication of prices.

If it was an option I would give this company negative stars. They have screwed me over multiple times and today was the final straw. First, they have to send you the paperwork through email, then you have to physically sign them and email them back because theyre to lazy to type your information Into a computer. Then wait another day after that for a dumpster. They told me they sent an email which I never got, I left multiple messages trying to get the email from them so I could get them signed. Now its my fault that they didnt send me the paper work and now I have to wait another day for my dumpster. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. They care nothing about their customers. This is not the first time this EXACT situation has happened. I will make sure to tell all my fellow contractors about this as well. REPUBLIC SERVICES IS TRASH!!!

0 stars. 1 is too many. Unwilling to service client needs. Just unwilling. They do not care and take no pride in what is an invaluable service. Dumpsters over flowing, no pick up, dumpsters placed in unusable position. No show after several days of requesting pickup when pick up was missed for 2 weeks. I wish I could comment with 0 stars.

This company is the worst ever!!!! Last week they put a note on my yard waste that they had picked up the max amount and would pick up the rest this week. Well, I work from home and saw them. They didnt touch the pile. I put in a call and the supervisor drove by Monday and never called back . Today is yard waste day and guess what??? They drove by and never even stopped. They had to turn around and I was outside waiting for them and they simply yelled to the driver to keep going and didnt stop even though I was standing near the pile . Another call to supervisor and still NO RESPONSE!!!

Was told the trucks were running yesterday and we have two large garbage cans full of garbage at the road still waiting for pickup and I called to ask yesterday because I was going to be boarding up the area I could put it in. Now no where to put it and no one picked it up. If they wouldnt have lied to me, I would have put it in my back house before I sealed it up. Now what do I do?

Republic handles (mishandles) the waste services (disservices) in my rental community. Trash situation is disgusting. Pickup schedule is erratic. We live with a constant overflow of trash. This has been an ongoing problem for way too long.
