I keep coming back because Jim and the crew he has working with him are always going above and beyond to make sure your rental needs have been met. Great place and the staff friendly and professional, even in the face of rude and nasty clients! I’ve witnessed some moments first hand and they’ve kept their composer. Keep up the amazing work guy!

May be a little more expensive than U-Haul, but the truck will be there when you need it and it wont break down all the time. Well worth the extra few bucks!!!!

I got a very good deal with excellent customer service

I rented a truck from this location. Due to bad weather I was unable to get to the store before it closed. Jim waited after hours to get me my truck and totally saved my day. I would have been completely screwed. I even offered him cash and he did not accept it. Top notch service.I also need to commend Nicholas who assisted me over the phone when I was having a minor issue (my fault) and also when I returned the truck. He was super polite as well.

I had a reservation in the system for a pick up truck, an F150 or equivalent. At the time of rental, due to the high volume of rentals, the location Did not have a vehicle available for me to rent. I was referred to the enterprise truck rental facility which was several miles down the road. Upon arrival I was greeted, our reservation was pulled up in the computer and I was issued a rental vehicle. All things worked out.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t even get a chance to rent a truck as no one would answer the phone. The first time I called I was referred to their truck department at an 888 number and no one would answer the phone or the call would simply drop. So I would keep calling this place and when I got frustrated I asked to speak to a manager and was blatantly lied to and told they were all in a meeting. How convenient ? I really hope no one has to go through what I’ve been through now. Do better.

5 stars arent enough. This enterprise location is excellent ! The staff provide friendly service, competitive rates, and excersise compassion. I rent personal and commercial and I am always pleased with my experience from A to Z. Having the team at enterprise in your corner is an asset! I highly recommend doing business here if results, integrity, and no nonsense is what you seek.

Make sure you have time to spare!!! Asked for one simple request with time restraints. This location is very under staffed and can’t follow simple instructions.

I have rented from enterprise truck rental on the West Coast of Florida, and in Pompano Beach Florida off of power line road. Both times I had very good experiences. This time when I contacted the Pompano Beach location they were out of vehicles and gave me the telephone number to the Fort Lauderdale branch for enterprise truck rental. I spoke with journalists named Tish I believe, That person took my information and just rattled off a price like they were a robot. They were not friendly or kind at all. I was very disappointed so I contacted the West Palm Beach location for enterprise truck rentalI was lucky enough to get this lady named Bernies who was extremely nice and extremely helpful! She did not simply just a rattle off a price to me she actually did a little research, looked into my prior rentals, and gave me an amazing rate per day and was so kind as to throw in mileage for free. And 0.1 milesThe 1st lady never even offered to give me any miles for free .Also, To rent a truck for towing purposes and told her that I was renting a truck for towing purposes comet she rudely rattled off the price which was extremely high and gave me no miles for free, then she proceeded to state that sent she forgot I had said I was towing, she stated I would have to pay extra per day to toe! I dont see what the difference is if I am pulling a small open trailer or if I am not. However he told me that enterprise puts a locking mechanism on their hitches and that if it is broken or damaged in any way that I would be charged extensively for that! I still do not understand whyShe did not listen to me when I told her initially that I would be towing a flak small open trailer and secondly why would anybody rent a pick up truck from them if not to tow something behind? You can rent a normal pick up truck through their local car rental enterprise locations. The trunk locations for enterprise are completely separate and offer heavy duty vehicles with hitches! That is the whole purpose of renting from them!Needless to say, cents every experience that I have had with enterprise truck rental has been above and beyond amazing except for the only time that I have contacted their Fort Lauderdale location, from here on I will continue to use enterprise truck rental for all my Be have call rental needs! However I will never use the Fort Lauderdale location to rent anything! Law I would recommend to everybody to avoid their Fort Lauderdale location and to deal only with the Pompano Beach or West Palm Beach location if you want above and beyond amazing service!Hopefully, someone at their corporate office will read this post and do something with fishes customer service skills police recorded ahead! Maybe they need to have her find another job!

Great place for truck rental but I prefer always to reserve by the website since by phone is difficult and sometimes you have to wait for them to call you back. So far so good!
