I chose wildlife troopers to take care of a rat issue in our attic due to the positive reviews they had on google. They did not disappoint. They quickly removed the rat and sealed up the house so we did not get any more. Jose is very experienced in this field and it shows. Tony and Darvin were professional, polite, and very responsive. I’d recommend wildlife troopers to anyone with a rodent issue.

Beware - Had him come to provide estimate for bee removal. Estimate amount was $900. Asked him if he would do the job for $800, he said he would do it for $750 if I left him a good google review (lower than I offered to pay). I agreed, not a problem at all, we would be happy to leave you a great review. However he wanted all the money upfront and his crew would return in a few days to remove the bees. Not even willing to take a deposit, demanded the full amount upfront! Not knowing this man, why would we give him $750 and not know if he would even return so the office asked him if we could pay them when they come to do the work and the answer was no! And we have to wait a few days for the bee removal with a HUGE bee infestation, not professional in my opinion. I own a business and my customers pay 50% down and 50% upon completion, that is how you do business professionally. We hired another bee removal company who was glad to come the same day to take care of the problem and allowed us to pay the full amount upon completion, which was much lower I might add. Hopefully, this is a lesson learned on his part.

I called Wildlife Troopers to help me remove starlings that were making nests on top of my 2nd story hurricane shutters around my house. This was a unique and not so easy job, but Jose assured he was up for the challenge. He and his crew were wonderful! They painstakingly cleaned out above all 12 shutters, and also came up with the solution to mount screens so the birds could not reenter the areas. Each screen had to be custom made by hand as they were not uniform openings, and came out perfect. I never saw a company work so hard to get the job done, and I would highly recommended Wildlife Troopers for any and all wildlife issues. Jose is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and treats your home as if it was his own. He really does care about his customers and just wanting them to be happy with the outcome. I would like to thank Kyle, Jose, Tony and others for job well done. These guys are so pleasant to work with and they did thorough job of identifying the issues and came up a comprehensive plan to take care of the problems. Before I decided to use Wildlife Troopers for their services,I contacted 2 companies. Not only Wildlife Troopers gave me a better price(less than 1/2 of the other) but lot more work than what the other company was willing to do. They repair all the roof openings, soffit vents and cleaned out the attics. They also gave me new attic insulation for less than 1/2 price. If you are having any wild life issues in your home, I highly recommend Wildlife Troopers. You will be happy with results.

Amazing. Not only did they get the job done, but the customer service was great. Jose really understood the situation and was able to fix the problem quick. The info they provided on there page regarding cotton mouths. Aka water moccasins is dangerously inaccurate…. One, they are the same snake, so saying people get the “ two” confused is the first misinformation, second, they are highly venomous!Please don’t not post info that could get some one seriously hurt… what kind of wildlife company post such false information?

We noticed a horrible smell in my master bathroom and we called Jose on a Sunday morning and he is answered the phone which was amazing and told him that we think there might be some rodents in our roof and he said he would send somebody out the next day to have a look. So he sent to Alicia who is very knowledgeable and courteous and she determined that yes we did have a rodent problem and immediately started working to solve the problem. Each time they showed up they explained to us what they were doing and how they were going to Close up the house so the rodents could not re-enter our roof. Within three weeks the job was complete, The horrible smell was gone and we feel that wildlife troopers secured our home so this issue does not happen again. Would highly recommend this company to other people that would have this issue.

I met Jose right before ThanksgivingI was sitting on my patio and 3 feet away for me a rat flew by my feet, I googled exterminators, The first place I called told me rats live outside unless you hear noise was the droppings in your house we are not sending anyone over ! Had a black racer inside my house. It was under cabinet and the personal answered the phone and gave me step by step instructions on how to handle situation. I came home to the snake stuck on glue trap and the trapper told me how to handle it to get it outside as it was non-poisonous. It is now free and without injury back in wild.Thank you :)

Initially responsive and were very nice when Yamil first came out but then no one ever came back to check the trap which resulted in the death of an animal! My husband and I both called and texted multiple times without response. Palm Beach animal control had to come out and take the trap and animal away after 4 days of these guys not checking the trap! Definitely consider other companies for this!

I called WILDLIFE TROOPERS recently on a Sunday afternoon to tell them I had a swarm of bees in my garage. I spoke to the owner, Mr. Juan Bonilla, with the hope that they would come over (on a Sunday) and remove the bees. He said that this is the time of year they swarm and if I wait a few hours they probably would be gone. He said removal is very expensive and he gets at least 20 calls a day and in 90% of the cases they leave in a few hours. Mr. Bonilla said he wanted to save me a lot of money and told me if they’re still there in a few hours to call back. This kind of businessman/company is rare, and I give them the highest recommendations.

Yamil did a great job! We had a raccoon in the attic that was a stubborn little fellow he didnt want to leave, but Yamil came back as many times as he had to to make sure he was gone. My attic was disinfected, roof disinfected, any openings in the roof was sealed. I highly recommend this company.

We were having rodent problems at our home. We had another trapper come out to seal entry points. We also had an exterminator come out to set traps. We had Wildlife Troopers come out for a second opinion. They were extremely responsive and showed up right on time for their appointment. But what impressed us most was their honesty. Instead of bad mouthing the competition or telling us that additional work was required, they told us that everything was handled properly and no further action was needed. Who does that today? And they kept their word about doing a free inspection! Wildlife Troopers gets a 5 star rating from me and I would recommend them without any reservations.

The attic is sanitized and vacuumed clean. Free of rodent hair. They sealed up all potential entry points and have promised to come back if needed. They also set traps inthe attic and came back to remove what was caught. Jose and Jamel are two gentlemen, hard working and keep their word. Advanced Trappers goes over and beyond... My tenants called to inform me of animals in my attic in my West Palm Beach home. Based up north I had to depend on a web search to locate someone reputable... I contacted two other companies who, after talking to, I decided were not reputable. I then spoke to Jose, the owner of Advanced Trappers, who immediately went to my home and did a thorough inspection... he not only determined that the problem was rats in my attic but he also confirmed my feelings that I had regarding one of the other companys inspections. After looking over the other inspection and comparing it with Joses we realized that this other business simply wrote up blanket report and did not do a total inspection needed. Advanced Trappers got the job done as promised and has gone beyond in returning to clean up and sanitize. They also quickly respond when called about any concerns.
