Super easy to set up thru the Uhaul app... Barely need to talk to anyone!
Rude employees very immature and emotional. I watched them disrespect a customer over the phone and repeatedly hang up on her . I could hear on the other side just asking if the manager could call her so she wouldnt have to keep calling. I honestly dont think Ill be doing business with them again. Then he made many rude racial and inappropriate comments about her after hanging up the phone even vulgar ones. I was extremely offended and definitely wont be making any future reservations there
Great service and always friendly staff.
They are double the price on the mileage than Evey other u haul in the area. Go to the one located belvedere Rd to pay less
