Its seems to be a pretty decent place, but I feel there should be a more efficient manner of being able to dump trash and pay instead of getting out of your vehicle every time. Drive on to the scale, dump, drive on the scale and either pay using a drive through window or even using an app developed for Coastal (3rd party developer opportunity). Contactless and most efficient manner.
