I was told that my service was on 12/15. No one came, no phone call. I called and was told they were coming on the 12/19. No one came and no phone call. I called again and they said they were coming on 12/23. I asked that I be called so I know what time they are coming so that I can asked the tech a question. He came before 8 in the morning while I was sleeping. No phone call prior, no knock on the door to let me know he was at the house. I called again and operator said she would have tech call me. Still waiting.

Would give them a zero if I could. They state customer satisfaction is their #1 goal; however, they are not standing behind their words. While attempting to rid my lawn of weeds, they burned various areas of the lawn which has left bare areas throughout the yard. Refuse to accept responsibility or work with us to solve the problem.

Massey turned out to be very disappointing as a pest control service. I reported on several occasions that there was rodent activity in my ceiling. i was told that they would do exterminating and extractions of all pests. The ceiling activity continues. After numerous visits from Massey and steep prices, my issue is still not resolved. I have resorted to contacting a critter control company who found many openings for pest entry that Massey assured me were covered. Massey uses a foam to cover holes that the critters eat right through. I would not recommend this company because they have not mastered what they advertise. Please do not waste your time or money here, I am not sure how they stay in business ...signed UNHAPPY

WHAT an INCREDIBLE disappointment. For a national company this one stinks. Constant issues with trucks broken, not having employees...untrained employees that dont even know what they are doing. BE WISE>>>DONT HIRE THEM!!!

No improvement in 10 months of lawn service. No refund, no attempt to try to improve my lawn. Should have read their yelp reviews before agreeing to service with them, they have a terrible reputation.
