Worst experience I’ve had ever! They are over priced, the job was done terribly and mean employee. Not pleasant at all! Do not recommend. This place should close honestly. I complained about the job and they were asking for more money

The people are good yes the price is affordable but I went there more then 5times to get my nails done and it never last . Either a nail pop off like nothing or the paint will fade and chip away after a few days

I discovered this salon by accident. The prices are great and the service is high quality. I have been very pleased the few times I went in and I liked the technicians I got. They have many color selections and do a diligent job!

I’ve been going there for about 2 months and it was great, I went in for a refill and wanted to get almond baby blue acrylic nails and they did a very lazy work, the guy didn’t paint my nail right and I could still see the color I had on before. Then we asked for a refund and to get them removed and they said no that I couldn’t get my money back, then I decided to call the police because they were being extremely rude and their work was rlly messy and they completely lied to the cop saying that he told me I could get a refund. Disgusting people there, there’s no professional behavior going on. Never going again

I such a positive experience in all of the staff and how I was treated and being the staff so amazing. I really like how my acrylic Nail came out. It was very nice, and the lady was very gentile with my nails as well as took her time. I really enjoyed this location I highly recommend if you are around the area.

Today was my first time coming here, and I have to say; I am very very pleased. The salon is nice and clean, the service is good. I totally loved my experience. I dont usually get my nails done, but I will be coming here from now on. The atmosphere was very comfortable.

This nail salon blew me away. My nail tech was efficient, meticulous, friendly and friendly. She did an excellent job with my arlyic set! The entire business were friendly and approachable. I will definitely be returning every single time for my nails.

Really awesome service! I have gotten my nails done elsewhere before but they never managed to cover my whole nail with the acrylic and in a week after the acrylic near the back of my nail will start breaking off in little pieces.But this place really covered all my nail with the acrylic and it looks like its my natural nail!Tony is great, quiet at times (which is good with me) but he does make you laugh once in a while.

This is the second time i visited them and again i was very pleased when i left. People here know how to treat their customers well and gave me a beautiful looking nails at reasonable price. The place was clean and neat. I would recommend this place to all my friends and be back soon!

I went in to treat myself to a pedicure and a fresh full set. Immediately when I walked in I changed my mind on the pedi. They do not properly sanitize their tools or tubs. Liners are not sufficient in my mind. My acrylics were done very sloppy. Different lengths. Different thickness. Not the right size for the nail. And even crooked on my nails. He tore up one of my nail beds to the point it started bleeding. The polish was all over my fingers. I wouldnt even go here to have these awful claws soaked off.

Did great job on my girlfriends nails but when she paid the $66 they charged her another $13 on her gift card and said the bank did it and she would have to contact the bank

You know when I first started coming here 2 years ago I used to be extremely satisfied with the service. My nails always came out excellent and lasted a long time. However lately I have been so dissatisfied with the service. Its like a hit or miss every time you come in. Its seems like they have preferred customers who they put with better nail techs. I cant be getting extravagant and costly nails I work in the medical field transferring and dressing patients. I try to tip everytime I come, because its just courteous. Im kind of over it, now.

So I usually go get my nailsDone here cause I started to like it a lot more then fancy nails. I just got back from doing my nails right now and they look so cheap, i paid 31 which was a good price but the whole time the guy was sucking his teeth, when I would get up to show my mom my nails and asking her for her opinion on the length, the whole time he was making noises as if he was frustrated. Then when someone else came in and asked for nails he said if she could come back later or wait because he was hungry and again he started to make those frustration noises. He rushed thru my nails & had very bad customer service. I work in retail so I know for a fact that’s not a way to treat a customer. I might have to find me a new nail place. Update, it’s been like 2 days ain’t sis my nails ain’t even matte no more. What the heck.

I went in for the first time and was greeted. I waited for about 5minutes, I went in to get nexgen nails for a special event, 1 guy did my toes & 1 did my nexgen nails because the ladies were busy with other customers but my nails/pedicure turned out beautiful! I was a little concerned how they would come out because I usually get my nails done by women & not men but they did a great job. The salon was also kept very clean and organized they also provide a large quantity of nail colors & the service was great! I definitely recommend this nail salon & look fwd to going back.

Loved it! My friend and i went in for the first time and had a quick Pedicure & Manicure. The ladies were very detail oriented and took their time on the pedi (which we asked for). This is the cheapest place ive ever been to before. I will be back if we have a chance. Clean, friendly, professional, and the massage chairs are amazing!

I came from jersey & in need of a refill, i decided to do french. when i told the guy he told me to pick a color & i told him it’s regular french.. he clearly didn’t understand me.. so to save myself the headache i just asked to put a regular color.. i picked a pink and told him i didn’t want french, then he goes ahead and still puts the white line. i didn’t say anything cus i was in a rush. go back the next day to change the color & they wanted to charge me 18 dollars which is the same price for a regular refill..

They have recently changed owners. Some staff new. Requested a design on my nails (a pink ribbon for breast cancer month), i am a survivior, was told it would be 30 min.longer wait to have it put on. Then when I was getting my finger nails painted I realized the pink polish on my toes didnt match. I had selected a gel color match. I mentioned it and showed him but he just showed me the bottle that had the same #421 ..obviously someone mixed it up cause they are 2 shades different. .he did not offer to fix. Will not be returning.

Friendly service. But both times Ive gone for a pedicure my feet have felt chapped and not smooth. The shop is quite small so the smell of paint can be overwhelming for people with allergies; it can get loud when women bring their bored children and dont seem to care about other people in the salon.

Ive had great experiences the few times Ive been here and the technician I get is great. Prices are decent for nexgen/pedi. Location is near my house too.

Initially went I started going to Coconails I liked it, the staff was nice and they seem to value your time. After 2 months I noticed that the work was getting sloppy so I would wait for Tony, very nice guy and does a good job. The wait time got longer and longer and my last time there last week I called to make an appointment, arrived 10 mins before my appointment, waited an hour and a half (which one tech left In the middle of doing a set of nexgen)so Tony was the only other tech that could finish that client up....so he did which I understood however two more clients came in that were signed in before me and like I said I had been waiting an hour and a half, I asked was there anyone else that could do a fill and Tony and the lady said no. So now I have to wait for him to finish the other guys client and wait for three more ladies when I called for an appointment? They said “no one else here can do them”, I said “I had an appointment and have been waiting an hour and a half”, completely disregarded I walked out and will never return. Go to Palm Beach Perfection Nails on Dixie.

I wish I could put zero stars. They have no customer service etiquette, can’t speak or understanding English and they don’t want to work. I called they told me to come in and when I get there no client in the shop and they said I came too late and it wasn’t even 7!!!!! Lazy ppl don’t go there, go to nail expert or t&t nails instead

I went and i was there for like two hours i did my pedicure and was going to my acrylics after they did my pedicure they put me to dry them and took the lady after me and did her pedicure when she was done they sat her down to do her acrylics and i said i was there before her and they said “i just did her pedicure so im going to do her pedicure “ and i told her “u just did mine too” so i just go up to pay and then she was i could it for u i did tell her anything else and just paid, it wasnt fair i waited for a really long time for my turn .

I went into get a nexgen removal. instead of doing a soak off, the nail tech basically ripped them off. this happened to my thumb, which hurts like hell.

Last owner the salon work perfectly and highly quality but infortunll the services now is very poor I did French manicure on nexxn, very disappoint, looking for another place, dont even tried to make again. Forget.

NEVER RETURNING!!! THEY HUMILATED ME INFRONT OF THE WHOLE SALON. I went with a picture of what I wanted and the lady there showed me a gel that was identical. I said yes I want it. Some guy came up to me saying he can do my nails. I showed him the picture as well and he showed her again for pricing. She gave me pricing and although it was a bit much I agreed. After he glues on the plastic nails she comes back and starts a conversation with him in their language and EVERYONE that worked there got into the conversation. It was obvious they were talking about the nails I wanted. Then she told me it would be an additional $23 because it wasnt regular Polish and was gel when she knew it was gel considering she showed me the color. Then she tried to tell me that it was because I wanted a slight coffin look. After arguing with her, I apologized to the guy, he cut my nails all the way down to the skin and I LEFT. I was not paying over $60 for a set with gel Polish and no designs. I preferred the old owner and his family before these people came along.

I waited an hour to have my nails done. I put my name on the list I told them that I would be sitting right outside due to the fact that the waiting room was full. An hour past I walked in and they gave me complete attitude sat me down with someone who in return turned me away and said they dont do my type of nails. Mind you I have colored acrylic. Why is there no good nail salon in South Florida

The nail salon is ok it all depends on who does your nails the person who did my nails did mess them up one nail was thicker than the other and not the shape I wanted but the other people I went I went with their nails were very nice like I said it all depends on who does your nails

Had my eyebrows done by a lady and the wax very hot. But when she ripped the paper off it hurt So Bad because she pulled off some skin. Now I have tiny scabs on the upper part of my eyelid ~ just below my eyebrow!! Wont be going back!

They are a great small store and the owner makes sure you are comfy in every way and the staff is fantastic. I recommand for everybody.

A lady who works ai I think she is Salvadoran, she ruined my eyebrows, she only went for cleaning and without asking, I remove them all, I leave them all thin as well as she uses them as put eyebrows *****
